Would like to express my gratitude to their team. My car has been shaking like a tumble dryer at 35mph+ for about a year. A different store down the street recommended I get all 4 wheels replaced.This Good Year store showed me the issue when the car was lifted and accepted my request to have a mechanic test drive w/ me to assure the bumpiness was gone. Lauro helped me out a ton when I bought new Goodyear Duratrac tires for my Tundra. Him and his team worked efficiently trying to get me ready to go as soon as possible. The staff was great and their professionalism was great. The new tires look amazing and they were able to get rid of the annoying vibrating steering wheel when driving at fast speeds. Will be doing business with them again in the future. Would recommend them and their services.

We had a blowout on 36 foot travel trailer heading from Houston to South Padre. Goodyear provided us with next-day service with no problems. They were able to change all four tires and the spare. Lauro Trejo was very helpful and personable.

Charged me $140 for oil and filter change. They didnt install filter correctly and it leaked oil all over my garage floor. They told me the car was already like that. They were also very rude to my wife when she went a couple of days before to explain what was happening. Told her they were too busy. They didnt even want to give me a refund. Bottom line...NEVER GOING BACK!

I just came from goodyear.they balanced a new tire i bought at discount tire. i stopped here because it didnt feel like a tire problem. i told them i thought it was an engine problem. they drove it, checked it and balanced the tire and didnt charge me! that is service above and beyond! we have all our auto work done here but they would have had to order the tires i wanted and dscnt had them in stock. next time i will wait and let them order them. thanks goodyear.

My Truck broke down in this town. I had it towed here on recommendation of AAA They got me up and running quick seem to be honest and did a great job from what I can tell. Everyone the waiting Room told me they were great and honest and did a great job. I agree wished I lived closer its hard to find a good mechanic

Ruben was SO helpful. I went in with a flat tire. Went of his way to help me figure out where my tires were purchased. Unfortunately my tires were purchased else where but that doesnt take away from the way I was assisted. Will go back to this location for future repairs.

Fast service on a Sunday. Prices are kinda high. $20 for a tire rotation is above what Ive paid in the past but the convenience factor made up for it.

So I made an appointment for my F250 Ford I show up 20 minutes before my appointment. 3 hrs later my truck was done. Your wondering what I had done. Replace the battery and a oil change thats it. Dont come here! What a waste of time and they are overpriced!

I don’t have a place to lift my own car or I would have done it myself, 40 dollars for a basic oil change that I had to wait an hour and a half on is outrageous, I’m sorry but you won’t be getting my services again!

Its ok for just an oil change, but for anything else so very expensive. The service is fine, just remember they are salesmen not just servicemen and will sell you things you dont even need.

Went a day before and worker said they only had to change tire and pay difference, went in and they told me insurance didnt cover it so had to buy a new tire. Not to mention i had that happend to me twice already.

Very slow. Return vehicle got 1 mile away and had to go back, was doing the same thing as before.

Cant say much about the service because the parking lot and area in front of the garage were totally flooded on this rainy day. You couldnt walk from your car to the shop in less-than-ankle-deep water.
