Straight forward, reasonably priced product and superior customer relations with Eduardo and Claudia. These two kind and professional agents are the reason that I came back now that there are more local options for ride share insurance.If there is any improvement to be made, perhaps the distraction of television for customers while they wait and maybe some coffee.Have been a client for years and I do not see any reason to go anywhere else.

I have always been pleased with the help they give me. At the southmost office the employees are very helpful and answer my questions i have for them. I recommend this insurance it is the cheapest one i have found here in the valley.

I had been home bound for about two months and my coverage had expired. I need the coverage reinstated immediately and all it took was one phone call and they took care of it before I got off of the phone. It had lapsed to the state I had to get a new policy. They just asked that I sign the paperwork at my earliest convenience.

I am very unhappy with this insurance. I received a claim on the spot. But my adjuster who won’t be in the office till Monday and today is Friday early morning. Then they send me to manager who I’ve been calling all morning and has yet to return my call. I have rental coverage and emergency service no one can help me get a vehicle ASAP. So I will be stuck with no vehicle missing work Friday and maybe Monday and Tuesday. This insurance is not very helpful.
