First of all I was told it was going to take 45 min to install, the kid took 2 and a half hours. Oh and then get this I got home just to realize three days later that my handle to open up my hood has been ripped off and missing. Giving that there was just a huge snow storm and I am completely out of windshield wiper fluid I have no way of even getting there to ask what the hell is going on. So I figured I would call, 22 times later and they kept answering and hanging up like it is a joke. TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES.

I have never posted a review on google but this place is so bad They did not contact the dmv to tell them I had a calibration done. My license was suspended now I’ll have to have a dmv hearing and jump through hoops to get my license renewed when it should have been valid this whole time.

Im here for a removal the kid is refusing to remove my unit. Im not happy none stop problems with this company taking time and money out of my pocket due to the fact they cant complete there no. Or perform corrctly
