These people make up their own hours. They are supposed to be open until 9pm… LIES! Well don’t waste your time, they have a sign on the door with their “whatever” hours. So whatever, I’ll drive down to the Maple Grove Dollar Tree. Does the owner realize they are losing profit, humm. Another thing, how about you just updated your whatever hours online.

It’ll be nice to update online that you are closed Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, so all these people don’t waste their time driving here only to see your closed. It’s just simple courtesy to customers.

Every time I go to this dollar Tree, theyre closed. Its 12:33 on a Saturday.. Theres no reason they should be closed. The sign says closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Why...?

This is probably the worst dollar tree I have ever been to. The door is so greasy you have to use your foot to enter. You will trip in the garbage on your way in. Shows you a lot about Brooklyn Park. I grew up here as a kid now it’s just trash.

Hours need to be updated. Always closed before time indicated. Otherwise, the upkeep of the store is acceptable and they do well at this location.

The store is currently open 10am to 6pm (according to a sticker they placed on their window). . Website shows Mon thur Sat 8am to 10pm. Sunday 9am to 9pm.

They are fully stocked but hours are never updated . Google maps says store is closed at 9PM but theres a sign saying store is closed till March 3rd.

Fix your dam hours. It says online they close at 9pm, I get there and it says 6pm. Are the employees there closing whenever they want? Please your hours back.

Closed for two weeks to remodel... Sign is written on a single piece of paper so small you have to get out of your car to read it.

This store creates its own hours even though the hours are posted. Customers show up and there is a sign saying its closed; this is unprofessional and inconvenient to customers!

Always find a great deals! Now that Easter is coming I bought double things to put in Easter baskets for my kids. I also by all my deodorant there. And they always have the great frozen fruit that I buy an put in my smoothies. I think it is and adventure every time I go in because I never know what playing to be there.

Horrible place to visit no staff 1 cashier to handle 10 plus customers in line the cashier called for help multiple time nt a honest place at all I paid with a 50 dollar bill she stated to me they dont have change the customer in front of me paid with 40 cash so I knew cash was available ..dishonest place

Its hit or miss at this particular store..but today Amber was a great help ..she was very helpful..great energy and accommodating..worth the trip..tho they didnt have exactly what i needed..

Very argumentative and rude employees. Recieving a receipt for my transaction should not be such a problem to the point where the cashier asked me twice if I really needed it while she proceeds to check the next person out leaving me standing there.

What can I say its a dollar store Dollar Tree I think they could be a little bit more customer-friendly insane good afternoon how are you simple words to greet the customer then you come up to the register that says that or bra I cant believe half the stuff in there you can buy for a dollar

Stopped in because I was in the area and wouldnt make it to my regular store by close. I was never greeted, the cashier held up a line for 5 mins while a customer who couldnt find an item went back to continue shopping instead of suspending the transaction and then when I went to the other lane my cashier (Candy) never said hello, never made eye contact with me, after I paid via card she never said thank you and even when I said thanks have a great night she said, yep... and walked away. I have no plans to return to this store location. Its the only one like this Ive ever been in!!!

Every Dollar Tree Ive been to has had very happy, friendly staff, including the other one in Brooklyn Park. NOT THIS ONE! Employees that I interacted with were very abrupt, made me feel I was a complete inconvenience. Store really junky and dirty too. Crumby store, rotten attitudes, negative energy throughout. Ive been to many Dollar Trees, this one was the WORST, felt like I should go home and take a shower. I love Dollar Tree, I will NEVER visit this location again.

Love the new store, better stocked, better variety in all things. The only complaint is the battery area needs to be restocked.

Online store said was open when I arrived they said that it closed at 6 the day before Thanksgiving on a Wednesday, this also happed earlier this week

Ill make the drive to avoid this place - ghetto as hell, lazy workers, unprofessional employees, list goes on. Management, stop hiring crappy ppl. On more than one occasion the cashier(s) have been unattentive, rude, and talks to everyone else in the store but their own customers in front of them. Oh, and learn how to smile.

Almost all of the frozen and refrigerated items we bought had mold on them. Not sure how things that are supposed to be frozen manage to get so much mold on it. People can get very ill and die from stuff like that. BEWARE!!!

Run in quick get stuff leave quick. Lots of parking close to bus stops and other shops

This Dollar Tree is not really well taken care of. The location is ideal but it seems as if they do not care as much about this location as they do other locations around the metro area. There are stains on the carpet and there are always boxes in the aisles that are a fire hazard.

Cashier help personal conversations at checkout, made wait time longer.

Came here to buy balloons for an event at work - the women who helped me wasnt very friendly but she did help me as soon as I walked in. They were out of two of the balloons I needed (As well as half of the balloons they advertised in store) and then gave me the wrong ones and still charged me.
