If I could give 0 stars I would. We had ordered two bounce houses well in advance for my daughter’s birthday party. After speaking with the gentleman and confirming the date several times, he said he would be there the evening before or the morning of the party. We were having the party Friday at 1pm and we made this very clear. The bounce houses didn’t arrive Thursday so we assumed they would arrive on Friday. They did arrive Friday two hours after the party started at 3pm. This was after several calls trying to figure out where our bounce houses were with no communication whatsoever. We were understandably upset, so they waived the delivery fee to try and make it right. However, the delivery fee is actually a tip which is included in the total for the actual person setting them up. Of course, it wasn’t this guy’s fault, so we tipped him anyway. We had our party on July 17th and they still haven’t picked up the bounce houses and are just left laying in our lawn. I’m writing this review on July 25th at close to 7pm. We’ve reached out several times for them to come pick them up, with promise after promise that it would be on this day or that day with no results. This is some of the worst service I’ve ever received from a company, and I will never use them again. I will also recommend to anyone considering renting a bounce house, to stay as far away from this company. Absolutely terrible!

I rented a bounce house for my son’s 1st birthday. The whole process was extremely easy. Even though they were busy when I arrived to pick up the inflatable, the owner dropped what he was doing and got things loaded up for us. We were in and out within 10 minutes. Set up was easy, and the bounce house was in great condition. I wasn’t able to drop it back off so he got someone to pick it up the same day. Great communication, the owner called and texted the day before to give directions and confirm the rental. I will absolutely rent from here again!

We rented a bounce house for June 2020 for my sons birthday and look forward to renting again this June and plan on it again in October also for our daughters 1st birthday. We hope to continue to rent for years to come! Great prices, easy communication and clean items

We used Affordable Inflatables for my daughters grad party. We got the Magic Mirror and it was an amazing experience. Everyone had so much fun taking pictures and Darin and his crew were great o work with.

We rented the magic mirror photo booth and a big bounce house. He was very affordable. Showed up early and started 2 hrs past his time. TONS of props for magic mirror photo booth. He made our party a hit. The kids had a blast. Totally recommend him to anyone!!!

I would recommend this company to any type of function...whether its a carnival....elementary school....or private event. They are a locally owned family business that takes care of customers like they were third own family. Highly recommend .

Dont use this guy hes a crook. I reserved a bouncy slide for my daughters birthday paid the deposit later that night Darin called me and told me that they had gotten a new website and forgotten to take that inflatable off as it was no longer available. He assured me he would reverse the charges on my card. Its now three weeks later Ive sent several messages hes promised to return my money by PayPal or Venmo because he said he cant figure out how to reverse the charges through the bank. Needless to say I still have not gotten my deposit back and I dont think I ever will. He had decent reviews on Google yelp and Facebook clearly they are false. Go through a more reputable company. Save your money and your time. Ive filed a complaint with BBB.... Check yelp before you commit. Very poor experiences....
