I found it extremely awkward the prices posted are indeed inaccurate. I Went in for a simple fill. After he removes my polish he says $30 for fill. Excuse me, Your prices are listed & a fill is $20! He looks @ me and says I SAID $25, He was clearly upset I chose regular polish vs. Gel. I was shocked @ such behavior. I figured hell, might as well get Gel for $5 more. The gel lamp was garbage, kept turning off. He did do a good job, but his demeanor was unprofessional! I will not return!! Pay attention to prices if you choose this salon.

I only get pedicure here I don’t get manicure. Every time I get a manicure here I feel like they rush through my nail and it does not look good and it’s a lot of money here expensive which is not worth for the nail. I do get my pedicure though they are great with pedicure which is pretty expensive also.

Its a very nice nail salon to get you in and get you out no argument no fighting

First and last time going here. I told the lady countless times my tips were crooked and she didnt fix them. All said was I know and I will fix and shape. It looks the same on the other hand as well. This is not worth $60. I will follow someones advice and go to Golden Nails next time.

Went in for a quick polish change. Charged 20 for plain polish. Poor job painting and no top coat!!! If they charge 20 for regular polish i wonder how much gel polish costs?????

I Got a manicure with regular polish .usually last about a week...This time the polish that I picked both times were hard,Instead of getting a new polish he put something in it and then painted my nails with the polish ..The next day the polish started peeling off so I went into the store to tell them about it and they said that our regular polish only last a couple of days. Did not try to rectify the situation or even paint my nails over. So I went right across the parking lot to BT Nail Salon and they did a Beautiful job..No more Tracy’s for me 😤

My first time here I came to get a color change, the lady who was assisting me didnt remove my original color all the way; there was still blue on the sides of my nail. Not going into much detail with my first experience but.. Know it was a terrible color change experience. Now I decided to give them another shot today... the lady took about an hour and a half just to file my nails and they still came out uneven, for some reason she kept having to apply superglue to the acrylic nail for it to stay on.. She kept getting superglue on my finger then she used a tool hurting my cuticles/fingers! Ive never wanted to take my acrylic nails off so bad. JUST GOT THEM DONE AND ALREADY WANT THEM OFF! Waste of 37$ on top of that their card reader wasnt working, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes because their card reader wouldnt read my card. Im so upset and definitely dont recommend this nail shop, I want a refund! Posted a picture just so you guys can see what results youll be getting.

Horrible experience, I got black coffin gel acrylics. Peeled the second day of getting them. Came back in to get a refund but they refused to and said we’ll fix ones that are chipped. I said no because why would i I’d it will just peel again? So I got her to accomodatw to giving me a new color after I spent 45$ originally and gave a 15$ tip because I felt generous that day. I got a new color and within two days 3 nails fell off. I did nothing that would have been rough in my nails. While getting my nails done her gel light machine kept turning off. Very bad experience. Don’t go here!

They need a little more practice shaping nails and are a little pricy.

Went to get nails taken off and a gel manicure instead. Lady caused me to bleed from trying to force my nail off without soaking them. She also waxed my brows and after I looked at the tools she used and it did not look sanitary. Brows barely a step above than if I tweezed them myself. Gel manicure chipped on the second day. First time customer, last time customer.

Don’t Waste Your Time or Money!! I don’t Evan think none of them are Licensed to do nails. I told her I want a simple strip 2color design for 4 fingers she going to say 12 dollar more because it’s hard to do. Now I’m not mad about the 12 dollars but I’m was throwed off you said I gota pay extra for a simple paint job. My toes cost more than my nails and all they did was change the color and massage my feet. I asked for 4 diamonds total on my hands she said 8 dollars more. Like damn am I paying 2bucks for a tiny dot. But anyways don’t go to these people they Greedy, Money hungry. And be doing the most. All they can do is paint the nail no designs you’ll be dissatisfied just like me..

I have tried Tracy nails and multiple techs here 4 times now. Pretty sure 2 of the people that worked on me werent licensed just working there because if they had gone to basic nail training what they did wouldnt have happened. I can not either leave without feeling rushed, or have unsanitary tools used on me. I am a hair stylist and licensed to do this job and know how important it is to be clean. Acrylic either too thick, or my gel polish didnt cover whole nail. Sad. All of that and the constant playing of Shania twain best hits over and over I wont be going back! Just because its new doesnt mean its good.

The place is beautiful. Brand new and clean.b the people are very nice. Happy to have a new nail salon in Brooklyn center.

I’m giving them 3 stars because I actually like the way my nails turned out, they were quick and the nails lasted me 3 weeks before I had to get my gel fill (I work at a restaurant so I constantly wash my hands) anyways.. the reason why they’re not getting 5 stars is because I walked in and it wasn’t that busy. I was the only one waiting. 10 mins after I walk in 3 more people come in as well. Ok cool.. a person who walked in after me went to get her nails done BEFORE me (idk if she had an appointment or not but this just angered me) so they had me wait 15 minutes for no reason. When they were finally finished I was next. She asked me what I wanted I tried to explain to her but she just kept talking over me. I told her (I wanted a pink gel powder with glitter and diamonds at the tip) she looked at me in confusion and I showed her a picture. She told me that would be $75. HA. I’ve gone to other nail shops and I have paid $55 for that exact style. I told her no glitter, just the pink gel powder and a clear top coat. $45. She was shaping my nails and I asked them to be a little longer and she said $50 for length. I understand that some nail shops do that but really? That’s just money hungry. She did my nails super quick compared to other salons which I like. And I liked how they turned out (I had to trim them for work unfortunately) but I just felt like they’re too aggressive.. money hungry and disrespectful

Super aggressive, she got up every 3 mins to go to the cash register, my nails were crooked and instead of just saying she couldn’t do it, she refused to give me SHORT COFFIN SHAPED NAILS. Instead of trimming the false nail tip before she put the acrylic on, she made the nails super long (putting too much acrylic on the nail) and sawed the nails down with a nail file, resulting in really sore and aching fingers from all the filing she needed to do to make them shorter. I told her they were crooked and she said she would fix them but she didn’t.She also chipped the back of my index and middle nail on my right hand! Last time I’m going there!I’m not exaggerating one bit!

My experience at Tracys nail salon was terrible, first while filing them down they cut several of my fingers, then I asked for a coffin shape and they could not shape them at all, some were lopsided and others were just to straight . The people Who were attending me were actually very nice but in the finished result of my actual nails I was very unsatisfied.

I went in a week ago for the first time to get a gel manicure. All my nails are a chipped and half of my nails all the gel is completely off.

We had a appointment at 1 and didnt get in until almost 2. I got the gel powder on my natural nails. The lady make the gel so thick that it look as though my nails had already grown two weeks from when I got my nails done. Probably wont go back there again.
