Absolutely the best work I’ve ever had done. Not only is the work beautiful but the quality is Guaranteed behind every set. The staff is definitely upbeat and very friendly!

GetNailed provided a really poor experience. I was disappointed by the lack of facial coverings worn by customers and employees. It did not make me feel the most safe amidst a global pandemic. It has been less than four days and my nails have already chipped and look worn. I would have appreciated a better application process. The previous polish I had on my nails was not taken off prior to this coat being put on my nails. My nails have started to crack since this new polish has been applied, and Im disgusted at the lack of care given to me for an unreasonable price. My basic manicure was $25 for the low quality service I have ever received. I could have done my nails better for free. My nails were not filed or cut despite me asking for a little maintenance. In the future, I will go someplace where the value for money is appreciated. I will deter my friends from going to GetNailed in the future so they do not have the same experiences as I did.

Down to earth people with great talent. Never a bad experience there. I love how they do nails!

My first time coming here and I enjoyed the services and the vibes... They were all very polite and cool. Made good conversation. I will be coming back. My nails are cute. Feet are nice and smooth. Polish application could’ve been a little better for pricing but I’m not ungrateful or complaining.

I came here to get my nails done for me my bday and Vy didnt disappoint although I waited 2 1/2 hour to get them it was worth the wait! I want to keep coming back for their trendy styles! I hope in won’t wait that long again on my fill appointment.

Because Im an adult I didnt mind the explicit music playing but there seems to be small children there every time I go and the children belong to the employees... very unprofessional! Speaking of unprofessional the staff curse and talk about personal information while working

I was absolutely disgusted with the quality of my full set and I was overcharged by at least $25. I didn’t get any designs just polish and rhinestones on the base of 2 nails and I was charged $75. The rhinestones started coming off within the first few days and the set I got definitely didn’t quantify to be $75. Not only that but the owner who was the one doing my nails was also pouring shots of alcohol and drinking in the middle of my appointment. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! It was my first time getting my nails done by her and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I will never patronize this business EVER again.

My first time here and it was AWESOMENESS! I came in for a fill-in and left out looking and feeling FABULOUS! TINA did my lashes, plus shaped and tinted my brows. I did not have eye brows when I came but when I left could not stay out the mirror. I looked great and my nails are gorgeous followed by scented cuticle oil and a hand massage!!! WORTH EVERY $$$ & AFFORDABLE,🤗

I normally get my nails done at U7 nails on Chicago and Lake, but they were so busy today so I decided to try a new place. I would like a refund. My nails got done for $74.80 a full set of acrylics but were poorly done. My fingers are bleeding from having my skin shaved off instead of the excess acrylic the design was nothing close to what I asked for and they are chunky as well. I left the first time because I’m not used to calling people out on their mistakes, because yes I am that super nice customer/person. I told my friend and she convinced me to go back in and get them redone, I went in there again to get them fixed and the second time I went in, more of my skin got shaved off. I don’t even know if I had alcohol or water spritzed on my fingers because it burned so bad. My friend who recommended this place told me to ask for Tina and instead I got sent to the same lady who did my nails poorly the first time, only to have her do it poorly a second time. Instead of making a scene because I was so angry, I decided to kindly walk out and let the other customers continue to get their service done. I would simply like a refund to get these fixed somewhere else.

I had an appointment at 10:30am and arrived at 10:10am since the shop opens at 10. The shop was closed, no one was there and the shop phone number was disconnected. I waited for an hour to show up and no one came so I left. She required a $15 deposit which has yet to be refunded.

The prices are reasonable! I love the pedicures from one of the ladies who works there. But twice now, they were not open on time in the morning....and nobody answered the phone. I had to go somewhere else.

I did my nails with Vik for a music festival. It was a beautiful holographic cotton candy like set that I loved so much and got tons of compliments on it!! Id go again and also 10/10 would recommend 😊

I feel like Zakeeya chooses her clients. I’ve gotten cuts multiple times, in multiple areas. Not only that but I had a second voice, a friend of mines claiming the same thing. a tip would be to Clean off under the nails please.. though there is no polish undergoing the other side you should do everyone the same. The work make look good in light and under some oil, there’s still the rest all around that is taken to noticed. Attitude is a BIG problem, like I said she chooses. This is still a customer service job.

Pure Nails has been my FAVORITE place to go to since I have moved to Brooklyn Center. They have great color choices for gel nails, and the ladies there are very kind and attentive. They always make sure that I walk out with perfect nails, regardless of how long it takes. The PRICES are also great! You can get a manicure and pedicure for only $30! I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

Kim and Patty were wonderful! They took great care of us, were very friendly and very professional. Everything was clean and the supplies were individually packaged. The place is under new management and will now be my go to nail place. $35 for a great Mani/Pedi is hard to beat!!!

I will never go to this place again and I don’t recommend it at all. This is the second time they mess up my nails and still charge full price for their mistakes. I asked for a over lay and the lady started just painting my nails and when I mentioned the over lay she said sorry then instead of stopping and doing my over lay she kept going and said she will do it next time I come in. The owner was right there didn’t say anything to fix the mistake to busy drinking alcohol with her employees very unprofessional

My first impression of the salon is that they were unprofessional. They definitely cater to their regulars and probably don’t care about making good impressions on new clients. I had an appointment and when I arrived no one seemed to know about it. The owner told a woman named Tina to work on my nail. I was excited because I actually followed her on social media, not thinking she would be the one to do my nails. I thought I was so lucky. Tina seemed to be on her way home though, which made it awkward. She ended up calling whoever she had plans with to tell them she was going to be late. Another person who worked at the salon was getting her nails done at the same time. She got finished early then about 20 mins into my session, she came to tell my nail tech that she (the coworker) just burned her nails from smoking weed in the back. She was laughing and being so loud. Like ok...why did you just say that in front of a customer? Anyway my session with Tina just got more awkward because as I was curing the polish in the light, she would leave for like 15 mins to go assist the other nail techs with the nails they were working on. The light on the machine would go off and I would just sit there....My nails were not great; I initially thought I was happy with them and upon further inspection I realized they were uneven and completely messed up (please see pics). And when I woke up the next day, the polish was messed up. I wanted to cure it for a little longer but she insisted my nails were dry to get me to leave. Maybe she was rushed since she was supposed to be somewhere else and she had to do my nails. I am not sure...it’s not an excuse. I was disappointed since she was supposed to be so great. And these were to be my WEDDING nails... and I told her that too. I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I will probably not go back to this salon again.

Ive been going here for years now. They are polite and always do an exceptional job. The hot stone massage with a basic pedicure is extra awesome!

Eyelash technique is very relaxing and precise. If maintained as instructed they last me the longest of a 5 1/2 weeks. I recommend them first for pedis, lashes, good price and service.

I went there yesterday for a pedicure and I was okay when I walked in the door BUT when I went to sit, I noticed that it wasnt really clean enough for ME. The lady rinsed out the foot tub but I swear I thought it was dirt in there when I looked down. I immediately took my feet out and said it looked liked dirt floating around. She showed me the powder she used and it did have black specs in it so I accepted it. After she finished my pedicure AND my feet is still in the tub she starts to rinse off the scrubber and the step stool. Who does that!!! Again, I had to immediately remove my feet The overall appearance is not clean enough for ME. I will never go back BUT I must say that The lady who did my pedicure didnt do too bad. She deserved a thank you.

I will never go back. If you want professionalism, good and fast service as well as beautiful nails go see Tommy at Lady Nails in Brooklyn Center. I only tried out this place because of my SIL. We made an appointment for 7 people through email with the owner. We stated exactly that we will need 4 full sets, 7 pedi, and 3 mani. It was confirmed through email that they would be able to service us. This email was almost a month back before our appointment. Comes the day of our appointment we arrived at 10:55AM, because our appointment was at 11AM. The owner wasnt even there yet. No one in the store had a clue about our appointment. There was only 3 people there. 2 being nail techs, but they had their own appointments already. The older short hair lady who was very sweet, but cannot paint nails or do full sets at all asked us what we wanted and we stated that we made an appointment at 11AM with Vee for 7. She looked clueless about it. We told her what we wanted and she replied that 5 people can sit down for pedi and 2 will have to wait. Which we were okay with because in the email the owner did state she only had 5 chairs. 4 people sat down for a pedi first since the rest was still picking a color. The lady never prepped the last chair, so the 3 of us were waiting. We waited for an hour and the owner still wasnt there! Only 1 person was in the process of getting her pedi done. The other 3 people still had their feet soaked in the water. I was one of the 3 waiting by the door for my full set and pedi. My other 2 SIL who was waiting with me started to get upset because we had other places to get to. We talked about leaving to my usual spot. Finally the owner showed up and we were annoyed already. Herself will not be able to do 4 full sets and 6 pedi in time! It was almost 1pm already. My SIL, who was the only one that got her pedi done showed us her toenails. It was poorly painted. We then decided to leave to Lady Nails because of time. My SIL who found this place texted me that the owner is here and she can start on my full set first, but if I still wanted to leave to my usual spot I could. I decided to stay and showed the owner what I wanted as my other 3 SIL left to Lady nails. Why did they come back with all pretty nails as the 4 of us who stayed was still not finished?! The owner was very sweet and shes great at nail designs, but the lack of professionalism and how one of my SIL nails turned out is unacceptable. Yeah, someone fixed it, but it was still ugly. Yeah, she offered for us to go back and fix it again, but we couldnt trust this place anymore, so my SIL received a refund. Our time was wasted here for 5 hours and you can never give that back. Dont go here if you are going as a party. Forgot to mention the lady who fixed my SILs nail stated, We tell that lady to stop doing acrylics because were tired of fixing her mistakes. This isnt the first time we have to fix peoples nail because of her. I dont even that the lady who messed up my SILs nail is license.........

Went to this place for the first time, it was a terrible experience. While I watched the woman next to me get the nicest pedicure, I got the fastest, most minimal pedicure Ive ever had. Didnt even get lotion on my feet or legs. Watched the worker at the next chair just rinse the bowl with water at the end of a pedicure, no cleaner, no nothing, she took her tools, slid them in a sterilization bag....whew....I thought at least this place is clean and place the OPENED bag into the sterilizer. The next person was seated and she went to the sterilizer and retrieved the OPENED bag....yep....the unsterilized one shed just used....and use it again. GROSS! I wont go there again! Stop trying to fool people!

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. THEY ARE THE WORST AND THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO ANY OF THE SERVICES THEY OFFER. I WENT IN TO GET A FILL AND THE LADY WHO DID MY NAIL COMPLETELY MESSED IT UP. MY FILL WAS BULKY LIKE A BEGINNER WHO DO IT. SHE DIDNT PROPERLY FILL AND BUFF MY NAILS AND THE ACRYLIC WAS SOOO BULKY. MY NAILS LOOKED WORSE THEN THEY DID WHEN I WALKED IN. SHE BURNED MY PINKY AND RING FINGER ON MY RIGHT HAND TWICE AND CUT MY THUMB. ONE OF THE OTHER LADIES WAS ALSO ARGUING WITH A CUSTOMER WHO DIDNT LIKE HER FULL SET. THR CUSTOMER WANTED TO STOP THE FULL SET AND THE NAIL LADY FORCED HER TO LET HER FINISH AND GOT MAD WHEN THE CUSTOMER TOLD HER SHE STILL DIDNT LIKE IT. THE LADY (whos name was PATTY) WAS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE AT ALL. PLEASE I RECOMMEND NO GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL!! WORST SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A NAIL SHOP.

This place was totally awful! They dont have any idea how to do nails, I gave them a 2nd chance, They charge a lot and do very little that is true. While I was there, someone was very upset, I should have left then. never again, do not go to this place. Place mid-fill because the service was so awful. Would not recommend anyone go here.
