Honestly, its the worst pedicure Ive ever had, this boy master was doing it. I dont know how could it be. But it wasnt good shaped, not good massage and not even colored well, he was blowing at my nails with his bacteria. My nails was sharped and cling to my socks after... And I denied to do manicure with him... And no possiblity to change master. So I left my contacts.But Ive never left bad reviews before. But I decided to attach the photo of all of it FYI.Even my boyfriend noticed THIS.But people around me were really grateful. Maybe I had bad luck with him. But I was disappointed with especially this guy.
I love MiniLuxe! The service is amazing, always. I do wish that they had a better formula for the signature polish because it chips on or after day 3, which sucks. However, I prefer this healthier polish. Otherwise everything is super clean, everyone is nice and they let you keep the nail file and buffer cube after youβre done! Will be my go-to spot for mani-pedi!

Ive only had manicures here but theyre always amazing. The techs are friendly as are the front desk staff and the salon is always clean and doesnt have the chemical smell that some salons can have. Its a little on the pricey side but Ive enjoyed every manicure ive gotten here.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS. Absolutely terrible customer service. At first I booked my appointments through their website and twice I have gone their to know that my appointments were not in their βsystemβ. Then the third time around I called them to book my appointments for gel mani and gel pedi, and found that they only booked me for gel mani. The system could have glitches but how do they defend this? THEY DID NOTHING TO ACCOMODATE ME and I ended up canceling my manicure cause I needed both of them together. THE INCONVENIENCE THEY CAUSED ME AGAIN AND AGAIN IS UNACCEPTABLE. I am not going back there neither are my mom and sister (due to similar inconveniences) who were regular there ever again.

I called to make an appointment and they had no appointments at 8am. I finish work around 8pm.. and they wanted me to do either a mani or pedi because they cant accommodate people and have them done at once with 2 people doing them at the same time. Also it costs $60 for a mani/pedi which is absolutely ridiculous! At the end of the call the lady said βwell, you can go get a manicure in NYCβ. How rude.
Went in at 8 no eyebrows could be done and they dont do acrylic whats the point.....everyone does that nowadays need to have more service options

Perfect place for a mani pedi. Appointment is a must, but can be easily scheduled through their website offer calling. Very clean and pleasant environment.
I was gifted a certificate that said it was good for two mani-pedis so I was pretty excited to go and relax with my cousin. The woman who was doing my nails was very talkative and friendly. The woman working on my cousin, however, was very much the opposite. She had a bad attitude and was kind of aggressive towards my cousin. I think the overall experience was really unpleasant for her. They switched out the woman doing her nails with another staff member, but she also wasnt the least bit friendly. When I went to pay, I was horrified when I was told that my certificate would only cover a portion of the mani-pedis, something I should have been told at the onset when I showed it to them upon entering. They asked for an addition $120! They also did not give me the option to tip individually, so I ended up having to tip all three nail technicians the same amount. I left the salon feeling very upset. On top of that, my nails started chipping within two days of the appointment. Its a lot of money for something that doesnt last. I definitely will not be returning and Id advise others not to go as well.
Terrible! The technican need constant direction trim my toes more pleae, dont you have a scrub?, can u take the dead skin off my feet please? . Why do i have to this? Anyways. I left unhappy . My toes pinch and the polish was odd. I complained but still had to pay. I called a few days later, twice, and no manager called me back. Very unpleasant cistomer service. Im not going back - even of its free.
