Extremely disappointed with this salon. I went with 3 friends before my wedding and we had appointments for 4 manicures and pedicures. When we arrived there were only 3 nail technicians there and one was working with another client. Two of my friends had to wait 45 minutes before even starting their nails at that point the three nail technicians rotated between the four of us. We were there for over 2 hours and two of my friends couldn’t even get their pedicures done because the salon was so slow and didn’t have enough workers for the appointments we made.In addition when I directed the nail technician not to cut my nails but to leave them long she completely filed them down ignoring my request.The prices are low for the area but you get what you pay for.

I really wanted to love this place! It’s very clean, the color selection is great and the manager was very kind. Additionally, I came in with gel on my nails and they were very gentle in removing it. For those reasons, I’ve given this salon two stars but truthfully, this was one of the worst gel manicures I’ve ever gotten.This picture is 4 days after I got my nails done.As you can see, the polish is applied extremely unevenly (see pointer finger). There are bubbles trapped under the polish on some of my nails (see middle finger). My nails have already chipped and gel manicures usually last me well over two weeks.The nail technician is clearly inexperienced and was also in a rush, as there was a customer who had been waiting for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll get a much better result if I ask them to fix it so I will be getting them redone elsewhere.

Top quality and the best customer service ever. A super clean and outstandingly nice family run business with the main focus on client safety and satisfaction. All staff is dedicated to beauty and making things up to you. A local favorite of mine with absolutely amazing super nice and kind people.

This is my favorite nail salon. It is so clean and they do an amazing job. The ladies who own it are so sweet too. 5 stars all the way!

Excellent service, great communication, and very safe Covid protocols (plexi shields between every station, door open whenever possible, and they don’t have more than two customers in at a time). They also make it very easy to book online (and a real person will confirm by text, no bot). First time here and will be back soon!

I tried this place for the first time to do my nails for my birthday. Highly disappointed for the prices that they charge. First they made me wait 15 minutes, then she rushed me picking a color, then they didn’t have the color I wanted. She painted my fingernails like a 5year old and didn’t even lotion my hands after. They look horrible. However, the only good part of this experience was the pedicure. The older lady that did my feet did a fantastic job both massaging and painting. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this place.

First time here. Read a lot of mix reviews before coming but it was the closest and most convenient. Post quarantine experience and procedures: the store has put up clear walls between each customer seating as well as one in front of them as they do your nails- both manicure and pedicure. Honestly, I felt really safe coming in here and my expectations were met. They have sanitized their stations before seating you as well as after and when you first walk in, they have you wash your hands. The store was clean, the staff was kind and friendly, and my nails are soooooo cute!!! Two nail techs worked on my nails, one of the owners cleaned and trimmed my nails (felt really nice and refreshing) then another nail staff painted it (gel mani) I love it so much!!! I can’t stop looking at it!!🥰💗💗 most definitely will be coming back and recommend coming here!!

Great service, friendly and courteous staff. The shop is clean and very comfortable, nice decor. Appointments start on time and the results are look fantastic. My wife had her nails and lashes done and she really loved the results. The technicians really show great pride on their work. Well be coming back for sure.

I think this is a very below average nail salon. I did gel nail and pedi set, but maybe the nail technician did not have enough experience my pedi was terrible and She had to fix my gel nail with her finger every time she put. Better nail technicians with affordable price are everywhere in Boston. I won’t come back to this place again. I’m just really disappointed.

Friends bought me a gift certificate more than six months ago and I finally used it today. Excellent, precise, and thorough manicure pedicure. Will return when I can afford it.

While waiting for an appointment with Brookline city hall, decided to kill time by having a manicure. This place was just down the street and they accept walk-ins. Great experience. Even my husband enjoyed it since they have a comfortable waiting area with free Wifi for him and they offered free tea and coffee; kept him content while he waited. Nails looks great, lots of compliments at work. They have nail design where they decorate your nails; definitely try it when I have more time to kill.

Loved my experience here! Clean, peaceful & comfy space and wonderful staff - Helen & Celine were great. My gel nails look gorgeous and have lasted even longer than I expected. Super fun custom designs, too. The decor includes a beautiful wall of flowers & comfy tangerine pedi chairs. My daughter and I will both be back! Thank you Helen & Celine!

This was my second manicure, and I was hesitant because my first had not been such a great experience. This experience was completely different. She took her time and did an excellent job. My nails have never looked better! The salon is also super cute, and they are very friendly.

This nail salon is the best one I’ve been to out of all the ones in Brookline and Boston! I recommend going here and getting designs as well.

Great work, calm and soothing really felt like a spa..

A few of my gfs highly recommended this place which recently opened. Since it was quite a detour to get there from the North Shore, I finally decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. I have been going to numerous beauty salons across Boston and have yet to find one that I could call “my salon”… until I visited this place. I’m a very picky person and it takes quite a lot for me to feel “pampered”. Foremost, I look for cleanliness and sanitary in salons. This place has them. First, they don’t use those pedicure massage chairs with jet tubs, which honestly could never be sanitized with water circulating through the inner tubes. I don’t even like places that use plastic overlays which give me this icky feeling (not to mentions it’s not green). This place uses sinks that just drains the water away. Second, all their implements were all in autoclave bags with sanitization indicators. I worked in medical researched during college and I learned the importance of using an autoclave (medical equipment to steam and heat tools to high temp) for sanitization. When I see an autoclave bag with indicator turned, I knew that the implements were properly sanitized. Third, I love that they use disposable items, like files and slippers (Im all for going green but hygiene comes first). Without concerning about cleanliness and hygiene, I could enjoy my mani and pedi.So when I walked it, they hung my purse and coat. After I settled down on a pedicure station, I was offered a selection of coffee and tea (they even have decaf). With soothing music playing, I really felt pampered during my pedicure and manicure. Besides an amazing job on my nails, I think I mostly enjoyed their service since I didn’t feel rushed. The girl who did my nails took her time which in turn gave my time to relax. Most places I been try to rush so they could rotate in more customers, which I really dislike.This is a great place to unwind after a long stressful workday. Its not overly big but well decorated. My friends also recommended their facials, which sounds like a perfect way to relax after work; I’ll update my experience. For now, I’m definitely a regular. My gfs told me they have some loyalty cards which offer some perks. I’ll have to check it out on my visit this weekend.

The interior design is very instagram-worthy. As both a customer and a germaphobe, I love this place. They sterilize their tools and disinfect workspaces between every single appointment. The staff are friendly, prices are reasonable (theyre always having some kind of promotion), and they have knowledgeable and trained technicians. Ive gotten mani/pedi nails done here and they have a great selection of colors. The heavenly massages are also a plus. Ive also recently tried out their facial services and Im impressed at the positive impact it has had on my skin. I was a bit nervous about how my sensitive skin would react but the skin specialist whipped up a custom combo of stuff that did not manage to irritate my skin. They also use high quality products like Dermalogica and Chanel and they seem to constantly purchase new fancy beauty gadgets (Ill have to try some of it out next time). My skin is glowing, my hyper pigmentation has faded dramatically, and my skin has never looked so healthy. I highly recommend this place.

Very disappointed. From all the reviews I believed I had picked a hidden gem but sadly NO. Although the lady who seemed to be the manager there was nice BUT the services lacked a lot of things. I came away spending $83 including tip for a mani pedi. The extra that I received came from a box? It had the lotions etc in it and was squeezed out of what looked like trial size ‘try me’ samples! The chairs you sit in are only cushioned (straight up). No recline and no Massage. Very basic, cheap and modest set up. There is no bubbles in the water from jets so you’re soaking in very still water. Everything is bare bones here. Very few polishes to choose from. Definitely more gel than regular polish. The prices are exorbitant compared to the services. They haven’t been in business that long...less than one year. I would strongly advise not going but if you do, do not expect a full blown nail salon. My mani was finished by another technician and I wonder if it was just that my technician didn’t want to do it. The Massage I paid extra during my pedicure left A LOT to be desired. Just like everything else. In only one day, my polish (mani) is chipping off the ends. I’ll have to remove it because it looks horrible.
