By far my favorite nail salon in Brookline! I was running behind for my appointment and they were very accommodating for my gel manicure. The treatment was relaxing and Im satisfied with the result. 10/10 recommend :)
Got the $42 Classic pedicure w/ 2 friends. The salon is clean and they do everything to keep guests at least 6 ft apart. They were extremely professional, nice and timely. We all started together and finished within a few minutes of one another, which is always hard to do as a group in a nail salon - it was awesome. Color selection is large and open. The pedicure itself was so relaxing - cannot wait to be back.
I went for a mani/pedi last weekend and it was a great treat for me and the girls. I made an appointment online which was very easy to do. They were punctual and professional. Everyone was friendly. The only suggestion I have for anyone else visiting is to pay your Brookline parking meter!
I have gone to this salon several times, and it is always a wonderful experience. It truly is worth the money for a couple of reasons. First, the salon is extremely clean and all of the equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every client. Also, the nail technicians are very professional and pay super close attention to detail. My nails always look FABULOUS... they do a really great job making the manicure look perfect. The nail technicians are also SUPER nice and willing to meet your needs. Scheduling on their website is extremely easy and they have a pretty generous cancellation policy (you can cancel up to 2 hours before your appointment). Theres usually plenty of street parking as well. I really love this place and cant recommend it enough! You might pay less at another salon, but you wont find such a high quality mani/pedi. :)
Had an amazing gel manicure today! It was fabulous! My girl paid attention to my cuticles and trimmed them. Now I know what to ask for when I get back to California. A plus!
Great services, very clean and nice staff. Overpriced though.
Very good quality. A bit pricey but it was worth it.The color lasted forever, they took time to clean cuticle and shape the nails unlike in some other places.
My girlfriend went there for a manicure/pedicure and recieved quality service from a friendly staff. They were also friendly to me and pulled up a chair for me to sit in while I waited for the appointment to finish. My girlfriend was very satisfied with the attention to detail and returned for another manicure the following week!
This is my go-to manicure place in Boston. They do a really great job and my gel manicures always last for more than 2 weeks.
Superb experience. Trusted my fellow yelpers and came here for a super relaxing pedicure. The massage was long and included hot stones and it was great. My nails look awesome and the air blowing on my toes to dry them was hot. The entire salon is modern and spotless. Will definitely be back!
Never ever been disappointed here. They re super clean, do such an amazing pedicure. I have had so many positive experiences here, ten times better than miniluxe and more affordable
Simply the best around- first time my mani lasted 3! Weeks and nails were not ruined after removing the polish.
Hands down the best manicure Ive gotten in Boston!! I dont know why it took it me this long to make an appointment here. The salon is BEAUTIFUL and clean and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. They have a great selection of nail polish and they dont rush your manicure like other places. You get more than your moneys worth when you go here- Ill definitely be coming back here!
Literally the worst receptionist. We booked an appointment for 2PM. She said 2.45 is available- took down our information. When we turned up there, that lady had not even documented our information and had total amnesia. She was the one who took all calls that morning. She kept asking the same questions over and over again- finally said it’s not possible. We stayed outside for 45 mins for this appointment. Very rude, disrespectful and disorganized.
Excellent service, quality, staff, cleanliness. I have been a loyal customer for years.
My experience at this salon is consistently excellent. The staff are all equally talented and the pricing is more than fair. I have literally no complaints. They have free chocolate, water, and mints. It sets itself apart as a luxury salon in a location where you might not expect it. Its impeccably clean, they unwrap their tools before your eyes from their sanitizer pouches. Also, and this cannot be overstated, theyre quick. I have a very hectic work schedule and the fact that I can get a gel manicure in about 40-45 minutes, while still having an above average experience is what really keeps me going back.
What I like about Bellacquer is that the polish lasts a considerably long time. The place is nice and clean. What I dont entirely appreciate however is that I find them to be unaccommodating. The lady that did my nails today was very nice however when I called to make the appointment I did find them to be rude in terms of communication. Additionally, when I asked if they could do ombre they told me I would have to make an appointment way in advance to do it. When I got there though, I asked the lady who was doing my nails if she could do ombre and she agreed. She then spoke to her manager and then came back and suddenly said sorry we cant do it with regular gel. While checking out, I asked for an appointment for next month (since they claim they cant do ombre unless I book way in advance) and asked if I could do ombre with gel and the lady at the counter said yes we can do it with gel. Seems like there is an internal communication issue. Additionally, I have been doing my nails all across the globe since age 13 and have gotten ombre with gel multiple times and know that it certainly can be done. Unfortunately, they seem to be a bit unaccommodating in this front and seem to have internal communication issues however I still would recommend based on how long the polish lasts.
They have great pedicures.
This is my first ever YELP review but felt compelled to share after a very disappointing experience here. The salon is in fact very clean and staff is friendly. They have a great selection of SNS dip powder compared to other salons so I was excited to give this place a try.To my surprise, they charge TWENTY dollars more for a dip powder manicure compared to any other salon I’ve been to (general cost is $40-$45 depending on if you require removal). I can understand a slight price discrepancy between salons but $20 is just flat out ridiculous. When I asked why the response I got was “this is just what we charge.” I’m assuming part of the price increase is due to the fact that they offer “free” bottles of water which would be a nice touch if I didn’t have to pay significantly more for the same manicure I can get anywhere else.As if the up-charge wasn’t enough, 3 of my nails have broken after 1.5-2weeks when dip powder manis always last me 3.5 weeks.VERY dissatisfied and would not recommend for SNS.
Immaculate salon, great service, and easy online scheduling system.
Beautiful, meticulous work..already made an appointment for a pedicure with Vy (Vee)..this is my new go to nail salon!
Great service and friendly staff.
The best in Boston. Hands Down!
Great place! Clean and open in a blizzard!
Every time I call, the guy claims they are all booked today. I am seeing on the online booking that spots are available. Although this nail salon is around the corner, due to the level of difficulty of booking even a polish change, I will choose to take my business elsewhere.
Super clean, great service!
Great service!
