Have used Arbor Masters for several years now to trim my trees and large shrubs. They have removed several trees for me in the past, also. Recently tornado winds came through Tulsa and a huge 50 year old tree fell on my house. Chuck from Arbor Masters came out the very same day and by the next day the tree was gone. It was not an easy job. The guys had to be sure to systematically remove the limbs and trunks of the tree so that it would not fall and do more damage to my house. Highly recommend Arbor Masters.

We recently contracted with Arbor Masters to treat and fertilize five pines and to plant fourteen junipers along our pasture fence. It was a big project (for us) and Chuck Ulrich and his team did a great job – both answering a multitude of questions prior to the installation and then executing the service and installing the trees. Our pines are perking up nicely. But the tree installation was especially well done and really stepped up our landscaping. I also asked Chuck to walk our property with me and to tell me the names of all our trees. He did better than that. He walked the property himself and emailed us a Google Map with each tree marked and identified. Perfect!

I am pleased to report that all the work went extremely well and the clean up afterward was excellent and much appreciated. I also was very pleased to see that all the workers were provided with personal protective equipment and used it to their benefit. No one wants to be hurt on the job and knowing that this company follows protective guidelines is important to me. We have used Arbor Masters more that once and always been happy with the work. Cutting down trees properly is hard work.

Today, while we are all social distancing because of COVID-19, I called his office with a question and was told yes, I could text him a picture of my tree problem. He answered two questions immediately by texting me right back. Marks I feared were from an insect were really from a bird and were not going to harm my tree. Arbor Masters Tree Service came out and gave us a quote for trimming eleven mature post oak trees. Within two weeks, they were able to get a crew out and do the trimming on our trees. These trees hadnt been trimmed in at least 14 years and my husband was very concerned about getting them trimmed, without killing them. Arbor Masters crew came out and worked most of a day, trimming to the height that I wanted and checked with me several times, so that I was comfortable with the height and progress. The crew were professional, respectful and very thorough in the process of work. My husband came home and was thrilled with the job they accomplished. We have used Arbor Masters for the last 6+ years. We credit them for saving our water oak tree. It developed a fungus/parasite. Chuck Ulrich came out to check it & they have been treating it faithfully every year since. We also had them come out in mid 2016 for pruning of this tree. They did a great job. Arbor Masters of BA recently removed a huge mulberry tree that was threatening my house. They also ground the huge stump. They did exactly what I had agreed to in a safe and efficient way. I am pleased with the price and service.

Excellent service!! They had to cancel the original scheduled date due to weather and let me know in a timely manner. The second date scheduled was also the date I had scheduled for another outdoor service. But they showed up on time and worked out a plan with the other service so that they were not getting in each others way. All went smoothly and they did an outstanding job. They took down three trees, trimmed two more and removed two shrubs. Even though the yard looks a little bare it still looks neat. Great Job!!

Arbor Masters Tulsa did a great job removing two trees and trimming two other trees as well as treating a remaining tree for borers. The crew worked fast and completely cleaned up the area. A large limb had blown over during the night and was hanging on the patio roof. They came right out after my phone call and took out the hanging limb and set up the rest of the work in their schedule. Since that limb had blown over, I decided to have more work done that I had been needing. I am very pleased with the results.

We contacted Arbor Masters to remove a very large Oak tree in a very difficult area to access...corner of a fenced lot, near power lines, right up next to a pool cabana and overhanging a green house. After evaluation of the project, it was decided it could only be done manually. As in no crane or lift truck. The tree was removed in 2 days of work...all very professionally without any damage to property. Or workers near power lines!! The area of work was cleaned up thoroughly. Arbor Masters has taken good care of our pecan and whitebud trees for the last several years. Theyve fertilized, pruned, and done insect protection for us. I would say that their work is generally good. I would give them a B+ on their insect spraying, an A for pruning, and an A for fertilizing. The only issues that weve had are communication. We make arrangements for them to do work for us, but never hear from them until they just show up one day. However, their equipment is top notch, the service is good, and the people are friendly. All in all, a good experience.

We had a problem with a tree in our backyard and needed it to be removed. I called for a quote and within a couple of days, we had a quote which we accepted. On the day of the tree removal, two men showed up at the quoted time and quickly, safely, and thoroughly removed the tree. These men not only removed the tree, they cleaned up everything and even swept the driveway. It was if the tree had never been there. I would not hesitate to use Arbor Masters Tree Service again and am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

We received 4 possible service companies through the internet. Arbor Masters was by far the quickest to respond. They scheduled time for the service after a brief visit. McCain came when they said they would, moved the equipment in, performed the work and left the area in good shape.
