Erick and his crew were great! They were on-time, extremely quick and efficient, cleaned up every little branch/twig and he was very knowledgeable. He gave me several tips on how to save a few trees when he could have easily told me to have them removed to make more money but was honest and did great work. Can’t recommend enough!

I was supposed to have a rick of wood delivered Saturday. They never showed up or contacted me to let me know they would not be there. I sent two text messages and got no response. I called twice and left two messages. Still I got no response. I found another company to bring me wood Sunday so I sent a text to cancel my order. Within a minutes my phone was ringing. It was Timber Tree. A man was on the line yelling at me. He said he had text me about a family emergency and his family was more important to him than my wood. I agreed that his family should come first but I was never informed of anything. He kept trying to argue with me about his family coming first. I told him every time his family should come first. I finally hung up because he refused to listen to me. Family emergency or not I should have been contacted they wouldnt be coming. I feel bad that his child got hurt but the total disrespect to me was uncalled for. Its funny to me that when I canceled my order he called immediately, but when I was a paying customer he refused to contact me. I will never use this service nor recommend them to anyone.

We needed some stump grinding done and a couple of dead trees cut down. Their estimate was reasonable. They arrived on time! No waiting around wondering if they are going to make it or not. It was hot but they made quick work of it and cleaned up the yard very well. If I ever need any tree work in future I will call them back and I would recommend them to anyone!
