I came here to renew my license, without knowing that I had to schedule an appointment for it. As the lady at the front desk was telling me this, the lady that renews drivers licenses there happened to overhear our conversation and graciously offered to “try” to squeeze me in between appointments. I thanked her and told her I’m willing to wait.I only had to wait 20 mins before she squeezed me in and I was finally able to get my license renewed. I had been trying to renew my license for a week, being turned away twice at the location I usually go to, due to them being booked for the day.I am grateful for the young lady that renewed my license (I forgot her name, I apologize)I

I have no idea which tag agency these people are talking about when they give bad reviews. I happened upon this place about 5 years ago. They have ALWAYS made it a lot less stressful to get what I need, be it a license or registration. I have NEVER seen them be ANYTHING other than nice and professional. I doubt Ill go anywhere else..

The people I have dealt with at this agency are rude. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. They need to be more professional, and treat people like humans instead Of treating people like we are bothering them when we ask a question. Never will I use this agency again.

When you call their office, none of the phone prompts work. You stay on the line in hopes it will eventually go to someone and it disconnects you? When you try emailing them, it comes back undeliverable. It would be nice for them to have a message on their phone line indicating that they are not talking calls at this time? Literally no way to contact this tag agency other than going there?!

I gave two stars to be fair to the business. The lady I was unhappy with deserves no stars. I have been using this place for over ten years. This lady has been there most of them if not all. Whiles she has never been pleasant to deal with, today she was terrible! Horrible attitude right out of the gate. I believe it was her intent to do everything possible to not sell me my car tags. According to this lady there are ten different progressive insurers you can have. Not agents. The actual company progressive. She had my phone with the policy, but could not proceed due to not knowing which one? If it doesn’t say on the policy in your hand, who the hell would know that? I called my agent, she said she had never been asked that! She said go to another agency and you won’t have a problem. So I did! I will be sure to inform my friends and neighbors in Bentley village of the poor experience.

Terrible service the minute you walk in. The old lady is so rude its unbelievable. Not sure why, but immediately when you walk in she hates you. No one should be treated rudely period. Go to BA tag agency at 81st & Elm. They are so much nicer!

The automated answering system does not work. I’ve called over 90 times in a single week with no answer on their end. I’m going to try and call the Central BA location and see if they can relay for me.

Piece of work for sure! They put an address on my license that I havent lived at for FIVE YEARS and then refused to print me a new one and said I had to pay! I said my current address at least 3-4 times and its literally on my old license. Thanks for making me waste $40 :)

Horrible experience at this tag office!!!!! The main lady who runs this office is just rude! Went in to get my tag and she refused to give me my tag for my vehicle saying the paperwork wasnt signed correctly from the dealership. She didnt show me or give me any guidance on what was wrong. Went down the street to another tag office and guess what the paperwork was some how fine for them to issue me my tag.Rude, uneducated, unhelpful and belittling is my overall rating of this tag office.

This little tag agency office turned out to be a lovely surprise! I discovered it about 2-3 years ago when I found out it was close to my favorite Walmart. In spite of how small it looks, there has never been a line when I went and if you already know and have what you need, then youre pretty much in-and-out in nothing flat! The people there are personable, friendly and really make you glad you went the extra few miles to visit them. Being in a lower-traffic intersection definitely has its advantages!

My favorite tag agency was in downtown Bixby but its been shut down for a while and now looking for someplace new. Another tag agency was nearby but was very unfriendly and acted like they were bothered by your presents. Today I found a new replacement. Very friendly and very fast. My go-to from now on is Indian Springs Tag Agency. Its nice to work with good people.

Very unhappy, I arrived at 5:18pm. to renew my drivers license. I specifically came to this tag agency because I work until 5:00 in Coweta and they stayed open until 5:30. When I arrived I was told that they shut down the system at 5:15 and I would need to return another time. I asked I am 3 minutes late, can I really not do it today. Then another lady in the back said, no we already ran the report. So, basically they close at 5:15.

They have the rudest staff. No one there seems to know what’s going on either. The worst experience I have ever had. Won’t ever do business there or suggest it to anyone. Go somewhere where they actually know what they are doing.

I called a few weeks prior to coming here to get a quote on out of state vehicle registration for a leased vehicle & to also ask what documents need to be presented at the time of my visit. The lady told me I need my vehicle registration & my current drivers license. Once I came after a week of calling the lady then told me I needed Oklahoma insurance,a copy of my title, & NAIC number. Instantly I was pissed off because I could have had all of my documentations when I came up here. I had to jump through hoops to get a copy of my title for a LEASED vehicle. I called my finance company to fax over a copy of the title & I am still waiting on the information to be faxed over & that was six days ago. Ive lived in plenty of states & NEVER had this much trouble getting my vehicle registered. Needless to say, I went over to Central Park Tag Agency and they distributed my new drivers license & vehicle registration within 10-15 minutes & they DID NOT request a copy of my TITLE for a LEASED vehicle!!!! I am officially a Oklahoma resident!!!

We have used this little tag agency for several years, because of the lack of traffic you would experience at other tag agencies. We recently took a title in with the car to do a simple transfer. They failed miserably at this simple task and now will not make the correction. They transposed the mileage for the title transfer by 20,000 miles, so when we attempted to sell the care the mileage on the title did not match the mileage on the car. The potential customer indicated that we had committed fraud by rolling back the mileage. WE attempted to get the Indian Springs tag agency to fix the issue, they would not. It has been several months and we are still today trying to get this corrected thru the state. My recommendation is to go to Central Park tag, you might experience crowds, but they will get the job done.

Just wanted to take a moment to give this little office a big shout out. I used it years ago when i first moved to BA but since not so much, on a whim i was driving by and figured id try to knock out my tag one day. I of course didnt have anything that i needed. But they were increadibly curtious and patient as i fumbled trying to get all the info needed. They took care of me, got my licence updated while i was at it and im oce again square with the house. No matter what your drive i highly recommend this office. Its well worth the trip no matter the need.One of the best tag offices in the area hands down.

Not the typical experience I would have expected from a tag agency. It was packed when I got in but I ended up getting both my tag and my license renewed in less than 15 minutes and they even offered retakes on the photo although I declined.

After a recent incedent...I had to change my review from 5 star to one and I wish I had an option for no star. Complete explanation and review continues after the positive review! After reading a review that said they had the rudest staff.....I had to STOP what I was doing and give an HONEST and TRUE review! I discovered this little tag agency about 15 yrs ago and since then Ive NEVER went to another one! They has been rude to me and Ive never seen them be rude to anyone else. Theyve always been professional and efficient but still smiling and happy and make going to the tag agency a WHOLE LOT BETTER! Even when I moved to NE Tulsa I still continue to go ONLY to this location. Way to go ladies!!! Yall are the BEST and I appreciate your service more than I could ever say!After giving this review, I HAVE to edit it. My eyes have been opened!!! Rudest treatment I have ever received!!! I needed just a plan reg ID renewal. I was planning on coming in and staying and waiting all day for them to squeeze me in as the rudest employee ever told me to do but I also wanted to make an appt just in case. She told me that was Dec..I said thats fine. She very rudely told me Id need my birth certificate and SS card to which I said...ok, thats not a problem. She went right back to complaining I would have to sit in and I asked to make an appt again. This is when she said....DID YOU NOT HEAR ME? THATS IN DEC! To which I said are you not capable of doing your job and making an appt or is it just too damn hard for you to do??? Never again will I go there and theyre a mile and a half from my house. I went to the forest ridge tag agency, very much out of my way, was treated so kindly and they had a great system to get as many walkins taken as they could and were kind, sweet and pleasant the entire time!!!! Thats my new tag agency!!! I think someone at Indian springs needs to retire if she cant handle the heat of the rush when its busy!!! Oh! I also learned at forest ridge that its passed for another to get your real IDs changed! So...calm down, spread the word or pull those big girl panties out of your drawer, put a smile on your face and act like a damn professional. Less than a star!!!!
