Went here to get my Real ID. Get there and was told that they could not accept my birth certificate and that I would have to go to the vital records to get another one. The birth certificate that I had was a certified copy with the multicolored validation on it which I received from the vital statistics office in Oklahoma. Been using this same birth certificate for years for everything else but when it comes to a Real ID its not good enough. Went to a different tag agency and had absolutely no problems with getting my Real ID using the same birth certificate. This place needs a little bit more training when it comes to verifying birth certificates because there is absolutely no reason for anyone to have to get the run around just to get an ID

Don’t try to get a license renewal. As stated in other reviews it’s a waste of time. Asked what the wait was going to be for a renewal they said tomorrow. This was at 2pm and there were only 3 customers in the place. Asked if I could make an appointment and was told no. They said I have to show up at 8 to get a good place in line. They open at 9.

This place is a joke, tried to get license and was told they were waiting on people who waited 3 hours in line and left and they called to come back... told them fine I would go to a different tag office... the other tag office said forest ridge only does 10 license renewals a day. Everyone I have told about my experience had the same reactions... NEVER GO TO FOREST RIDGE! they are the worst!

Turned away from getting real Id or simply renewing DLThey don’t answer phones. No website with details.Was told “full for the day” but no explanation what that meant. Have to come back Monday First come first serve and stand in line. And hopefully could get renewed then. She told me to get in line at 7 am but they don’t open until 9.Was told they don’t make appts then later she said I could make appt but they are booked until October!So now I have to take time off work to try to renew license? And hope that I only have to take 1 day

Went in to renew my license and they told me that my birth certificate could not be accepted because it was issued by a county not the state of California. that makes completely no sense because every single birth certificate from California says the county on it. It also says THE STATE of California. Mine was issued by the clerk recorders in California where everyone gets their vital records and has the STATE seal on it. I went to another tag office which gave me zero issues and I received my REAL ID with no problems at all. Even the department of homeland security doesnt think this was a county issued birth certificate. They completely wasted my time and had me order a new birth certificate online thinking I was wrong my whole life about my vital record. Guess what I paid $70 for the same exact birth certificate! Hopefully nobody else has to go through this they told me its the same thing for California and Texas. I would also like to point out that I used that very birth certificate that they refused to get my Oklahoma drivers license when I moved to Oklahoma over 5 years ago . Also my brother just got his REAL ID Friday with the same kind of birth certificate you all refused. Complete waste of time and money Ill never go here again.

Called throughout the day and phone was never answered. So, I went there 1.5 hours before closing and was told that I need to come back the next day at 9am. She said there will be a line so I should come earlier. I only saw 2 customers and 4 associates looking lonely.

The person who helped me both on the phone & in person was very pleasant and took care of my paperwork efficiently. However, the reason I only gave this 3 stars (this part deserves 0 stars) is because NO ONE working there was wearing a mask! There was NO social distancing except for a makeshift plexiglass partition. Most of the customers were not wearing masks either.I felt uncomfortable given the extreme number of Covid cases at this time. I could not continue to wait to take care of my registration, or I would have left.So beware!

I have been dealing with the Forest Ridge Tag Agency and Melissa for many, many years from their old location to the new store. Melissa and her young ladies always take care of me quickly and professionally and I am in and out in no time and always with a friendly hello and a goodbye and great service in between. I had stopped by to get a new tag for one of my vehicles and inquired about my new License Id and they made my appointment nearly 2 months in advance since my old license did not expire until November. When I did go in to get the new license there was some difficulty with the DMV Data System which is a State problem and not Forest Ridge but they were able to get me in and out in relatively no time at all. They are by far and away the best Agency in Tulsa as I have been to so many over the years from the west side to north side and can truthfully say that all other Agencies are the typical condescending, pompous old hags that people have come to deal with but not at Forest Ridge Agency. I can say to those who have gone there and had to wait for a little while as their documents are being processed to remember that Patience is a Virtue and if you expect to fly in and out then maybe you should try a different agency and see how you are treated and see how long it takes.One added point that I want to add is as the Covid 19 Pandemic became more of a socially distancing issue Forest Ridge did not go the extra mile initially until later on for spacing and limiting people and mask protection. What I can say is they have greatly improved..... for those of you who belly ache and grip try going to Walmart and subject yourself to No Masks on half the idiots who walk in, no sanitization of carts and half of the employees wearing their masks under their chin or under their noses, lot of good that does huh?

My husband had been calling for two straight weeks to “make an appointment” to renew his license but no one answers. He’s in the military and works long hours but luckily he had the day off today and went in. The lady sitting there doing nothing but milking a paycheck went on to say “Sorry we’re booked till the end of November.”I’m not naive to the runnings of a tag agency and the idea to book an appointment is purely lazy given it’s a 5minute job if the concern was public health then make people stand in a line with the foot markers going out the door like the post office. Luckily there were a few offices that got smart and stopped doing appointments only because “it wasn’t helpful and they rather be able to help everyone rather than the time wasted in booking and cancellations.”Bless you, and do better!

Best help you can get from very knowledgeable staff. Although the state of Oklahoma has pretty ridiculous rules and regulations about transferring registration from another state, Melissa and their team helped me understand this situation and provided the best service possible. Thank you for you time and patience.

People are friendly but inept.

There are two reasons I will not return to this tag agency. First, they were not following any of the CDC guidelines that I could see. No social distancing, no face masks, no barriers between customer and employee. The second reason was that the four ladies in there were engaged in social conversation the entire time I was there. Not business conversation but personal conversation. The lady that was helping me stopped what she was doing on three occasions to listen in more clearly on the conversation and then talking herself. All while I was waiting in front of her.

They need to practice distancing. I am upset that there was no tape or no rules. Any other time I would be ok but not now during this pandemic. Had a gentleman to my left and my right about 2 feet away. Please tag agency you can do much better.

The friendliest group of people you will find in Broken Arrow. I used to drive 30+ minutes to see them, but now I live much closer. They are always very helpful and kind. Longest I have had to wait is 3-4 minutes. Go see them - you’ll be glad you did.

This is unquestionably (if you forgive a slight hyperbole) the best tag agency on the planet. They are always fast. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. And they all have the patience of saints. I will go a long way out of my way with my schedule to come to this tag agency, long before ever considering another.

Have a truck that is owned by an out of state company. The ladies at the office worked with me to get the correct paper work and tag. They had the patience of a saint working this out.

I needed to renew my state ID and only needed the standard ID. I dont travel or fly. After calling my reg tag agency and being spoke to like a dog (Indian Springs) and a few others I called these ladies. They were so so friendly and gave me the exact information I needed. The next day when I went to get my ID, I also learned that its been extended and we have another YEAR to get the REAL ID!!!! FROM NOW ON....THIS IS MY TAG AGENCY!!! YOU LADIES ROCK AND YOU DO IT WITH KINDNESS AND CLASS!!! THANK YOU!
