I had to wait an hour to get my new DL, but there were a lot of people there. The staff was super friendly and patient and the really nice lady doing the DL’s was exceptional. She was cranking one out about every 10 minutes. I have been using this agency for about 20 years and have never been disappointed. Thank you to all the ladies!

I’m sitting here right now and the two ladies I’ve spoke to for help have been super rude. Plus they tried to tell me they can’t take anymore people for license today and it’s only 2 pm with 4 people in front of me. If I weren’t pressed for time and needed to get this done, I would definitely go elsewhere.
These people truly love their job and they show it! From the front desk to the DL desk, all around great attitudes and so nice and sweet from the minute you walk in the door! I was so impressed by the professionalism I experienced here!

I called to get a price on my tag the lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude signing in the phone. If I EVER acted that way with a customer I would have been fired. It sounds like you do NOT like your job. Maybe you need to find something else and let someone who really needs a job get hired.
We had been driving around looking for a place to renew our license. This was the only place that even tried to help. And they were so nice about. Great place, nicest ladies. 😊👍🏽

Great Tag Agency best in the area. I saw some lady saying they were not taking the pandemic seriously. So thought I would post this is not the case. When I got there they were sanitizing the counter. Also most everything you can do online and do not even have to go in. They have always been great here.
The drivers license lady (sorry I forgot her name) was extremely nice and helpful. Ive used this agency several times now for different purposes like tags, titles etc... and everytime has been a great experience. Not like the others I have used in the area. 5 stars

Absolutely the worst customer service. Needed to register 2 new vehicles that were just purchased.Nothing but very loud sighs from the employee that I was inconveniencing.Error discovered when I received title in the mail.Somehow, this is now my fault, as the employee typed wrong color of my new vehicle, with color listed on paperwork.Tag Agent has no idea if its a problem to have a title with incorrect vehicle info on it, but if I want it corrected, I need to fill out new title app and pay for new title.Do not waste money or time at this location.
The ladies work as fast as they can. They are overworked and understaffed like all govt services. They arent gonna get any better, with our politicians actually not doing their job and cutting budgets in places we need help....Imagine a politician actually saying we need to fix these long lines and have better customer service Lolll

This place does not take the pandemic seriously. Everyone waiting in line was wearing a mask, but not one of the workers could be seen wearing one. They allowed far too many people into their small lobby. I waited outside until the lobby cleared 10 people before heading in, and there were still 10 more people inside. One of the workers kept walking right by me to go outside, not respecting social distance boundaries whatsoever. Extremely disappointed with their lack of precaution to keep the community safe.Response to owner: Like I said, no precautions were taken when I last visited. Appointments dont keep people safe if the lobby is packed with people and workers arent wearing masks or respecting boundaries.
Not sure how they get these bad reviews always been great when I go there. I saw some lady whining about them not taking covid-19 seriously that cannot be true because when we called they said we had to do it by appt now DUE to covid 19 and we had to wait two weeks to get an appt. they said we could come and wait but they are talking scheduled appts first.
Called to find out information about a vehicle I tagged there and the lady was rude af and acted like I asked her to go to the Moon and back, she just complained about having to answer the phone and how she can never get work done. Im sorry if working and answering questions for paying customers is so inconvenient that you decide to be rude to your customers then I will take my business elsewhere

I made an appointment in advance to get my drivers license and no one was at the office when I appeared. The weather has been icy but there was no post on their Facebook page, no notice on the door, and no updated voice-mail to indicate they wouldnt be available.
Called regarding the new ok drivers license, they were very polite and genuine would go there, however, they did not have availability until December 2020 for id appointments

The lines here are usually fairly reasonable. The staff are very professional and will go out of there way to help you if they can.
Indian Springs tag agency was so unprofessional and had no idea what they were doing. So I called Central Park tag agency and they literally got my issue fixed in 2 minutes. Next time I’m going to be smart the first time and only use Central Park tag agency! Best customer service and very knowledgeable!!

I called and asked a question since I’m moving out of state I’m not sure how the whole switching my tag process would be. The second the lady picked up the phone she huffed and puffed and said “tag agency” with a very irritated voice. I then explained my question and she was like “yeah wherever you’re moving will help you, anything else”. This is the first time I’ve ever moved out of state so I was just asking a simple question. I don’t know what’s going on in this person’s life. But their customer service needs to be reviewed.

I’ve never seen such a group of bitter, RUDE, negative women in my whole life. In my opinion, they need to get rid of the bitter hags that have no manners or customer service skills and replace them with some staff that is actually decent and grateful for the job!! If you can’t at least put a fake smile on your face then working at a tag agency isn’t the job for you! Go to Indian Springs tag agency for excellent customer service.
Online says if you lose your DL you have to go to DPS but I didnt have to. Called here and the nice lady told me to come in. Easy and quick! Thanks ladies.
I completely hate this tag agency. Every time I call they are so hateful and act as if your questions are not important to them. They need to go out of business in my opinion or just replace that staff with others that enjoy their job and have respect for others.
I been using this location since 2016 after moving back to Oklahoma and I experienced nothing but stellar customer service. I noticed they greeted every customer that entered. I have been telling my customers to go there if they want good quick friendly service. I even drove two customers there to get their Oklahoma DL, they were done less then 15-20 minutes. Keep up the awesome work ladies.

Best Tag Agency in Oklahoma. Denise is the best. I have had two cars where I couldnt get the title either from the dealer or the lien holder. She actually cares and took her own time to fight tooth and nail to get my title! Then she even saved me some money! The line may look long but they move you through fast. The service is top notch in my opinion.
The fact that we are required to have tags and licenses doesn’t give people the Right to belittle you & treat you poorly. You don’t have to be rude because you don’t like your job. If you don’t like dealing with people get a different job.
Best tag agency in town! Staff is always helpful and nice, and I can always get in-and-out in minutes on a weekday.Just avoid going on Saturdays. They get extremely busy, so be prepared to wait!

People here are rude. I dont know who they are nice to but its interesting the 5 v 1 star reviews. They are either the nicest people ever or very rude. Something fishy about all the 5 star reviews considering all the 1 star ones have very similar experiences...
Absolutely horrible service! I went to register a trailer with a notarized bill of sale (which they told me last week would be sufficient since the seller didnt have a title), and the same lady that told me that then, said thats not enough for a title. Now, I cant get a title?!She told me that I have a worthless $6200.00 trailer. I called another tag agency, and they said theres no reason they couldnt accept it. So needless to say, I wont go back to Central Park Tag.
My husband is active duty and we have PCSd twice. We are car / motorcycle poor and have to renew not only regular tags but specialty tags as well. These folks have been absolutely outstanding at helping us keep our licenses and all of our tags renewed and in a timely manner.My husbands license had expired while we were in the Southwest US and the folks at this tag agency, while hesitant to renew a license that had been expired for the length of time his had, were most helpful at providing the information we needed to ensure that his license does not expire in the future (something that their sister agency neglected to do even though they also knew we are active duty).Yes, the last time I was there in person to renew SIX plates there was a line as is to be expected on a Saturday morning at 10:30am but every one there had a positive attitude and ever so helpful. You folks are a God send to me!!!

This agent closes at 5:30 during the week. I would not arrive at 5:24 as I did to find they had already locked the doors. I would highly recommend you use the Forrest Ridge Tag agency. They are much more efficient and they are very friendly.

Some employees are good and friendly, they do their job well. The others, though, act like you are a nuisance to bother them to have them do their job, they even roll their eyes. If you go at the times that are not so busy then it is not bad. I chose 4 stars because I prefer go to this tag agency than the others. It is clean and not bad of location.
Worst tag agent in the Tulsa metroplex. Ive bought 11 used vehicles and on my 12th, this tag agency botched my registration, and did not advise me that the brand new tags I purchased (almost $1000) needed to be renewed, two months after purchasing the new tags. Now Im on the hook for a years worth of late fees and a ticket. After speaking with the Oklahoma Tax Commission, I was advised that what they did was technically compliant, but outside of the norm, and they likely did so to generate more revenue for themselves and they should have informed me of what they did. I walked out of the tag agency one year ago, thinking that I had one year before needing to renew (which has been the case with the 11 previous vehicles I have ever purchased).Ive dealt with some rude tag agencies that live up to the stereotype, but I have never been talked to by an employee of any establishment, like I have at this place. Complaints have been filed with the OK tax commission regarding their business practices and severe lack of customer support. DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Use Indian Springs or Forrest Ridge tag agency in Broken Arrow. I will never darken the door of this tag agency again, and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of how they operate.I can also attest to the extremely rude hag that answers the phone. If I answered the phone like that where I work, I would likely be reprimanded or fired on the spot.
I was adopted recently, and I need to change my name on my drivers license. I called to see what I needed to bring to get my name changed. The woman on the phone told me to go somewhere else. When I asked her to repeat where she believed I needed to go she sat there and said nothing for a minute until I hung up on her. Not at all helpful

The Oriental lady refused to take my Texas birth certificate and said I needed an Oklahoma birth certificate but I told her I was born in Houston but she still insisted and sent me to the DPS and they fingerprinted me and ran warrants on me and then sent me back to the same tag agent. This journey lasted three hoursAll I wanted was to renew my license!!
Ridiculous! What good is being open at 7 if your equipment isnt working!? I pull up hoping to run it and get my license renewed before work and there is a sign saying that their licensing computer is down! That is your business, you would think you would have it fixed the same day it went down. Now I have worry about finding a tag agency that is open after work!

Had a good experience renewing my DL. There was a line, but it went fairly quickly. The lady was polite. Took a good photo, which I appreciated.
I have gone to many tag agencies but this is by far my favorite. The ladies that I deal with are always very helpful. I just moved and called from Boston and they were still super helpful to me. I wish I could have taken this tag agency with me.
I must say that these folks have the worst work ethic of anyone I know. I was missing a form so I ran home to get it. I pulled up five minutes prior to closing and saw the lady run and turn the lights off. You could still see all the people moving around inside. It wasnt even the closing time yet. All this when they knew I was coming back. Terrible people. The state should flush these people once every few years so they at least get people who are respectful and happy to have a job!
Why do you have a phone line if no one answers it? Just bought a new car and I was trying to see how much my tags would cost but no one will answer the phone and I’ve been calling for days. Bad business. Guess I’ll waste my time and gas just to see how much it’ll cost then have to make another trip later. Rediculous. Needs a customer service department.

The lady that I talked to on the phone was extremely rude and did not have one bit of costumer service what so ever. Laughed at me when trying to give the vin number of my vehicle and told me I was not giving the numbers correctly, was getting very frustrated when she could clearly not hear and then I called back and ignored my call. I demanded to speak with someone who had a little more respect and she was the only one who could help me. Definitely will not be using this tag agency again period.

Worst experience ever. Not only are the lines long which I understabd it takes time. But that wasnt even the bad part. The bad part was the blonde lady that helped me was very patronizing. She talked down to me and others ahead of me. I was asking questions as any person would do when they dont know, and the way she and her helper at the counter were talking to me and other people was very rude. I didnt even complete my transaction asked for my paperwork back and walked out. I will never go back to that place.

Fairly fast for a Tag agency and on average friendly. Much more pleasant than a trip to the DMV. Can be busy at times so if you are in a rush or have the luxury try not to go near the first or end of the month.

We work with this Broken Arrow Tag Agency for our Car lot and our Junk yard and have no complaints what so ever. Always nice in fact they have a special place for dealers to go so we do not have to stand in line. Again no complaints at all
Went to Central Park Tag Agency on March 22, 2016 to renew my Title with a Lien Release Form and to get my yearly sticker for tag. I had just moved to Broken Arrow and gave them my new address here and told them to send the Title to my new address.Guess she wasnt listening because after realizing in July, I never received my Title I called them and Puddin said it was mailed to the wrong address!!!She told me it would take about 5 business days to get it. I visited the Agency after two weeks and told them I STILL havent received my Title. She said ok, we got it this time.....I should receive it in 3 to 5 days ....again. After 1 1/2 weeks I went back to the Tag Agency and she called someone and told me again it will be 3 to 5 days. Again I didnt receive my Title. So fed up after the run around for 6 months now I came back to the Agency and I ask to talk to the Manager. After threatening to call Lori Fulbright of Fox 23 news and Channel 2 Works For You AND me getting signs and picketing their Agency the Manager told me ONCE again you will get your Title within 5 days. WELL, what do you know, I finally got it after 6 months. This is nothing but neglect and disrespect of a senior customer. I will NEVER walk into their Agency again even though they dont really give a flip whether I do or dont.
