Great professional friendly service. On time and they texted when they were on their way. Just moved in and dryer was not drying. They found a blockage and cleaned the vent and conducted an airflow test. I called yesterday and They had an appointment available for today so I had them come out the man on the phone quoted me about $149 and when they got here today they cleaned the dryer the dryer vent and the connection from the wall to the outside vent they were here for about 45 minutes and it only ended up costing me $144 the guys were knowledgeable they got their work done quickly and they were very polite I will be using this service every time I need to get my dryer vent cleaned

TNT was easy to contact, informative, professional, and quickly resolved the problem with our dryer vent. There was a screen in place that shouldn’t have been left by the builder. The TNT tech removed the screen and thoroughly cleaned our vent duct and vent hood. He also cleaned up the mess of lint that spilled out onto the roof. I also received maintenance cleaning schedule suggestions.

The crew from TNT was just great. They arrived on time, carefully took my dryer outside to dismantle it and completely clean it out, they also climbed up on the roof to clean the discharge hood where the dryer duct exits, then cleaned out the entire duct down to the laundry room. They also provide an airflow measurement report and the dryer is working like new now. In our case, the duct was completely blocked at the roof discharge hood. I recommend them, they did a great job.

I was totally impressed with Jerimiah and Mitchell. They came to clean my dryer vent and new dryer that was installed 6 months ago but was giving a D80 error. Little did I know that that error meant that the system was 80 percent blocked. Jerimiah discovered real quick that part of the problem was that the rooftop vent had been disconnected but not reconnected when we had a new roof installed 10 years ago! Mitchell meanwhile was in the utility room and discovered that the dryer duct had been crushed when the dryer was installed.Both problems were professionally corrected and the dryer and vents cleaned within about 1 hour and the airflow test that started at 800 was 2400+ when the repairs were completed. I was amazed and truly grateful for their friendly attitude, professional knowledge, and ability to explain everything that needed to be corrected. The price of the repairs was much less that I expected too.And a small world experience - they recognized that one of their other clients for the day had the same last name. Our son had hired them for services scheduled for the same day! He reported the same excellent results too!They are a local company, not a big name, but I recommend them whole heartedly. I dont think you can go wrong with TNT.

TNT? The TNT folks provide outstanding, professional, dryer vent cleaning (they have it down to a science!). TNT even vacuums behind your washer and dryer (I remember, when dryer vents get cleaned in the past, how I would run and get the vacuum cleaner to vacuum up three years worth of dust before the washer and dryer were put back, but TNT does it automatically--one does not have to ask. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I contacted them on a Sunday evening and left a message knowing they werent there but it was one thing off my to do list. The very next morning I was contacted to set up an appointment. They were always polite and knowledgeable. They were upfront about pricing and the fact that because we lived a ways out there would be a travel charge. We didnt mind. The cost of living the country. We are used to it. I recieved 3 different reminder emails prior to the appointment date. On the day of the appointment I recieved a text stating my technician was on the way and what time he would arrive. From the beginning of the appointment to the end he was courteous and professional, explaining the entire process to me and what we might be able to change to make a positive impact on our home moving forward. When finised he cleaned up every speck of dust and lint. I most definitely recommend this company. We will be using them for maintenance services in the future.
