James and his helper were the best. The most professional tile cleaners. James told me everything he was doing and he did it exactly as he said. My tile was so clean and nothing was left unfinished. I would highly recommend James and Stanley Steemer. He did an excellent job and his work was perfect.

Cleaned my tile floors and wood floors. Excellent job, so customer friendly, great at educating me on product and services, beautiful thing is, exactly what they educated me on and promised is actually what they delivered. So accommodative, they showed up on time for original appointment, I had to back out because I had cleaning people in my house preparing for home sale photo shoot the next day, they came back at 8:15 am sharp the next morning, completing job well in advance to photo shoot. Great service, great people, had great conversation we learned a lot about one another

My aunt has been using Stanley Steamer for a while and is happy with them. Today is the first time I was at her house when they came over and was really impressed. Very professional guy named Shawn came to clean the carpet. He started by putting a cover over the door so it would keep the heat/cold out while he had the hoses running in the house. Also put protectors up at every corner so the hoses running against them woul not do any damage. He was very friendly and quick.

Demetrius and Gavin are extremely nice and helpful. They arent hard-core trying to up sell, they are what else can we help you with and give you a nice discount on? I originally contacted Stanley to schedule getting my sectional in the living room cleaned and they offered to clean the area rug that it sat on. I let them do it and HOLY MOLEY!! I dont think it has been that clean since we purchased it and we steam clean it ourselves on a regular basis! Then they asked about cleaning my kitchen tile floor. I was thinking Really?? I can clean my own kitchen floor!! Then he showed me a small area after he did it and I was sold. I was able to get the grout shaded a different color as well which made the tile floors unrecognizable - seriously!! They look incredible and like Ive never seen before. I used to want to replace the tile because it was so blah looking but not now. They gave me a very fair price on all of it and things look really great!

Blake and Bryce were professional, courteous, and affable. They were thorough and quick. Enjoyed this service call.The only thing I did NOT like was they were supposed to be here between 1 and 5 and did not show up until closer to 6. The timing issue is NOT their fault. Dispatch should have called me to let me know the disparity in time.All in all, I highly recommend this business.

I am truly amazed at how good they did on our floors. Our pup has scratched our wood floors so badly we thought we’d have to have them sanded down and re-finished, but not after they came and worked their magic. I highly recommend getting in touch with them to see what they can do for you if you’re on the verge of re-finishing your wood floors, too.

Really respectful and explained things to me without me feeling like I was dumb for not already knowing. Helped me out with saving money by explaining deals. Respected me, my animals, and home. We were actually going to buy new furniture because ours was looking worn out but decided to give upholstery cleaning a try first. Oh my gosh….it looks like brand new furniture! Are guys were really nice. My problem though was the time. Suppose to be thefr between noon and 5. I called at this when they were still not here. They were called and running behind. They did not get to my house till 6:30. I did not think that was acceptable.

Technicians (2)showed up, one smelled under the influence with glossy eyes all but told me he didnt want to do it. Let me know it was gonna take him two hrs. to do the small repair after quoting me a price, after back and forth with the repair I said well lets just do cleaning.Told me that they wasnt gonna be able to get some stains out which was water spill spots. I was over it by now. Told them thats ok. Ill just go another route.

We recently purchased a home and the previous owners did not clean or even vacuum the carpet. I have never had carpet professionally cleaned and was very impressed with Steven Allen and Frederick Galvan. They did a great job on the whole house with carpet they even showed me the stuff they were getting out of the carpet. They even did a demonstration to show me if I wanted to have my tile cleaned. Both gentlemen were very nice and professional and we’re done within two hours! I will definitely be going back to Stanley Steemer again in the future!

Although my appointment was over an hour late (5hr window)... scheduling was not the fault of the workers in the van. Customer service was not able to get a hold of management for me when I called to discuss matters in a timely fashion.

We had Blake and another guy (can’t remember his him but omg so awesome) out to clean all the floors at our new home. I’m not sure I can put into words how amazing these guys were. They worked with us on scheduling time as we had them come the day we closed. Of course closing doesn’t always go as planned and on your timing. They were great waiting for us to get the keys and worked late into the night doing an amazing job on all of our tile and got all of the stains out of the carpets. Everything looks brand new. I was so thankful for them and their professionalism. I want to tell people if you’re looking for a company to take care of your home, these guys do an amazing job! We loved them so much we signed up for their maintenance program! A+++++ guys!

I called them and within an hour to hour and a half there was someone there to clean our carpets. A whole house for$200. They did a great job. Ive never used a professional service before and i was impressed.

3 generations of kids, teens, and adults have lived in this 3 story house none of the carpets have never been cleaned all kinds of stains spots that could never be identified and todays performance and professional work was outstanding and i will be loving my beautiful clean carpets.

Michael came and was very professional, very considerate, and did an amazing job with our carpets. They look and smell amazing even though it had been years since our carpets were last cleaned. We have 3 dogs and now you wouldnt know it to walk into our house. I will definitely use them again.

I called Stanley Steemer and they came out the same day and cleaned all of my tile and grout back to looking new! The serviceman was very professional as well!

The gentleman showed up to do a job that they had quoted $453 on over the phone. After being there and measuring for an hour, they called and jumped the price to $1,193. It was 3:30 p.m. on a Friday and it was obvious they just wanted to go home and not be there to do the job. Left us hanging high and dry on the day our client closed on their house.

Shawn delivered the most thorough cleaning I ever had of my sofa and floors. He was professional and efficient. He was working alone due to illness with his helper. However he did an outstanding job all by himself. Stanley Steemer kept me informed about when he would arrive. We were the last customers of the day for him but he was energetic and efficient and did an excellent job.

These guys were very helpful, kind, professional. They got all the stains out too! Understanding of our new dog who was in my room with me behind a baby gate but barked her head off. She wanted to meet them not eat them. Anyway, they did a wonderful job!

Was talked into having wax buildup removed from my hardwood floors and the floors in the kitchen. The process was extremely messy, it took hours to do and required two days, ruined the painting on the baseboards and left black wax on the walls, under the fridge and on the floor. The outcome was that the floors looked worse than before started. They tried to make better, but the floors were awful. Would not recommend that anyone do this. They blamed me for having wax buildup. ☹️

They came and took all my area rugs off site to be cleaned. Such great service at a fraction of the price I paid the place I got the rugs!
