I would give 0 stars if I could. Lazy and miserable employees that work there and they are a rip off. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

These guys did right by my boys they were fast friendly and efficient. For a tow company you cant ask for better! Also the price was fair! Great Job Georges! Plus they have been in Brockton forever!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Quick Responses and very nice people in general

Second time using them. This time, I called for a tow. They came in the time they stated. The driver was professional and cool. Price was decent for my situation (busted ball joint). They towed it to the shop without causing further damage. If I need another tow, Ill call again. I recommend them.

I waited 45minutes I had a flat tire at Walmart in Avon. My lug nuts were stripped. There are many ways you can’t attempt to remove the lug nuts the driver didn’t try not one. He just immediately insisted on towing my vehicle. I called bstowing tow truck and they had it off in less than 10 minutes. Next time don’t send a lazy young inexperienced driver. Bstowing is the way to go they went above and beyond unlike this tow company.

Called for flat tire. The tow man took less than two minutes to remove the tire before he insisted on towing my vehicle. Lazy inexperienced tow man. I waited 45 minutes fir nothing. Called bstowing tow company in Brockton and they took less than 20 minutes to get there and change my tire. Would never use this company again.

Excessive wait time lazy tow man. They would rather tow your vehicle than help you. I do not recommend this company.

Great service I was towed by this company once before I ended up having the same driver Scott A. Super nice and excellent customer service no additional damage was done even with a broken ball joint !! I will refer your company to everyone I know Thanks Scott and Georges !!

They towed our truck after a minor accident. We were told we can pay in cash or a mechanic picking up our truck could issue a business check. It took some time to raise the exorbitant funds to get the truck from Georges lot, and when we told them the mechanic would pick up truck and drop check, Scott Brass informed us that deal (which I understood to be company policy) was no longer on the table. Basically they insisted on cash likely to avoid reporting to tax collectors. They also previously were going to give us a $400 discount if we paid cash, and rescinded that offer upon learning that we took issue with their behavior in this situation.

Helping a fellow city citizen out tonight and from the initial call to the Driver showing up, it was a very smooth process and he was earlier than quoted. Driver in #12 wrecker, you are the best. Thank you from the driver in the jeep helping the woman out. You made everything easy for her.

Been to Georges twice.....First time I was towed there so he had me hostage.....lol. I thought my Starter was shot so he could have changed it. Called me and said it was not my Starter instead it was just a wiring problem. Fixed it and that was a year ago. Second time was just a few days ago....Check Engine light was on....multiple misfires. I brought my Jeep in on Wednesday morning and they called and said the car was ready at 4...My Jeep has never run better. Reasonable price.... Trust worthy....Fast service.

Guy towed my car and forgot to drop keys off with it. Called them back had keys in is pocket brought keys to wrong location and dropped them off in mailbox...
