Needed an auto-trailer to take my all-wheel drive Subaru to FL. They have a pretty large inventory of trailers here. Inside they had a great variation of packing boxes and they also do storage lockers. The store was very clean and organized. Kaitlen did a great and quick job of getting me checked in and the trailer hitched and lights checked. They knew the business and I wont use anyone else if I need a rental... and I live in NJ!!

Great customer service helpful and friendly quick n convenient

Problems werent with this store exactly since I booked online through U-Haul website. Booked a truck and a trailer and U-Haul change my truck pickup location to a spot in strawberry mansion about an hour away but luckily my trailer was her what good is that with out the truck to tow it.

They where a big help with us getting what we need and Explaining everything we need to know and showing us Jake was very Professional and very kind thank you Jake

The phone zone has fixed 3 devices of mine in the last 3 months and the are fantastic. The prices are very reasonable and they are so nice and helpful. I cant say enough about how nice and fair this business is.

I’ve been to several uhauls in my life and this place has the best customer Service ever. They were patient on top of the game and knew what they were talking about. Came here for a hitch for my car and the lady was super friendly and awesome customer service

We rented 2 ubox containers for our move and didn’t fit so needed to order the third one. Our delivery agent Elizabeth was super great and accommodating, she brought us third container within an hour so we were be able to finish our loading same day!!!!! What an outstanding service! Thank you Elizabeth, you are awesome!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Everyone was very nice on the phone but had to call multiple times and be put on hold for a half an hour to try and find where my U-box was that was suppose to be delivered from 9-am-1pm. Got transferred around and then told that the employee who told me 9-1 was wrong and it is actually 12-4pm. I then received a call saying it would be at my home at 3:15pm.When 4pm passed and still no box I called again to find out where it was and they proceeded to tell me they just left and she would find out exactly where it is. I then got a text that it would be another 30 minutes. Lost a whole day of packing and had to wait at home all day for the box instead of picking up last minute items. Would not recommend going with U-Hal if you are expecting things to be on time and reliable.

I do not recommend to ANYONE that they use this service because of how unorganized they are. They were a week late in delivering the pod, & they changed the padlock on the pod without even telling us upon drop-off; we had to discover that for ourselves. Don’t waste your time.

Guy blocked the door with his 20ft uhaul. Kept us stuck inside for an hour after he said minutes to move and then broke the door stranding us inside with our pickup. Employee left us when the place closed like it wasnt a big deal and we sat for 3 hours till a garage door repairman showed up and he and my husband lifted the door and I barely drove out. My husband hurt his shoulder arm and back. This is really typical of my uhaul experiences. Some employees are excellent and others are outright asshats. So now to drive 10 hours home to TN only 5 hours behind schedule.

Went to the Uhaul store tonight to pick up a few things. There was another person in there and seemed like they were waiting. After 15 I asked if he got any help. He said the Store Manager was in the back fixing his car. He told me it would be 40 minutes. After about 10 more minutes he got the Manager to come out and ring me up. This was a terrible experience.If reading this go to the one on Street Rd. I never had a problem there.

Made a reservation for 10 showed up at 9:45. Didn’t leave until 11:10. Odometer was off and tires were low leading to truck being labeled “unsafe.” So not only are they unbelievably godawful slow but they also don’t check their vehicles in between rentals. Take photos and have records so they don’t blame you. The dmv is a pleasant experience by comparison...

The service at this location was great! If there is ever the need for a moving truck/van in the future I am certain we will become a repeat customer. However, my family and I did experience a slight dilemma with using there online reservation! Rather then making the rental process a smoother/faster one it slowed us down as the uhaul site was giving the representative problems pulling up our information- we ended up having to redo the paperwork in the store. Is UHaul to blame for this? Who knows, but overall the service was friendly and professional. Side Note- they also have a leave a box, take a box area at this location which I thought was a pretty clever and useful idea.

Store manager was sleeping in the back when i got there to pick up my rental truck. No one was at the front desk for a hour. Then he came & said he dont have a truck for me. He gave me small truck & never check the truck before i leave. Rude. Disrespectful. Poor customer service

This place is full of con artists. They charge you for fees they never told you about or were even mentioned in the agreement. They have absolutely no customer service skills and will argue with you about everything. DONT GO HERE!

I’m never renting from this location, or any other UHAUL. I made my original reservation for a van online, and of courses I checked off the damage waiver like I always do on a rental car. I made the mistake of using their new mobile checkin, which ended up clearing my preference for the damage waiver. I did not realize this until the next day when I bumped a corner on a fire hydrant, and called to check why my insurance wasn’t on. I called this branch manager, and he confirmed that I did initially have the SafeMove insurance, but that it was cleared at the time of check in when I used their app.Not only did they remove my insurance, and left me liable for $1000 of damage (for a $200 corner pillar plastic snap in part), the whole check in process was sloppy and I had to go in store to pick up the keys anyway. And the license plate of the van they told me to look for was wrong. Whats the point of mobile checkin if it doesn’t replace going in the store and waiting in line.This company is a bunch of crooks. Not only do they scam you on the insurance, they rip you off on the cost of the damaged. They deserve to go out of business and be replaced by a company with fair and comprehensive pricing. As well as apps that don’t mess up my order.

Not bad. Check all vehicle or trailer for any damage and check your trailer wire harness. Cause god forbid it is returned damaged you better get the insurance !

Slow service. Also this is the second time I rented a cargo van and it was dirty. The dash and cup holders and pet hair on the seats. I had to clean it myself. I didnt have time to argue.
