I bought a new Jeep Grandcherokee and was needing a tow hitch added to it. I booked the appointment online and dropped it off the next morning and told the two men working at the front that I would be in the area and borrowing my aunts vehicle while they installed the tow hitch and that she would be off work at 4:30 and need her vehicle back I picked her up and about 4:40 the one guy called and told me it was finished. It looks great and seems to be working great and the two men working was very polite and helpful! I would recommend this place.

Shockingly terrible customer service. Called to ask if they offered a specific service and was told yes, then given the cost, and told to come in. Got there and was told by an employee without a face mask that they dont perform said service and that I had to get out of the store because I had brought my items in to the store exactly as directed to do on the phone. I cant recommend enough that you avoid this specific location at all cost.

Bad service. I asked 3 or 4 times to get a straight answer on when Id be charged or what time it needed to be back. Never got one. Mgr was trying to be shady to gauge how much they could get away w charging. Huffy, didnt want to deal with a paying customerEdit : called the next day and they extended it to 24 hours. Pretty sure thats what I payed for to begin with. They were nicer today a,t least.

My husband and I have had some bad experiences with U-Haul in the past. However, our experiences with this location have been nothing but great. Having just moved to the area, weve needed the services of this location on a few different occasions, and found that the folks at this location have been extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location.

Went to pick up a U-Hal and had already called and gave my information. Well when I got there all my information was wrong. Kenneth helped me. And he sure acted like he had all day to give me my U-Haul. I waited a long time. And had many people behind me. It shouldn’t take me over 20 minutes to get my truck. Was told a price of 39.99. Well it ended up being over a hundred! I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service I got. Don’t think I’ll probably go back.

Avoid !!!! I use to love this place and would never go any were else but as of resent all there employees have changed and none of them know customer service or how to treat people I will be changing venders after this last time at this store I rented a trailer and was told buy the ladys inside to go hook it up myself and take what I want I finally had to talk to four diff people to getThem to hook it up so the Inshurance would be covered if any thing happened.

Went in to get a car dolly to haul a S10, they were very helpful and I formed me a trailer would be much better at only $10 more. Thank you!

These guys are great. While towing my Harley the brake lights and turn signals went out. This could have been disastrous because we had a very long trip ahead. They were able to diagnose and correct the problem quickly and efficiently. They have my highest recommendation for excellent service.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had in my life. Rented the truck with a low tire that you cant put air in. Loaded the truck and started my journey. Less than a mile into the trip 2 tires pop and leave me on the side of the road. Call road side assistance and after 3 total calls and 2 hours later they finally show up. They replace 2 tires and tell us that the truck is not safe to drive and should have never passed a safety inspection. This was a company that does routine assistance for uhaul. The technician said that he would be glad to give a statement to uhaul regarding the lack of safety. Called uhaul back and was told that since we rented the uhaul for only 24 hours they could give us an additional 2 hours of rental for our trouble. WOW! Thanks for your consideration. No concern for our safety. We plan to take uhaul to court to address these issues and make sure it doesnt happen to someone else....

Rented storage unit and the size I needed wasnt available. The GM at the time priced me two for the same price as the unit I needed after he left prices went up. Went and paid my bill have receipt for the amount and later was told my payment wasnt valid. Smh how was it not valid but I have the receipt.

Computers were down when we got there.the Rep barely spoke,all he said was make sure it comes back with the same amount of gas. Used the truck way less than the 24 hr rental,gased it up and parked it in THIER after hours drop-off. Guess what!Theres a $20 convenience fee for this! Called and was told its on the contract the contract we never received since thier sysytems where down? Yeah.that contract.Skip They-Steal and use Budget

$75 for a 5x10 wow I can get a 10x10 at so many locations for that pricesUPDATE: they have now moved and 5x10 at their new location is over $100. I think its upwards of $150.Ridiculously overpriced

Truck i rented had moderate body damage, needed new brakes and tires. Additionally, the AC didnt function. When i brought this up to the service tech he agreed with me that they should not be renting the vehicle. The manager told me that the last customer to have that truck reported no issues.... Thats called fabricating a story. Thats probably the last time i use Uhaul.
