Thanks to the two pool experts in the Bristol store twice a problem twice the correct solution.

Ricky was very helpful with advice to get rid of a paint smell in the pool. The staff at this location is always helpful with water testing and chemicals needed, and the store is well stocked with inventory.

Dealt with Rick the manager for supplies to close our pool. He was blurry helpful and knowledgeable! Thanks!

I had to leave a review because I was truly blown away by the customer service at this store. In June I moved into a new house with a pool and was completely clueless but determined to figure it out. Three different pool companies came out to help but no one guided me as well as Ricky at Leslies. He is dedicated to making his customers pools safe and beautiful. Whether in person or on the phone, I felt like I was in good hands and more importantly he got my pool perfect after lots of little and big issues. Each time I was in the store I saw the same dedication and friendliness toward every customer. This is how I imagine businesses used to be run--true care and concern for the person and the product and getting it right. I could go on and on! I ♡ Leslies!!

Tristan is great!! Extremely polite and enthusiastic. Had issues with our equipment all last year and old management did nothing but throw his co workers under the bus. Tristan had us bring both our pump and cleaner in, and figured out in a day exactly what the issues were. He didnt even charge us for labor! Both are set to go, and he told us if there are any other issues, he will take care of us. We are extremely confident going into this season! If you have an issue, THIS is the guy to see!!
