Have been using Todd for several years. Always had good service. Took my 2016 Chrysler 300 in for an oil change and inspection. Car was leaking oil afterward. Took it back to Todd. He said it was a faulty oil filter. He changed it no charge and added oil as well. Leak became much worse. Turns out he broke my oil filter housing when he overtightened it. One would think that he would pay for it as he is the one that broke it. Nope, I will be picking my car up tomorrow and paying for the repair to the tune of $595. Didn’t even have the courtesy to pay at least half, even though he should have fixed it for free! Sad to say, we will not be going back!

Been going to Todd for years for all of our car’s needs. He took over my Mom’s boyfriend Jim’s old shop (Fleming & Sons Auto). When Jim Fleming retired & closed up Fleming & Sons on Rt. 13, Todd started renting the space out from him, & running McDonough’s Auto Repair out of there. He is an honest, down to earth guy, & really the only person I trust when it comes to doing any kind of work on our car. That’s saying something because I don’t trust many people at all... 🙂
