Pretty quick service for shipping packages out.

Ray was so patient and helpful! I wanted to ship framed artwork and thought it would be near impossible to do. Ray showed me some amazing options and we packaged it up. I feel so comfortable sending it across the country now. Even though I arrived near closing time I never felt rushed. Thank you to Fed Ex and Ray for making this a great experience!

Quick and fast service to ship my package off.

FedEx drivers are no trained properly to handle package. They never rings the bell and put up the sticker WE MISSED YOU . The same thing happened after a complain was made. Worst experience ever.

I wish I could give them no stars because that is what they truly deserve. FED EX used to be a great shipping company, but now they are terrible. We made several arrempts to try to have medical equipment that was desperately needed to be shipped from our facility on Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst to West Columbia Georgia. Each time they sent the wrong vehicle to pick up this equipment for shipping trying to blame us when they had all the correct information for shipping. The company could not get any more lazier by doing nothing and unprofessional then they were talking with us and purposely hanging up the phone. Very disappointed with them and I will never use them ever again at work or personally for delivery. I would rather ship through the United States Post Office as long as you are not mailing a mail in voting ballot the post office seems more reliable.

They did everything to get the package deliered as qiuck as possible after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt. Very happy with the service!

Terrible place. Packages literally never arrive on time nor are they EVER updated properly. Especially with express shipments.

Fed Ex is becoming as bad - if not worse - than the USPS. They do not come when they promise to; they lie or have no clue where packages are even with tracking numbers. They left a post on my door, when I called to check on the tracking number they claim that package was picked up a month ago. Somebody else called me claiming she was a dispatcher, saying the problems stem from not having a suite number. When I said, how is that possible, as I have had two notices on my door? She hung up. I still do not have the package.

FedEx Express is okay for where I am. We have a friendly delivery person for my area. However I wish FedEx Express for around here wasnt all the way in Bristol, and this branch serves much of Northeast Philly.

Tucked way far in left is actual Fed Ex!! The women were ABSOLUTELY awesome very friendly and helpful! Thank you I had to ship a broken phone back and placed it in a fitted box but I ran outta clear tape...lmao they put it in a better shipping envelope and took care of everything for me btw I just barely made it before they closed and they were just so happy to help me anyways!!

Fedex driver lied and said nobody was home to receive package. FIRST OF ALL, no signature is required. SECOND, we were home waiting by the door. Tried to complain to customer service but no luck. This happens all the time. Cant get through to a supervisor either!

Terrible service! Didn’t receive my package three times on time even tho I paid for overnight delivery, driver lied about knocking on my door or being near it because I have security cameras and I checked on them and no one attempted to delivered it! I also called the office and they told me that driver was here and did knock on my door! Don’t know what’s going on with the delivery system! If it was my choice I would never used FeDex!

Two times now a package was to be delivered to my house . The driver has stated or entered that nobody was home to receive the package . Well there was never a delivery attempt I reviewed my camera footage for the first so called attempt, NO FED EX PERSON !!! The second time I was physically in my front yard at the time in which the driver said or entered no one to receive package !!! So NO FED EX PERSON !!!!!! I then called customer service to track it again wanting to just go to the hub and get it myself . And I was told that I will get it for sure tomorrow AND GUESS WHAT ? YUP. NO FED EX PERSON !!!! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO CHANGE THERE SYSTEM !! BECAUSE IF A DRIVER DOESNT “have time “ TO KNOCK ON A DOOR OR LEAVE A PACKAGE THAT IS NOT C.O.D. AND OR, DOES NOT NEED TO BE SIGHNED FOR THEN THEY ARE NOT DOING THERE JOB !!!!!!!!!

If there is a sero, I will give zero credit to FedEx. If you have important mail, please dont use FedEx, Because they will never make good on their promise! It is the second time FedEx cannot deliver my mail on time, and they charge more on delivery fee than other carrier. I have to use it for the second time because my covid 19 lab only use FedEx for shipping. Now I may not be able to catch my flight due to the late delivery! They should be called FudEx!

Needed to ship a window assembly from a 70s Cordoba, I completed the packaging but FedEx took care of the rest. Quick, easy and accurately priced for the services needed. Friendly, efficient staff. Location is not easily found if youre not familiar with the Keystone industrial park.

They keep sending packages to the wrong address and wont pick them up. I am disabled and not able to get to the packages to get the tracking number. Ive called FedEx 3 times and they will not pick them up. How hard is it to send a driver to pick up packages from an address where they werent supposed in the first place?

Missed a delivery requiring signature on a Friday afternoon, so I came here to pick up my package after the driver returned his truck for the day.Quick and easy service. Friendly staff. I don’t foresee needing to come back here unless I miss another package but I’m glad that the option is there for a painless pickup.

Fedex is absolutely horrible. So far our driver has not finished his deliveries every day this week. And even though they know about it, it continues. So therefor our packages are not being delivered. If he is such a wimp and does not want to do the job then leave and go home, let someone else take the spot.

Driver never knocked as I had someone waiting for Del. All day. I called I got no help.Told me driver did knock. Told him the time driver was there and he told me i was wrong when written on paper left by driver.Turns out they tried to del. a package not due to tomorrow. My bad. Wrong info on both sides.

WOW WOW WOW. Ok, My FedEX door deliveries have something to be desired this past year. Packages arriving beat up and or mis-delivered etc. So my expectations were not too high going into this center. I have never been so impressed with customer than I am with this place. The people here are so helpful with getting your package shipped out its crazy. I even made a joke saying could I get a side of fries with the package shipping out? lol Joyce who works there is AWESOME. Im just really happy with the overall experience.

Literally the most helpful bunch of fedex folks Ive ever encountered. Measured stuff for me, scrounged around in the back to find boxes that would fit when none of their standard offerings worked, and were overall just very helpful. Thanks!!

And where do you think it was delivered to? Not the side door. Ive delt with the sending company for over two years and every order they put this note on the package so why do I waste my time requesting delivery instructions other than Ive had packages stolen before and Im disabled??? Talked to the driver and his response was that it wasnt marked I guess thats why he left it on my driveway in front of my house. SERIOUSLY? Guess Ill have to see what other delivery options they offer FedEx sucks!!

I have done business with this place for years its in the Bristol Industrial Park very easy to find the staff there is very helpful and friendly. If you need a package to ship I would highly recommend this place

I come here about once a week and ship some documents for work. I appreciate the long hours but the staff usually seems inconvenienced when anyone comes in. Super uncomfortable and awkward.

I regularly visit this location every day to pick up packages for work. Everybody I deal with at this location is very friendly and professional and has excellent customer service.Any bad reviews on here are simply misinformed customers who place blame wrongly on employees for issues completely out of their control.

Had to send some things to my son they were very nice they packed it just right I had a lady waiting on me and she was very very nice Im so glad I found this place I would go there again to mail something

This local FedEx is fine but try to contact the 800 number is worthless.When you call the 800 number you get caught in a circle with the electronic voice and can not get out of it.I finally just pressing 0 many times to get through to a live person.

Called to see if we could pick up a package and were told that we could. We get here and they say we cant get the package. The lady at the front desk was rude and acted like she absolutely needed the tracking number to look up the package but was able to look it up by the address and name.

I was expecting a delivery from FedEx that came on Friday at 10:30am. I was at work and unable to receive the package. The door hanger stated that the package will be delivered the next business day. When o called Fedex I was told the next business day is Monday. As long as Fedex has been in business it doesnt make since that they do not have weekends delivery. I phoned FedEx asking if the driver could come in the morning. I was told that they would contact the driver. The representative phoned back and stated the driver will only be able to deliver package between 12:00 and 12:30pm. If they start at 8am why would it take them 4hrs to deliver. Now I understand why companies are using UPS and USPS.

Waiting three days for a package to be delivered. First day call tag was left on mailbox at top of road, Driver said could not deliver because of weather. There was no weather but coldSecond day no delivery, call tag was on front door. said road was snow covered. Ups delivered that day, my contractor was here and my house cleaners, No problemNow third day, said would be here between1:30-2>15 it is now three thirty and after two calls, one disconnected it is still not here. Extremely poor service. will never use them again

Walked in behind a guy he was Standing there. few minutes before I walked in. can hear 2 ladies laughing. him and i were talking loudly saying you think anyone is working? we stood there being loud enough hopefully so the chatty Kathys in the back would help us because standing in fed ex lobby all afternoon not on my to do list..of course nothing. so I say loud is anyone working!! she says yeah. she comes out says oh i thought so and so was helping you. ok big fat lie!! because we could hear you and I know you heard him and I talking and complaining about noone helping us. you may want to keep eye on employers make sure they are working!! was almost late for work. that whole ordeal I was in there about 8 minutes before anyone helped us. that was rude they just ignored customers and left laughing and carrying on. as I said we heard yall so know you heard us.

Small place but good service

Never have i ever dealt with a group of unsympathetic people in my life. I made an order with overnight shipping and paid 20$ extra. It took 2 days and when i called ahead to pick it up from bristol i was guaranteed it would be there it would be an hour ride total for me to pick it up. i called before i left because online it had already said it was traveling with the driver. Once again i was told i would be fine to pick it up, i asked them to double check. Then he said oh Im sorry the driver actually has it. After speaking with 2 managers and crying to one of them,they did nothing to comfort me, the customer, and provided bad service after learning the importance of my package.

The driver left a sticker on the door never knocked i know cause i was and has been downstairs all day now Im 39wks pregnant on bedrest and have to go up there to pick up my package they did nothing when i called customer service but tells me to file a complaint and still have to wait the next day anyway for my package which Ill be in the hospital so i wont get it then

Paid extra to schedule a delivery between 5pm and 8pm today, no package. Called the 800 number and they told me the driver already returned to the facility. Got a call back from Ray, I think he said, at Bristol. My package supposedly was put in the can and is going back to the airport. Makes sense, Ray. Send packages you dont deliver 30 miles away so you can try again tomorrow. I offered to pick it up. Bottom line, they have no idea where my package is.
