The lovely and uplifting KYRA helped me and made me feel that i wasnt doomed, she literally saved my life no joke. She was so helpful and such a positive personality that from now on, if anyone parts me or hands me a check, Im coming directly to Advanced Financial to cash it. 360% interest is completely unreasonable. I started out with a decent rate. Now you are charging my account unreasonably. I dont even have a chance at paying this account off soon. I am struggling due to covid-19, same as everyone else. I will not recommend this to anyone else anymore.

John was super nice. Answered all my questions. Did take awhile for approval process. but it was late at night so I expected it to take awhile. He did call and speak to technical support to see what the hold up was and got it resolved .I appreciate all Johns help. I dont like to borrow money this way but having a flexible loan makes it easier to pay back over time or in a short period of time .

These people dont send you a early reminder so you dont forget, and then they take the money out of your account the day its due if you dont go early. I have been to other places that treat you alot better than they do here, so I would recommend that you dont use Advance Financial, they always say contact them and they will help take care of things but its strange that is always the same answer they give to everyone. They cause your account to be overdrawn and they say oh well we cant do anything about that. They are rude and unfriendly after you have a account with them.

Originally went to kroger to pay a bill through western union but the lady said their system was down, so i headed here. when i told them what i was needing, dylan (employee) recommended paying my bill through their bill pay system. best part was I DOESNT CHARGE A FEE. THATS RIGHT, ITS FREE!!!! Not only does this save me time, it saves me money too! the staff was super helpful!

Nobody there knows how to answer a phone. I waited like 10 minutes before someone decided to answer the phone. After I get the loan paid off I will not be dealing with them again.UPDATE: I tried to email them and the email they gave me does not work. This place is ridiculous. If you need a loan go somewhere else so you dont have to deal with this headache.

My sister n law went in there to west state street born location and they took the payment early out of her bank over drafted her account then told her there was nothing .they can do about the girl Amanda was rude as heck she really needs to kno customer com skills she actually. showed the recipt. that when it was due and that she payed it still said nothing they can do it was clearly there fault her water is getting cut off because of this and she is seeking legal action would not recommend this location Amanda is rude and appears lazy not doing her job however a fammember went to the volunteer parkway location they went over and beyond to help very nice at the vol park way location in Bristol tn

Advance financial 24 seven is the place to go if you need money they are the nicest people youll ever me when I need money they were there for me and make sure you go to the Bristol location they are always open they never close so if you need money go see these people they will do the best to help you out
