Extremely accommodating. I enjoy shopping there & when life gets little difficult and u need some money till next pay they make it quite easy to do and no worries bout the return of ur merchandise.

I came in to sell gold scrap i had. The women at the counter did not acknowledge i was there. Proceeds to answer a phone call and talk for 8 minutes while no one else was in the store. I didnt mind the phone call. But the fact I stood there for over 5 mins. No hey sorry ill be a while. nothing . The phone call could have lasted an hour. I left after 10 mins of standing there though.

Been in there many times and never had a problem walking outside of us fide or extremely happy. Staff all pretty learned at wat they do so theyre fair.

When they are there its great service. They close at 5pm on saturdays, so I got there at 4:45 more than enough time to complete my transaction before closing. The door was locked. Saw the woman behind the counter, knocked, called, with no answer at all. This is terrible customer service.

The worst service!!!! Everyone is very rude and disrespectful!! Please check your receipts and money before you leave the counter. Count you money twice before leaving the store. If they make a mistake they will not correct it.
