Denny rebuilt the transmission on my Acadia and the thing works terrific after about one month (always weight). Car is running fantastic. The rebuild was about $2000 less than the dealership.Car is running as good as new. Highly recommend for transmission work.

By some stroke of divine luck we found ourselves directly next to Denny’s, who then proceeded to push our car into their shop with a quad, replacing our broken parts with speed and ease meanwhile reassuring my girlfriend that we would be back on the road and home very soon. Dennys transmission rebuilt the transmission in my truck. About a year after they did so the transmission blew. Website says 100% guarantee on their work but they are refusing to fix it. Originally cost close to $4000. I recommend going somewhere else for work. Very lousy costumer service.

Denny fixed a tranny problem other shops couldnt identify. Very pleased by how quick the turnaround was considering how busy his shop was.Will be back.

I had a VERY VERY bad experience with Dennys Transmission. They took my vintage car on Monday and didnt start work until Wednesday. Then they didnt finish by that Friday because they couldnt get the parts (which are readily available). Like a fool I paid for the job (almost double the original estimate) with their promise to finish the job at a later date and took the car home. Then a short while later I rescheduled a week in advance to have the job finished and when I arrived for my appointment I was turned away because they were too busy to get to it. I had an appointment and was prepaid and they just didnt honor the appointment and if thats not bad enough they again claimed to not be able to find the parts.At this point I took it upon myself to do their job for them and gave them the name of a shop that had the parts available and a list of part numbers which they did finally buy but now I have lost all confidence in them and am afraid to let them work on my car. I just picked up the parts and will finish the job myself.I have no written estimate and paid before the job was finished so shame on me. My only recourse as I see it is to tell others and maybe save them the same pain.

I had the absolute worst experience in my life and it cost me 1150 they messed up my convertible top but the work sucked car now leaks and it didnt before gotta take it to another garage and pay again dont have time for people like them months later finally got car home check around before going there or even try it urself
