This was one of the best hours of my life. Jennifer made me feel very comfortable and gave me an unbelievably relaxing and soothing massage. I suffer from chronic back pain and she was the first person ever to be able to relieve it for me. She was also very knowledgable and explained to me how the affected muscle groups function. Overall, the one-hour signature massage was worth every penny and I will definitely return habitually. I left feeling completely renewed and blissful. I had been seeing many massage therapists in my life for back issues including two fusions. My last massage therapist had decided to move on so I was looking for a new one and came across Jennifer from a quick google search and saw how many five stars she has. I went in cautious but I can honestly say Ive never had an amazing experience like I have had with Jennifer. I told her my issues and expected her to go super deep but she explained to me exactly what the problems with the muscles were, the layers, and explained it to me so I could understand. I woke up the next morning sore but it was the type of sore where I knew I finally got an incredible massage and my muscles were starting to finally release after years and years of pain. I also felt I could breathe deeper! I returned for a second time tonight and she already had a plan in place of what she wanted to try to help give me even more release. Its not like going to the spa where they do the same exact thing over and over. She tailors the experience to you and what your body needs. I am extremely comfortable with her and know she knows exactly what to do and can fully relax knowing that I am in terrific hands. I got a gift certificate for a massage & facial for Christmas last year. I was saving it for a time when I really needed it. Well, I had a really tough week at work and the stress was really getting to me. So a few weeks ago, I decided I really needed it and finally made the appointment. And I am so glad I did. Jennifer created a safe space for me to relax, unwind, and totally let go. The massage (and my first facial) were AMAZING but you cant put a price on the conversations that we had and how kind she was to me. Everything was client-driven. We could have sat in silence, breathing in the essential oils and listening to the gentle chimes, but it felt right to discuss what was really on our minds. It was truly a magical experience. It was obvious to me from the moment I entered the room how she carefully she thought out every single detail of the massage process. She really cares about what she does and is therefore able to connect with people on a genuine level. It was an unforgettable experience, physically & mentally and I seriously cant wait to go back! I did a google search because I wanted to find a decent massage therapist in the Bristol area because my shoulder/neck had been acting up. I previously injured it in a car accident years ago and every once in a while, it flares up. While I have some techniques to fix it--this is something that just needs to be fixed by a professional. She got great reviews--I did my research--so I decided to dive right in with a 90 minute massage, and let me tell you, I was not disappointed!I was very impressed with how caring and knowledgeable Jennifer was!! I have a lot of allergies so I NEED to know everything that is put on my skin. She was very thorough about this. She also asked me a lot of great questions which led her to creating a plan for my shoulder/neck area. We talked about pressure levels, how much I bruise (like a peach!) and that I was aware I would be sore afterwards for a few days--but it would be worth it!Dont get me wrong, my shoulder/neck is not 100%, but I knew that going in it would take multiple sessions to fix it--thats just how it is. When I came in I had numbness and tingling in my fingers--I probably re-inflamed my ulna nerve. I knew the problem wasnt my fingers at all, it was an area in my shoulder--she completely got this and focused her energy on all of the areas I needed! Currently, I dont have ANY numbness in my fingers right now!! Typically it takes 2-3 sessions to go away, but I think with the combination of her skill set, plus going in for a 90 minute massage was really the way to go! My shoulder feels SO much better! I feel very relaxed.The fact that her shop is less than a 5 minute drive from my house definitely doesnt hurt one bit either! I will definitely be seeing her again.

I had my bridal makeup trial done and was very pleased with how natural it came out. The experience was amazing and cant wait for Jen to do my makeup on my wedding day! I would absolutely recommend Jen. She was professional and focused on every detail.
