They set up an initial appointment within one day, came and assessed the issues, ordered the parts and returned to complete the job very quickly. Mike Roia came to our house to install a dishwasher that we had purchased from Gils. The minute he walked in he could tell at a glance whether the machine would fit in the door. This first impression of Mikes expertise was born out for the rest of the day and beyond, as he made adjustments necessary to fit the machine with our plumbing and install a new line, as well as identifying where our previous machine had been leaking. Further, we had a panel that we wanted to put on the front of the machine, but I had not bought a panel ready machine. After looking at the machine, Mike came up with a plan for installing the panel on the machine that we had. He came back on a separate call and installed it, and it looks and works great. This company is highly professional, expert, and reasonably priced. Also, communication with the office about appointments is efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend them!

The removal of old dishwasher and installation of new was done with the greatest of ease. The workers were polite, wore masks during this social distancing period, answered our questions and were very polite. I really appreciated getting a text to say they were on their way.

Great service, communication, timeliness and a professional guy was here. Its a little expensive but at the same time coordinating a plumber to do the same work is a hassle and having it all timed out and done before lunchtime was really nice and worth it. (We worked through Gils for the appliances, and they coordinated with Roia... good experience on both fronts.)
