Very expensive and only Fixed 1 problem when they came, the dish washer still did not work correctly. We called back and he said, well it is the door. Then it took 2 weeks to get back. Finally got problem fixed but should have fixed problem the first time especially since he knew what the problem was. They wanted to charge that 2nd bill.

At this moment, I am listening to my Speed Queen washing machine working properly once again. We have been without it for about 2 weeks. Took some time to locate someone who would work on Speed Queen under warranty. In the long run, I am satisfied with the service Conner provided, and the professionalism of Jennifer at the office.

Fast and reliable

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Called for repair on a freezer that I explained had to be moved to my garage to dry out. I was advised my issue was most likely fixable and it was a $100 service call.(2/25) Technician arrived and told me he couldnt look at it because it was unplugged. The only reason he said for 10 min was because I wouldnt hand him the check.The technician told me it most like would cost more to fix than a new one. I gave him the check on the agreement he would be back next week to look at it after it had been running for a few days.Office manager only had appointments available for the next 2 weeks Thursdays at 11am which I told her Thursdays were not a good day for me.Last phone call was 3/12Owner is only available by email with no response. No phone calls or messages.(4/17) I went to the office asking for a refund since nothing was ever done. She advised me she could not do that and the only time I could meet with the owner would be next week 4/26 at 9am. I told he I couldnt not make that time work and she didnt have any other answers for me.Very unprofessional.

Terrible service! Do not use!!! Wish I could give minus stars
