THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, JUST LIKE ITS NAME!!I’m not even sure on where to begin. This company was contracted through my home warranty company to diagnose and repair my boiler. The technician was scheduled to arrive at my house at 12:30pm, he didn’t arrive until almost 9:30pm. I was pretty frustrated because i left work early to meet him at my house. Since it was the Friday before thanksgiving week, I decided to follow up the following Monday 11/26 (a whole week after they came to the house to look at everything) with my home warranty company to see if the diagnose report was sent to them. They advised me that they were still waiting on unsubmitted information and it would be best if i called them directly. I called “repairs r us” and spoke to Amber, she advised me that she was aware of my report and would make sure it was submitted to my warranty company. She said that she would call back to give me an update. After my initial call i didn’t hear anything from her for the rest of the day. I decided to call the next day to see if my information was submitted, she picked up the phone and i informed her who i was, within seconds she hung up on me! I called back several times and left voicemails to call me back, i still haven’t heard from them. I am now out $100 that i paid them to diagnose and still don’t have any heat or hot water in my house. This is the most unprofessional place of business that i have ever dealt with, STAY CLEAR!!!!!

Beware of this company. repair person came out to look at broken washer machine. therepair person forgot to bring tools so i had to lend him mine. was here for a few minutes, collected $95 for diagnosis fee, never sent receipt. said needed to order part. didnt call back for 3-4 weeks. i tried calling, left voice mails and they did not call back. still over a month and they have not fixed. i fired them today. they said they wont refund my money. absolute worst repair company. only gave a one as i cant leave a zero. 1 star is super generous.

They never pick up or return calls. I made an appointment for 430, never showed up. Left work 2 hrs early and I waited 5 hrs, with the expectation they were coming out and nothing. The excuse was you made your appointment at 430 and we had to wait for you to come home and we were busy. Its Tuesday night and Ive been without a fridge since sat waiting for them to come out to report to the insurance company do I can get a new fridge! This company is a joke...do not keep them in business

Inexperienced and completely unprofessional company, stay very far away from them... Were contacted through my Home warranty service and have been dispatched twice through them. Horrible experience!!!!!

Criminals, seriously...they tried to rip me off and just got exposed by the Inquirer for embezzling a senior citizen for thousands of dollars

Took $125 10 weeks ago for stove top repair and was unable to provide satisfactory repair. Now Does not answer or return calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
