Andres provided awesome customer service and knowledge of tires. He was very helpful in tire selection. The overall experience was really pleasant. The staff was very nice and friendly. I had such a wonderful experience there. From start to finish. Store manager Andres was the best. He catered to my needs in every single way. From the start process from processing paperwork, to the end detail. He guided me on what do to next with my four new tires. I went in with no scheduled appointment, and he still accommodated me with a realistic time frame on balancing my tires and all that. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Good for tires, be careful, DO NOT let them touch your alignment!!!!They un-mount/mount the tire good, no damage to the rim and tires seated properly. One of the tires was mounted inside out though. I’ve spotted this before I left the shop and told them to correct it. They un-mounted and re-mounted the tire and tried to install it to my car without re-balancing. I caught the act and told them to re-balance before installing.Balancing is also good no vibration both on back road and highway.However, Alignment was badly done. My car was pulling to the right and the steering wheel not center for the car to go straight. Went back in, and they re-align it, problem still. I have to go somewhere else to re-align my car.

Had an appointment - scheduled, and the tire was in . Service was less than stellar Staff was rude and dismissive - like it was a bother we were there . . Kept us waiting for half an hour before telling us we should leave and come back. Told us to come back in an hour - car hadn’t moved ! Finally got the car in and what should have been a 20 minute fix took two hours . appointments mean nothing here .

So Ive been shopping around for tires for quite some time. Besides places like Walmart & BJs, Town Fair Tires had the best prices. I went to the Main St. Bridgeport, CT location on May 4, 2021 and was attended by Andres Beria. I must say, I was very impressed by all the knowledge he had about all the tires your business sells. Every question I had about something, he had an answer for it. I was very indecisive and Andres displayed a tremendous amount of patience with me. After asking him 100+ questions on a dozen or so tires we looked over in store and online I finally made a decision. The tires I ended up buying was not available in store so Andres ordered them for me. They came in the very next day and I went there around 3:30 to have them installed. Andres was a true professional. I was so impressed with the customer service Andres displayed that I came back on Thursday May 6th with my girlfriend & she also bought new tires from Andres. I will definitely recommend this location and will bring my business here again. Thank you.

I need to replace the tire. I called support and they told me that the tire in stock and costs $ 99. When I brought my car, I found out it had to be ordered and cost $ 199. In addition, I was promised that I could pick up the car at 1pm. Its 2:40 now, but the car isnt ready yet.

Never had any issues with this place until recently. I had two of my tires replaced and almost immediately afterwards one of them leaked. This wasnt a huge deal for me; I get that mistakes can happen or maybe I ran over a nail. I took the vehicle in, and it was fixed. A couple weeks later and I woke up to the exact same tire, now at 0 psi. I will be having someone else look at it, needless to say, as I cant keep taking hours of out of my day waiting on them to find and fix the actual problem. This review only isnt one star because they had been, previously, so reliable.

I use to work for the company and was never going to complain about how Danny DeJesus and staff behaved, drinking on the job and doing other drugs (cocaine) while at work... but I went to see if my valve stem was damaged or not correctly installed but the manager Andres was rude, showed complete resistance in any attempt to assist me... because I know them I put a theory to the test and sent my beautiful wife into the store to ask for the same help I did and she was met with open arms... we chose not receive the service from this town fair tire or any town fair tire and I am disgusted with prejudiced service they provide catering to beautiful women instead of all the public who requests assistance...

Just need to say that the guys that work at this location have treated me like family for years. I’ve been coming to this location on Main Street for the last five years. I would not take my car anywhere else they keep me feeling save on the road. I drive and deliver medical specimens for a living I put in a lot of miles and have had a lot of nails in my tires have brought a lot of tires at this location always great service and prices . I’ve seen many rude customer but always patient and understanding worker. I appreciate the staff and there dedication and service. Andres was absolutely wonderful. My low tire pressure light came on while on the highway. This was the closest town fair tire I was near. It was an excellent experience. I had my tires checked and air set in about 10 minutes. Andres gave me good advice leaving as well. Would go to here again.

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a tire facility prompt service and fair price, a pleasure to deal with store manager Andres Beria and regional Danny Dejesus.

Made an appointment to have my tires replaced. They didnt have the tires I wanted so they suggested a new brand. They didnt even have the tires they suggested. My question was how are you going to sell tires and not even have the tires you suggest? So he decided he wanted to be rude, nasty and unprofessional. So when I called him on his nastiness he tired to back peddle. Ill just go to Firestone where I know the service and the responses are respectful!

I was a walk-in, no appointment or anything, at 10:30AM on a Monday. I pointed out two tires that had leaks. One lost about 5psi per week, the other lost about 5psi per month. I was greeted warmly and professionally, and was asked for the tire lock key (to turn the one bolt with the weird head on it). I then paid up front. To my surprise, I was only charged a sum total of about $20 for the two patches.Now it is true that it took them 90 minutes to do these two patches, and it is also true what other people say, that the waiting area is not going to set new standards in comfort and luxury.However, in the GOOD/CHEAP/FAST (pick two) quality triangle, Im prepared to wait a little bit longer to get the Good fix for Cheap. I am not sure how Town Fair Tire can pay their rent if their other rates are this reasonable, but thats none of my business. Im glad they were able to do for me what I was unable to do on my own, for a rate that Im glad to pay.

I highly recommend this location to anyone. The guys who helped with my tire needs were all very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Store manager Andres Beria made me feel confident that I was getting the best quality for my buck.$ Not too often does that kind of customer service experience happen these days... most businesses just sell, take and send you on your way. This was certainly one of my best tire shopping experiences in a long time and not to mention, It was a busy Saturday and yet my service was complete in less than one hour. So I call you guys and was on hold for 7 minutes so I hit the call back option but then when I got the call back they put me on hold for another 7 minutes when someone finally answered the phone I asked for an estimate on a new tire, when I got to the store the price was much higher (so I was basically on hold for about 15 minutes for no reason) then they tell me it’s about a hour and a half wait (I had an appointment). Took it to another tire place, which was cheaper and got my tire done in 20 minutes. The employees were nice but I’m never coming here again !

My tire began leaking air at the worst possible time, a Saturday evening around 4:45 pm. I drove into Town Fair not realizing they were closed but they had a few late customers in the bay. I asked if someone could put air in my tire and found it was more than air that I needed. The stem or sensor was broken. I asked Andres if I could just drive it home since I knew they were closed. Andres told me they would fix it and wouldnt let me drive since it was a safety issue. Andres and the crew are great. They had me out of there in about 10 minutes. Im sure they were exhausted after a long day but yet they stayed late and fixed my tire. Andres should be commended for his high regard to customer service and safety. Great job!!! Although, I wouldnt recommend anyone going late for routine work. After all, everyone would like to be home to enjoy the weekend! Thanks guys--- you are the best!!!

So I used the Stratford location which they installed 4 new tires while they worked on my car they broke my lug nuts so they couldnt replace my tire I had to bring to a mechanic. Then I went for a tire rotation and they snapped my lugs again today stating that the last person did it which was them lol and they scratched my rim and refused to take the blame

*Update* I originally had a bad experience at this store. However, I voiced my concerns here on yelp and was contacted by Town Fair Tires customer service department the same day. I was also assured that the issue I had would be handled and they made me an appointment to have the car taken care of. I feel like that kind of customer service deserves a couple more stars.

I have been here several times and always received exceptional service. I recently went there to purchase tires and these guys are great! More than just selling the tires, they want to see you satisfied! There are places that will try to sell you something more expensive that will cost more in the long run, but these guys here at Town Fair Tire give you the pros and cons about all the tires that you are inquiring about and allows you to decide what is best for your needs. All the guys working at this location are great! Andres was the salesperson that guided me towards picking the right tires for my car. The job was done fairly quickly. These guys are the best!!!

Mike took me in quickly and was able to give me a tire that fit my budget and my vehicle needs. They also got my car in and out in under an an hour and a half. I highly recommend visiting Mike and the rest of the guys at Town Fair for all your tire needs.

My experience with Town Fair Tire in Bridgeport, Ct is without words. I bought a set of snow tires last year for my car and went to change them today but unfortunately my tires weren’t the same size. I had the same car, same year but different model but of course I was upset no one wants to spend more money. Andres took care of me, he gave me options and worked with me. Ive purchased several complete sets of tires from Town Fair. This time I came in with a new tire in my trunk that I needed mounted. My car has 974 miles on it and I really needed it replaced. I waited in line for a while, and then when I explained what I needed done, he didnt just tell me no, he wanted to make sure that I knew that by charging me to install my new tire that they would go out of business. In fact, you will go out of business by being a terrible business who doesnt take care of their customers, because now Ill be taking all my future tire purchases to a place that actually likes to help customers.

They were great had a nail in my tire they plugged it for $10.50 and changed it at no cost really quick took less than 30 min

I called in the morning to make an appointment later that same day. When I got to the place they told me it would be at least 1.5 hours until I would have the two tires done. I ended up having to wait over two hours even though I had an appointment, waste of my time. The guy even got combative with me when I questioned their appointment system. It was very unprofessional. Ill never go back.

Not good, I got home and a hr later my tire went flat after i got it repaired at Town Fair Tires.. After speaking to the manager we rectified the issue at hand and came to a peaceful and amicable solution..👍👍
