Got my wheels serviced on my VW Passat at Perez tire shop, everyone there were super friendly and professional. By the time I finished talking to the people there my car was all done, they got the job done fast and well! Now my car dives better then it ever did while I owned it!!! People that work there definitely have a lot of experience. Definitely would recommend them.

Perez Tire Center has done work for me 3-4 times now! Each time i have gotten Wonderful Customer service! The owner/employees treat you as you are a VIP every time. Being in the customer service industry myself it is very nice to be treated just like you treat your own customers. I would recommend Perez Tire to anyone. Fast service without cutting on quality for sure!

I Purchased rims and tires he installed them and didnt do an Alignment after we agreed that he would do it several times Hes not honest! As a woman I need a mechanic I can trust is honest. I took my car to Townfair tire the next day for alignment. I try to do business with the small neighborhood guy and this is what I get 😠❗I Do Not Recommend 🚫

There is a feeling you get the first 5 seconds when you visit an auto body or tire shop. It is either a feeling of care or feeling of money hunger from the service provider. With this tire shop, it was a feeling of care and friendliness. I was provided with a good service, my first time of visiting to buy two used tires, O boy! There was still a very good amount of treading on those tires with a very decent price. When they said they will beat the competition price hands down, that is exactly what you get. Went here to get my breaks done (it was a while ago)... after service was done, I came back to pick up my car and asked the man for a receipt and he said “for what?” I thought to myself, well um hello? You just performed a service for me I need a receipt for my records. He then said his hands were dirty so he couldn’t get me a receipt. I just thought that was the most unprofessional thing to say to a paying customer. On top of not receiving a receipt for service I paid for, my car started making this really weird screeching sound (which did not go away overtime). I never went back to complain because, as a woman I am not too knowledgeable on auto mechanics; but all I knew is I was NOT going back there and they just lost a customer. Not trustworthy— that experience made me not trust them. Though, the manager did seem nice, his workers are not!!!!

Got to the shop to get 4 new tires that i already had, put on. it was 10:36, I was the only car there, watched 6 cars come and go, all tire related. Realized by standing in front of the bay, that no one was working on my car untill i was the only one left...12:17, was the time that they finished. Patience truly is a virtue.

I can really appreciate this place, & the guys and Gal that work there. They are transparent, clear and a place where you can rest assured that your being truthfully guided correctly. After I had my first exposure, which was for a tire repair, I felt comfortable and understood everything as to the why of particular repairs and what was even better is hearing from the guy well you don’t need to do this or that now, allowing me to prioritize what needed more attention and how I could do certain things later, thus spacing out in accordance to my budget. Again, I am one that doesnt do well with salesmen, yet nothing of that fashion was felt when working with those tending to my vehicle. Kudos to them for providing a top notch place and above all an atmosphere which allows customers to make informed decisions.

Put in 3 tpms and didnt even tell me they didnt go specifically for my bmw. Found out when I got new tires at BJs. They didnt calibrate the sensors and didnt even tighten the valves all the way. Had slow leaks on my driver side tires. Thankfully the tire mechanic showed me the air leaks. Never again.

Over priced they charge double than my normal place to swap a tire I already had and not only did they want to charge to get rid of the old one but they wanted 15$ for a two dollar valve stem if anyone else was open near by i would have left

These guys are so great! We came in very shortly before close and they got us a brand new set of tires when we had two flats and had to be towed. They made a point not to sell us anything we didn’t need and told us the problem and how to prevent it in the future. I can’t recommend them enough. After a hard day of dealing with roadside assistance and waiting 6 hours for a tow, they made our night a lot better.

Today I went to Perez Tire Center to get some rims and they are AMAZING. This is definitely a family owned business and they treat everyone respectfully. They have beautiful rims. I definitely recommend everyone to come here.😊💗

Got my car towed here by Triple A and they were able to assist me in a big way. They even offered me a used or new tire when they couldve lied and offered me a new one. I appreciate the honesty and will definitely go back and recommend.

I had to go back twice to get my alignment fixed and it still isn’t any good. It still pulls to the right. The staff is nice but I won’t be taking any of my vehicles back here for an alignment

Im only giving one star because I have to give a star. Dont trust this Man Benjamin Perez. He is a shady, shady business man who has no business ethics. He orders products from other businesses and does not pay for the product after he commits. Id highly suggest you stay away from this place of business because of his non committal word. Or better yet buy tires from him, and write HIM a bad check and then dodge his calls when he tries to collect monies due him!!!

Everyone in bridgeport be careful when u go here. i been going this guy for couples years. i found out yesterday this guy be putting old parts or other brand. i brought rear control arm and rear camber kit. and front control arm bushing to get installed. that was a month a go. why i go there yesterday to get installed some spacers for my wheel. while they installed the parts i see my rear control arm box while i open i see my front control arm bushing inside. i ask why my bushing is in this box i thought u installed. he denied it is not mine. supposedly somebody else. but i look my order on my phone is the same one n tag everything. i dont why this part inside my box if not mine. i ask let me see if u change it. he got mad at me. he telling me get out my shop dont go back again. while i was with my kids. i could off call the cop but i was so mad n i was not thinking. i go to another shop to see if he really replaces the bushing i found out there was never got change. just letting peoples know be careful if you go to that shop if getting something replaced and you cant see it make sure u see it while they are replaced it. because he might said he did change or putting different old part. i would go just for tires replaced because he can’t scam with tires. i take as a lost because is a lesson learn. i just be careful who mechanic u bring to your car. sometime u think u got a good relationship with your mechanic n found out they be scamming u at the end. be rude and talking to you nasty front of your kids. i gonna post more stuff about this in other social media.

I DO NOT recommend this place especially if you are African-American they sold me 2 bad tires and said they fixed my bent the rim when they really did not . I went politely in and showed my receipt and tried to get justice when I was yelled at with my receipt thrown at me . I arrived at this place with a punctured tire, immediately just looking at it she told me to change it, I said it is fine and I installed a used tire, I ran the car several miles and the tpm light did not turn off I went to the dealer and they told me that With three original tires and a different one I was going to have problems because they have different height I wanted to explain it to him but the man was locked in that my sensor was damaged, in the end I bought the original rubber that by the way he was selling me well above the value and finally the car is perfect. 2020 gray Honda Accord.I told him that I was going to leave a review for the treatment of the customer that was terrible and he added these words: I dont care what you write there and he writes that you dont have money to buy a new rubber in front of everyone elseI do not respectNot professionalZero customer service

Terrible service they put some tires in poor condition and the food service does not serve they only made him in front of an awd truck and the owner is ignorant to sell he speaks Spanish but when you go for a complaint he says that he does not speak Spanish terrible service does not I recommend
