I called Nicks on Thursday 9/20 to request a cart shortly after 9AM. There was an issue with scheduling but they would call me back. Never got a call back.Friday 9/21 I called and was able to schedule a cart. They said it would be delivered Wednesday 9/25. They were then happy to take my credit card information. No cart on 9/25, 9/26, 9/27. Called several times. Each time there was some kind of unrest or argument in the background making conversations with the rep I speaking with difficult. Several times, I was put on hold to just the let noise die down.The cart was finally delivered on 9/28 late in the afternoon after being promised it would be there before 10AM. The stories for the delay from the office and the driver were wildly different.Filled the cart on Sunday. Called Monday 9/30 around 9AM to schedule pickup. Was told Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest.Cart was still in the driveway Wednesday evening. The storm (Ida) comes through and because I couldnt park in the safety of my driveway, a branch comes down and kills my windshield.I call Thursday 9/2 before 9AM. Was told it would be picked up. Called at 2:45PM, was told driver was in my area. 4:45PM, no one answers the phone because they are now closed.The cart is still in my driveway.Of course, a previous encounter with them should have tipped me off that they were unprofessional.December 2020, I received an invoice from Nicks in the mail, with a Bill To: of Tunas Girlfriend. See the attached photo. I asked my wife who the bleep Tuna was. She wasnt amused.Id give zero stars, but I have to at least award one to let you know how bad they are.

This is a company that will take your money monthly, but NEVER SHOWS UP TO PICK UP YOUR GARBAGE. We have struggled for months getting anyone to return our calls, pick up our garbage, every time we call the office they tell us that we that we are next to pick up but no one shows up, every time we call is the same answer.They are very good TAKEN YOUR MONEY BUT NO GOOD AT ALL DOING THE JOB.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We pay them every month. They have not picked up garbage at our business for 5 months. Even the State has complained. They dont return calls. They over bill. Extremely disorganized. Can go on and on. JUST TRY ANY OTHER WASTE REMOVAL COMPANY.

AWFUL BUSINESS that never picks up the garbage!!! They haven’t picked up my company’s garbage in 4 weeks, and since they charge by weight they then overcharge me since the garbage is overflowing- even though it is their fault!! They never answer the phone and when they do it’s just excuse after excuse as to why they can’t pick up the garbage, yet they continue to charge me. Go anywhere else!!!

TERRIBLE COMPANY....UNPROFESSIONAL & UNORGANIZED...ATTN ask for receipts do not leave with out one or think that they will get back to you. charge hidden fees that they themselves dont know what they are charging. NO HONOR!!!

Very bad company. We agreed on a price and they wanted to double it after we signed the contract. They do not pick up garbage on time and they leave the place a mess. They will threaten you with a law suit if you want out.

Really a positive experience there. Called for my 6 yarder on a Monday and it was there Tuesday morning as promised. Thank you for great service and a great price!

Employees constantly leave gate open!! Not sure how many complaints I need to make in order to get a better service. Perhaps switch to another company?

Worst ever expirience, i am small contractor and used them for small job, they said they charge 175 for drop of and 85 per tonn, they charged me for 3 times more weight then it was in dumpster i know it because i dumped as much materials as I replaced on job site and I did brought them with my small truck where I can’t carry more then 1500 lbs, they charged me for 3,5 tonns, and else they took money from my account with no permision and much more then was bill, still fighting to get money back. Never use this company!!!!!!

DO NOT do business with them. They are unreliable, do not do what they say they will do and are in effect a total rip-off!!
