My nails still look ok after a few days. The guy waa a bit rude when I told him it was hurting me (I have sensitive skin). He seemed upset all of the time. I still gave him the tip. Someone recommended this place so I think it might not have been the best day for him. I want to be positive. Picture shows DAY 9 after full set.Ps. Prices are good. $35 for acrylic with gel polish.

What i like most about this place is that they have all the tools to do nails. I get a lot of nail design and accessories and this makes its fast and easy. Ive been to several techs and theyve all done a great job. The precautions theyve taken due to covid are perfect. Very clean and safe.

Never ever again coming back here in my life!!!Came there with my nine-year-old daughter ready to spend good money on a full set and a pedicure and they denied me because I had my nine-year-old daughter and no one is allowed to come with someone else.I guess they want you to pay for a babysitter just to get your nails done but really the joke is on you you lost $120Keep in mind that some people drive from really far to see you only to find out that you change the rules yeaaaa NEVER AGAIN Bringing my $120 to someone that makes sense because you guys done the quality isn’t all that great anyway‼️

This place was ok. Seem a little dead not relaxing at all as in no soothing music. But out of many places I have gone to in Bridgeport the lady that did my pedicure was good. Will probably return again. And they do take their covid precautions.

Very nasty and rude went here to get me and my daughters feet done and the man said that I would take longer than her so she couldnt wait and would have to wait outside and she was obviously too young to wait alone like what kind of business are you running what type of human being are you? do you have any care for your paying customers what does it matter if she was in there 10 mins longer she was still in there and we both had masks on totally made no sense. Obviously left and took my business somewhere else people like that deserve no business.

Made an appointment at 11 and didn’t get seen until almost an hour later very unprofessional. Now I don’t mind paying good money for my nails getting done especially if I’m getting something extra but for regular clear gel and my nails weren’t even long at all they wanted 70$ yea no not paying that much for a simple quick set and they rush to get you out. I will just be sticking to what I know and what is good 🙌🏻

When I needed to reschedule my appointment due to illness, she told me I was messing up her schedule. Nice isn’t it?Perfect match. The place is not clean and quite unappealing. No money put into this establishment to update it either.

I was just here yesterday with my husband for our usual pedicures. I see alot of people complaining about not being able to bring their kids in. Theres a red sign out infront that stated NO WAITING INSIDE BEFORE OR AFTER SERVICE. After my husband was done he too had to wait in the car. I didnt like that but it was understandable. Their business their rules. Dont like it go else where. I wish the last salon i went to did that. They just took us in. Take my money. then told me my 7 years old had to be outside. I had to leave with my feet unfinished. If i knew before hand i would of leave and come back a different day. Its not that important. Atleast here they let me know right at the door and let me decide if i want to leave or stay and not looking to make a quick buck off me

Over priced. Automatically do gel nails even though I said I just wanted regular color. Nails ended up different lengths and terribly shaped. Got gel polish on my arm. Her glove broke and she didnt change it.

My experience was really unique, it was my first time there and I was super eager and excited to get my nails done because I heard so many reviews. The gentleman who started my nails, was okay but then after the polishing I noticed my nails looked bubbly(thick)and were not square shaped as I requested. I am very non confrontational and I didn’t want to start an issue but I couldn’t leave with my nails looking like that so I requested to speak with the owner and he started to fix my nails and then transferred me to Nana who SAVED my whole experience! She transformed my nails to perfection and for that I will be coming back again! Thank You Nana!!

My favorite nail spa in Bridgeport. They are consistent, professional, and clean.

No good gel nails selection, no dryer for nails had to air dry, he cut my toe, went to store to buy nail polish so I can re-paint them for 70 bucks I shouldnt have too first and last time there.

I got there an hour before they closed to get my eyebrows done. First of all about 3 months ago i got serviced for my birthday they did great seem professional, but today the woman who did my eyebrows was rude, then she said it was $10 just for my eyebrows & I asked why after she snatched the money out my hand, & she said thats the price & I responded I here literally 3 months ago and it was not $10 & she said it went up a year ago & again i said I was here 3 months ago & I know it was not $10 it was $6.... I tried to speak to the manager/owner a person I know that has been there for years & he ignored me.... Seem like they havent changed over time with their unprofessionalism and disputing conflict with customers. Sucks because they do great work but they are rude & unprofessional.

Fantastic service! They do an impeccable job. There is no extra acrylic on my fingernails. They weren’t too rough on my fingers with the file either. I had to go two days in a row because I messed up my toes (definitely recommend more than two drying cycles for regular nail polish). They have everything nail related/trending. Very nice people and serene environment. A little expensive but ABSOLUTELY worth it!

I’ve been going to them since 2003. Even when I try a new place I go right back they are great!

Normally I like them... but today I got there at 6:49pm to try to get my eyebrows done super last minute.. But I figured Id be fine since its a quick job and mind you they close at 7. They wouldnt open the door but had several clients there. Safe and sad to say Ill be taking this place off my list of places to go!!

I will never step my foot in there again, to do my nails because they are very unprofessional and and I did not like my nails. This lady that did my nails I could lately ask my 4 years old little sister to do it for me that’s how bad it was when I said I didn’t like it they started so speak they language which I couldn’t understand I asked to speak to a manager and It didn’t help at all. And I had to pay for something that I didn’t like when I got home I had to remove the nails and go somewhere else . I already told my friends and family do not step foot to that awful place.. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS AWFUL PLACE, IF YOU WANT TO GET A GOOD RESUlT.

The man who made my nails wanted to know all my life, super gossip, I do not return to that place ever. he asked me everything and then he spoke them in Chinese with the others. I do not recommend that place.

I only go to t&j nails to get my eyebrows and feet done they are super clean nice and my eyebrows always look amazing only w them and they have a salon in the trumbull mall i always run there if its closed on main street i drive 15 miles just to go to them

Pros: fast service,amazing nail polish selection, up to date with the latest trends.Cons: not the friendliest of staff, not very welcoming, and most importantly I didn’t like the way my nails look super wide and thick I never had my nails look this bad .Wont be returning.

I only come here for my eyebrows. So the review and stars for that service. Katie is awesome, virtual eyebrow guru! For me customer service is everything and Ive seen people get treated rudely there by other members of the staff. Needless to say I go somewhere else for my mani and pedi. However Katie is awesome very personable.

One of the best nail salons in Bridgeport. Not only do they know what they are doing, they do what you like. They are polite and they always remember their clients Ive been getting my nails done by them for 6 years.

Good place to get your nails done, especially if you get them done by Sonia shes super talented and knows what shes doing. My problem is with the wait time they take hours to do refills and pedicure, so unless your willing to wait between 2 to 4 hours dont go here.

Absolute worst place to go ever. Their eyebrow technician Katie, is extremely rude. She denied doing my powder ombré eyebrows stating that I’m “too picky” before she even began the process. Moral of the story is she was unprofessional and acted in a disgusting manner. Treats certain clients differently as well, I would definitely say she’s arrogant and not a place you should frequent no matter what.

SOME of the nail techs have the worst attitudes, MAINLY the owner ... rude to kids and just all around disrespectful.. I would never go there again because of it .. never had a problem when getting my nails done with Mimi but because of the rudeness of the owners and how they treat their customers AND employees, I won’t be returning !

The employees here are extremely rude! I will never ever step foot in this business again. I went in for a pedicure and asked to have my daughters nails just polished while she waited. The woman polishing her nails came back and grabbed gel polish and I told her no just to use regular polish. When were all done and paying shes telling me I have to pay for gel polish because I should have told her before she started. But Im confused because I had told her when she initially came back and grabbed the gel polish. When I said I wasnt paying extra the woman I was talking to and 2 other employees burst out laughing as if I should feel bad or cheap for not wanting to pay for something that I specifically asked her not to do. It was my first and last time going there.

Lack customer service skills. Not family friendly. Basically No kids allowed unless you bring someone to watch them. Dont ever ask me whom is going 2 be keeping adv eye on my toddlers. in their mother & have no help so I care 4 them. I Dont know which one of them knows how to do Nails but the lady I got was not IT! omg! This is the worst set of nails Ive ever had .She did exactly what I asked her not to do.They dont care how bad the nail job is they want you to pay! Her attitude was crazy when i told her i didnt like how they were coming out she wanted to argue because I didnt like them. Kimie did a great job with my eyebrows. She was gentle and kind. I will refer people to her. As far as some of the girls that do Mani and pedi they can be rude. I got my feet done and had the old polish on them.

The nail files are used and he was SO ROUGH while filing ....my hands hurt for hours after.IF A CLIENT IS UNHAPPY YOU AS OWNER ARE IN THE WRONG. This salon will be out of business in no time.

The staff is rude and they cheat people out of their money! They switched prices on me 3 times in the course of one hour and over charged me for a mani/pedi. The lady who did my nails rushed and didnt even look like she knew what she was doing. My pedicure sucked because she put a huge amount of lotion on my legs and didnt even rub it in. I had huge dried up patches of lotion itching my skin afterwards. She rushed me out the door and added her own tip onto my bill. I will never go back here again.
