I love this place. They are clean and dont have that overwhelming smell of chemicals. I love how they use a newly steralized kit with everyone (in the packaging). They have barriers and everyone is wearing their mask as they are supposed to (they cover their nose). The staff are nice and professional. I really appreciate the fact that they are gentle and dont rush with my cuticles. I always get cut in other places. Overall they have been constantly good.

Had a pedicure, been going for years. Ownership changed after pandemic. Women that did my nails was rough, I ended up with bruises across the top of my big toe and the other big toe nail snapped off, as if she didn’t cut through and painted anyway! Owner finished painting? Never again!

Every time I’ve come here I’ve walked out completely dissatisfied, but rationalized it with the 20% off SHU ID discount. Today I walked in to just remove acrylic nails and get a plain manicure, and I spent 1 1/2 hours to end up with nails smudged multiple times and ignored throughout, an unprofessional guilt trip about tipping, and residual gel powder glue all over my hands.The discount isn’t worth the horrible work I and all my friends consistently get when we’ve come here.

This was truly one of the best places to get a pedicure..I have a broken toe in have been healing for a month and my pedicurist was so gentle and soft with my injury..The chair massage and the additional free hand shoulder massage made it a wonderful experience..all for $21 ...I will be back I 2 weeks by appointment of course due to Covid19....5 stars!!!

Finally got my nails done after 4 months! Im not familiar with much around here since in still fairly new here. Decided to try this nail spot and ehhhhh so I did a pedicure first all was good until I saw she was over and I was sure I need more scraping I told her to scrup since its been a while she put some liquid n wrapped my feet $8 bucks more but I needed more than that...also she didnt soak my nails after she cut the cuticles she didnt ask me to wash my hands b4 painting either...2 nails were not filed evenly n 1 week later it chipped (gel)... I really appreciated the shoulder massage tho...Im not one to complain so I paid tipped and left. 🤷‍♀️💅

Michael and Tony were great all loved all the staff there since they reopened michael and Tony are no longer running the place I had a pedi with one of the new guys all I know the next day by big toe was in so much pain and theirs prices increased so much . I’ve been going to rose nails for 16 yrs I will not go back . I asked why they prices are so high he didn’t answer me j asked him again to tell me what they prices increase he said I don’t know . And I told him that was going to be it for me and my whole family and I’m going to tell my friends not to go there I don’t know where this group came from but they are so rude

The absolute worst manicure I have ever received. I asked for a gel manicure you could see the layers of nail polish, the nail polish was bubbling and my cuticle was bleeding. They also chipped the next day. Went back 2 days later and they saw nothing wrong with the job done the owner Michael wanted me to pay again to have them re done I would not do that since I didnt even get a week out of them. I finally was able to get my nails re done after time wasted going back and forth with them but was told to tip her again. The same lady as the previous time re did my nails and THEN cut me again and was very rude about the fact that she had to re do them. Never going back again.

Michael and Tony are the owners of Rose Nails. They work very hard at wanting their customers to be very satisfied with their nail services. Michael & Tony charge the lowest prices for all services in Fairfield County. So their continued low prices & excellent customer service is why I have been going there for over 20 years.

Requested a gel powder manicure service. I was given a nail tech named “Casey”; an older middle-aged woman who was very nasty and rude. She was very rough and insensitive to the customer, cutting skin and filing nails extremely thin & became offensive when you voiced your concerns. Then she put the wrong color on the nails, but because I had a flight to catch, I literally had no time to sit through another tech doing my nails. I made sure to approach the owner, Michael, about this employee and encouraged him that he needs to teach his employees about customer service and obviously Casey needs some updated training. Anyway, I had to go to another nail salon to get my nails properly groomed and the technicians there stated how poorly and sloppy the nails were done. Management at Rose nails should have done more to encourage the customer to return and to assure there would not be another bad experience there. And honestly after that experience, who would want to return there?...There’s plenty of other salons to go to with excellent nail care, excellent craftsmanship, cleanliness, & a positive environment.

The manager or owner, whoever he is was rude. I didnt like how he spoke to my 7 year old nephew and he caused a potential customer to leave because of how rude he was. Never again will I go there!!!!

First time I come to this salon. The staff is friendly. Pedi was relaxing. They did a great job on my hubby feet.

So I have been to this place a handful of times and each time has been very mediocre. I went again recently and they were completely awful. I felt rushed to choose a color for my nails, and the entire process is rushed. If you are not a weekly to 2-week frequent customer they could careless how your experience is. I am not one to bash companies but this place doesnt treat you well at all. I got a mani/pedi and the lady seemed to be agitated the entire time. I asked for my nails to be filed straight and that was a problem (when I am the one paying!). Worst customer service in my opinion. They are cheaper in price and their work reflects that. I will never come here again, left upset about how my nails turned out. Dont waste your money here!!!

Today they charged my credit card, I got the transaction confirmation emailed and then they claimed they never charged me and wanted to charge me again. They got 1 star only because I cant give them no star.
