This place does quality & efficient work!!! I believe her name was Hue who did my nails. She is a perfectionist - she did exactly what i wanted but better!! I asked for very thin nails and she did it perfectly!!! I highly recommend this place if you want quality work done.

I go there with family friends once or twice a month and have never had a problem. Service is great and the wait time is short compared to other places. My father owns a small business so I understand how hard it can be as an owner to reach customers on a personal level. However, Tony seems to be in touch with everyone and his customers leave more than satisfied.

I’m beyond upset, I went in on Friday and the wait wasn’t the problem it’s the nails !!! If the lady couldn’t have done the style I requested she should’ve said something and not have me sitting there for so long only to have bad shaped bulky nails then on top of that she didn’t fix them because they were closing people are spending their hard earned money to get something done properly and I’ve been here before and I got a beautiful full set but this set is by far the worst set of nails I’ve EVER had and I’ll be coming in tomorrow as soon as you’re opened to see how you guys go about fixing this!Back with the update I went in the next day and they did fix it without a problem the guy that worked on my nails was great and I’ll be asking for him from now on.

I had to wait 3 hours to get my pedicure which was not the problem. It was busy I understand, however when you see someone just walk in not put on the list and get service without waiting. That’s a problem. Them the owner argues with me for Questioning why she just got to walk in and get the service. Owner was very unprofessional. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. Don’t talk to me like I’m a child. basically The owner said he could do what he wish. By saying she was a customer from the day before.

They are fine for the exception of the wait which Is longer then an hour. And their prices are outrageous. No it was not my first time. The only positive thing I can say is that they are LGBTQ friendly. But these days alone of places are. I will put together a list of places that does a great job and is not as expensive as this place.

10/10 NAIL SALON IN TOWN!! I am very surprised by the negative review. This is the best nail salon with excellent customer service, very friendly and professional.

I gave them 1 star because of how soon they get to, in regards the service their nail tech did a horrible job with a regular full set and polishing my toes after a pedicure. I not only was she extremely rough cut me on my toe and finger with no remorse or concern. Even after mentioning the cuts to the manager he didn’t care either about the service. I don’t recommend at all

Waited over an TWO hours for someone to do a gel pedicure for me. The woman did them sloppily and refused to fix them when I asked her to fix them for me. Very unprofessional! Would not recommend or ever return.

Waited in the parking lot 45 mins after putting my name down, I called just before I leave and they say they still are very busy. The lady call me 25 mins after I leave and I told her I could be back in 10 mins and she said she couldn’t wait for me but I waited 45 mins .... Am happy I didn’t spend my money with you people no respect or loyalty for customer just all about the money. 👎🏽:(

Ok so I went in put my name an number in their book. For a manicure & pedicure. Ok cool the young lady said theres one person in front of you. Go sit in the car. 1 hr pass. Ok let me go see how much long. I go in ask the guy he said as soon as a table available. So I asked are yall going in a certain order. He tells me. If a full set table becomes available that person is in front of me. ... what sence does that make. Ok so because Im not paying for a full set. I have to wait until someone decides to take a low paying ped/manicure... Bad business!!

I will never go here again. They charged me $50 for a full set gel and they all came out ugly. all my nails were filed all different. one thick, one thin, one thick on top thin at the end. I ask for coffin shape nails and it looked like a circle with the end cut off, like this~> (_) also one of my nails was to the side and I ask her to fix it and all she did was file it on one side to try to make it straight but end up making it look like a point. same day one nail broke off. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE!!!

THEY ARENT EVEN WORTH THE ONE STAR !I came all they way from New York I was in the area I used to live in Bpt and I haven’t been there in a while but my first or second experience wasn’t so good either. Silly me I gave it one last chance the guy tony was supposed to be a good nail tech. However he’s the complete opposite for one his attitude is disgusting he thinks he knows how “you” want your nails! It’s a rushed job the place was packed customers and they’re kids everything was very unorganized and chaotic ! I waited two hours before I was seen, just to be yelled at and told he wasn’t going to finish the job because he had other customers and I was being to picky. So I told him I wouldn’t pay for a half done job he tried to grab my hands and told me he would take off my nails!! I was so shocked he had the nerve! I grabbed myThings and proceeded to leave after I toldHim if he touches me there would be a problem. At this point he’s screaming and making a scene in front of all these ppl, my nails are half way done and they look disgusting lumpy and even. He followed me out and I gave him half the money ! Long story short this place should be shut down. The nail techs suck and have horrible attitudes they are very unprofessional. I’m not surprised they have other bad reviews !

Worst place to do youre nails, after my second refill I caught a nail fungus it was really bad. They dont speak hardly English and it was difficult to communicate with them. I requested for a girl technician to do my nails, but they were insisted to have a guy do my nails, and because I refused they made me wait about an hour . I got up and left. Worst experience ever. Dont recommend this place to no one.

Very unprofessional.... Skips over full sets or fills to bring the line down. I was nicked 3 times while my nails were filed by clinician. Left ring finger stung and very sore later on that night.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I went there for the first time about 3 weeks ago and when I took off my acrylics I find FUNGUS on my nails!!!!! Its disgusting! They do not clean their tools please dont come here!!!
