🚩🚩🚩Terrible experience! I went to get my eyebrows waxed and he gave me two cuts on my eyelid and then proceeded to overcharge me. Never going back.Also used excessive pressure wiping my eyebrows with a cotton ball to clean them. Broke out all around that area, and I usually have completely clear skin.Pay more and go to European wax center for professionalism, cleanliness, and safety.🚩🚩🚩

Took my 3 yr old granddaughter to get her first manicure and they were so awesome with her. She loved being pampered and the flower and little jewel on her nail.

Did not clean or wipe down pedi chairs after each customer, my tech did not wear gloves until I asked her to; not hygenic especially during the COVID 19 pandemic).

Lily and her staff are excellent. They always make me feel welcome. Lily has been doing my nails for many years.

Best manicurists I have found in the area. Linda and Lisa are fantastic along with several other women. I drive from Pleasanton to get nails done . They are that good !

Staff is nice, and the pedi. chairs are amazing. But they refuse to put a tip on ATM cards. Sorry. Im not bringing cash, so you dont get a tip.🤷 Also quality of work isnt spectacular. Going elsewhere.

The day after my pedicure, my big toe began to hurt. I thought it was just an upset cuticle, but after a few days i squeezed the irritated toe and yellow fluid came out. thank you for the infection, a lovely luxury :)

I rarely ever go and get my nails done. Mu goodness for the price i should of just got a full set

I would most definitely recommend this salon to my friends and family, they were able to get me in within a half hour when I called and were so friendly. Tony did my nails and they look great!! Clean and fair pricing.

Normally when I get my nails done I have to go back every 2 weeks either for a fill or because the nails are coming off. Not here I dont!!! These nails last forever. The paint lasts forever, the gems or decals last and the nails last forever.

Too expensive compared to others around the area. They also reuse the little sponge to clean you feet! They supposed to use a new one for each person...its called hygiene. Will never go again.
