As someone who works in the automotive industry Ive been using all class for a number of years to replace glass and to refer customers to and I have never been disappointed. Terry and his staff are always on the ball and easy to work with, today I was able to use him for a personal vehicle and I couldnt be happier The Tint he put on my car is exceptional and changes the entire look of the vehicle. I would highly recommend these guys over anybody else in the Kitsap area or on the peninsula.

Very professional!Made an appointment to have my tint done. Terry and the others on the team got my tint done in a reasonable amount of time and were incredibly professional about it.He gave me a little sheet informing me of little tips to keep my tint up to par (dos and donts) prices are also not at all what I was expecting, I anticipated it to cost much more.Dont be inconsiderate and do not inform a business when you have an appointment and then not show up! With that being said Im very grateful that they called me to inform me that somebody else did not show up and asked if I wanted to come in earlier! I was definitely more than happy to rearrange my non-schedule! Also another tip to those who dont think about it vacuum your cars before you come into a place like this especially when you have a pet..If I had more cars to get tinted I would absolutely recommend this place!!!

Great service! They took their time explaining the works and how to deal with insurance which was very helpful. They have a nice, cozy and clean waiting area that had heater, drinks and hand sanitizer. When finished, they also sanitized the whole car before giving the keys back. Very happy with their work.

Fairly priced for a windshield replacement. They were very friendly and on time. There was a waiting room that they ensured was cleaned prior to going in and had hand sanitizer available (due to this COVID world we live in). I defy recommend All Class Auto Glass in Gorst.

Terry’s crew ripped into my roof and took the paint off clear down to the sheet metal. Want to know how they remedied the problem? A blue sharpie, and within a week that ink bled out and left a rusty blister on my rig. I took photos of the damaged areas, yes, more than one, and contacted Terry, who never responded to me, so here I am trying to warn others of this $300 dollar mistake.

Got an awesome job done. Drivers side window started to peel at the corner, called them and they scheduled me right away. Fixed in a few minutes at no charge.Taking all my vehicles here from now on. Thanks guys!

They were highly recommend by a associate of my and I have to say I was not disappointed. The windshield and the labor was reasonably pricedand I was in and out of there less than a half-hour. Plus the staff there was fantastic.

I had a chip in my windshield and was referred to All Class by Fix Auto in Gig Harbor - I barely had to wait 5 minutes before someone came to help me - the shop was full but they got right to it in the parking lot! As they were filling the first chip, I noticed a second, and they were happy to help with that too. They did a fantastic, fast, professional job and were really friendly. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience! They were very quick getting the windshield on my Prius replaced and at $100+ cheeper then the competition. I will defiantly go back in the future. Thanks for the good work! But dont trust the google location, they are actually located on the water, behind the Subaru dealership, not across the street like google says. G-maps FAIL!!

Poor customer service

I had a vehicle that needed a brand new windshield, I did my research and found out that All Class Auto Glass was the least expensive window repair shop in Kitsap County. Yes as in most thing inexpensive vs expensive, you should choose expensive! This place did a terrible job on my windshield, the seals around the windshield came out within 2 hours of picking up the vehicle! I called and explained to the manager what was going on, his response was they did the job rite and just kept repeating he did nothing wrong.Auto Glass Plus is where I should have gone and where anyone in Kitsap County should go! Dont waste you money at All Class Auto Glass

Fast and friendly

I brought my 2015 mustang gt to them to get my windows tinted and they chipped my passenger window with a file and and three out of my five windows had little bubbles I took it back and they fixed the passengers window and redid the tinting but the rework on the rear window tinting is still full of little bubbles Im now going to take it somewhere else to have it tore out and done again they did stand behi d there work but after 3 hours and four attempts to get the back window done without bubbles they gave up and said that they would need to take the interior out to get it rite the lady they have working for them had a very snooty attitude and on my first visit spilt cleaning solution on my drivers seat it may have been just water and soap but I brought in a 40 thousand filler car you would think they would be more careful especially when all she could talk about was having 8 years experience I cant recommend them to anyone and will never take any car there again
