Tom and the crew at the Auto Glass Clinic took incredible care of my car. I met RJ at my place of work and found out he owns the shop, he offered me a good deal on my tint and windshield replacement. I came by and was treated like a family member. Tom was always quick to call and inform me how the windshield and tint job was going. Unfortunately there had been rust under my windshield. Tom and the crew were able to clean and treat the rust, as well as touch up the paint that was affected by the rust. Tom took the time to even call the Subaru dealership to get the correct color code and when they didnt have it, he made the color himself.Anybody I know who needs glass, audio and alarm is getting an immediate recommendation to the Autoglass Clinic and Mobile Radio.Thanks guys!

Excellent service. Tom and his crew are friendly, honest, and attentive. I had my Jeeps audio system serviced, thinking my speakers were blown. After their investigation they determined the amp was blown and the speakers were fully functional. I bought a used replacement amp (and a replacement temperature control console) on eBay, a week later I brought the amp and console back to Tom, and later that day they had them both installed. This companys honestly saved me hundred$ of dollar$. I will be back, I was the recipient of a rock chip on my Challengers window thats been bugging me. The Autoglass Clinic has earned my repeat business!

I called around for estimates, and found them to be the most reasonable. I got an appointment fast, an the installation was pain less.Hopefully I wont need a new windshield anytime soon, but if I do, Ill be back.

Took my Girlfriends car in to get tinted, and a sticker on the window. They were able to do everything we asked and very willing to do what is asked if possible. I will be coming back to get a aftermarket raido.

I had a very good second experience here, my first was just as good. I went in for a minor install and added something last minute and they accommodated even though it was asking alot. The install is clean and the sound is great. I felt the price was reasonable for the install done. I would highly recommend using them for any stereo, alarm, heated seat install. They are friendly and funny and know what they are doing.

Bought a new car stereo here and had it installed. The stereo is awesome, it is compatible with android auto and apple car play. With either of those it allows a person to mirror the phone apps onto the stereo display screen and sound go through the car speakers. Maps, audible, and music apps are just a few of many to enjoy while driving!

Tom and his crew did an outstanding job with my 2005 F250. They installed Viper remote start/alarm and added in a back up camera, and lastly integrated a sub into my crew cab. All works very well and super pleased. Very personable folks!!!

We signed up for roadside protection. Got in a spot, call them waited on hold for 45 minutes got disconnected. Literally the exact same scenario happened again when we called back. Called my agent they gave me a different phone number twice, turns out both of them were wrong. We were new to the area, it was 36 degrees and we had to walk 6 miles! Finally got home and ordered a U-Haul and a tow dolly. Insurance agent said wed be eligible for reimbursement.then we get a letter from them stating were not eligible because we towed it ourselves! My policy was about to lapse and had to be rewritten that Friday. they closed the office early so I had no choice but to rewrite somewhere else so I would not have a lapse. Get a phone call Monday morning hes fully expecting to rewrite me, I let him know I have gone elsewhere and then they had the audacity to send me a bill for that month and now Im in collections over it

I had a custom stereo that was purchased online with a install kit. I could not find anyone willing to install it. These guys were willing to take the Challenge . They did a great job of installing the stereo with what I gave them to work with. Not only that, I unfortunately had a flat tire the morning of the installation. They offered to remove the tire and get it fixed while my truck was getting worked on. Thats customer service! I recommend this place for awesome service that they provide.

I am less than pleased with the customer service I received from Mobile Radio. I have been a customer of theirs previously and been very satisfied with their service however after purchasing a new head unit to replace an older one, I was not satisfied with the visibility of the new unit. I returned to the shop with the expectation I would at least be offered a option to upgrade with some buy back of the week old unit. Custom shops have in my experience have gone out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase.What I got was, we cant do anything for you. I was disappointed with this answer that I would expect form Car Toys but not from Mobile Radio. In the end I would have been better off going to a chain store and getting a better price with most likely better service.

After having serious trouble contacting the dealer service department to repair my window that stopped working, The Autoglass Clinic picked up on the first call. I was able to schedule an appointment and get my window fixed quickly. Very happy with the service I received!

There is a sign when you first walk up to their counter. It states Who ever smiles first wins. Put my anxiety to rest. They also gave an approximate time of completion but finished an hour early. Highly recommend. Still smiling.

Helped me resolve an issue with very good customer service.

Parr sent me here to get my windows tinted as part of my vehicle purchase. Unfortunately, they did NOT tell me that the windows would come out with a TON of blemishes due to them tinting in an uncontrolled environment -- When brought the unsatisfactory tint back to them after 6 - 8 weeks, they stated Thats normal, due to us not doing tints in an uncontrolled environment -- They didnt offer any solution, not even to allow me to pay them to remove their poor quality of work, and attempt at it again.I had my Subaru tinted by another place in Tacoma, no specs or blemishes. Sucks as I had a Tundra I was going to have them replace the windshield on.

Recommended by a friend. LD. They looked over the camera issue and straightened the angle out for me in just a few minutes. And they figured out that someone bumped the back of the car which dented the license plate and caused the camera to get stuck pointing straight down. Cost... a hand shake and a smile. Honest guys. I’ll go back when a need arises.

The dont do mobile car alarms .But its ok because I figured it out myself so I saved some money.

Took my car in to have the leak in my sunroof fixed. Was happy about price and everything. Found out it still leaked and brought it back for more repairs. Went to pay and they said it was free of charge. They said it wasnt fixed all the way the first time. I would definetley be coming back in the future.

They have tinted the windows on no less than 6 of my personal cars, in addition to aftermarket leather and heated seats in one car. Remote start in two cars. HID foglight upgrades in 3 cars, and navigation, bluetooth, backup camera in one car. And 3M clear bras on every car!In addition to my own cars I have sent several hundred of my clients cars to them for everything from window tint to leather to stereo upgrades and everything in between. An honest mechanic shop! Theyve fixed a leak I had on my truck (rain was leaking into the cab from 4 places) and more recently, fixed a broken window on my roommates car same day when the dealership would have been 3 days waiting for the glass (and more expensive for the glass than the Autoglass Clinic was for glass, installation, and tax)

I had my system put in my Lexus at @xtreme car. Audio in east BREM . I kept my stock system so needed a LOC first one they hooked up almost caught fire 2nd blew sub then sub they gave me after a fight blew and they would not warranty it . I get a new sub and realized something wasnt sounding right asked them to look they refused to look and told me it was my sub . I came to Mobile Radio and spoke w tom . Explained what I was dealing w and he came right out and looked at it with in 5 min he was able to determine it was a blown fuse in the line out converter he replaced it and even added new connectors for me at no charge ! They didnt have to help me I didnt get work done there but he did not even hesitate . He listened to me and was very helpful ! Thank you so much tom! I will be back for all my future car audio and tint !!!!!!
