First time having dry cleaning done on my own accord. I dropped off a custom satin bomber jacket and a vintage Irish-wool sweater. The sweater, admittedly, was in rough shape. I just picked them up and inspected them at home and, wow, they look amazing. The jacket looks brand new again and the sweater looks fantastic. I am very pleased. I like that they communicate through text to let you know when to pick up. The woman at the front desk clearly knows her stuff when it comes to rehabilitating textiles; an expert.

Picked up dry cleaning and was not informed they were unable to remove the stain off of my husbands suit. I found out because they placed a small tag that said we tried but couldn’t remove the stain. I was still charged full price for service I did not receive contacted the location. And no answer. I’ve been a customer since it was Majik Cleaners and since Will not be returning !!

Needed to have a wool coat dry cleaned to send as a gift, and have never needed to living in Florida. I called before dropping it off and staff was very thorough with details as to what services were done and the process of dry cleaning. I received a rough estimate quote over the phone and they were right on the money when it was time to pay. Was also done in the time frame I was told over the phone. Very easy scheduling pickup/delivery and a super convenient option with my busy schedule. Will definitely be using this business for all my dry cleaning needs and maybe more in the future. First of all, this is Mark, Diane’s insignificant other. Once I became used to Sage Cleaners new methodology as far as dropping off and picking up, it’s really easy and much more convenient, especially with the store that I utilize being available 24-7. I’ve yet to utilize any of the other services they apparently provide besides dry cleaning, but will consider using them if and when I might need them.

Requested no creases several times (at least 3 times) and every time they crease my husband’s pant. Dana was very unprofessional and offered no resolution

They said my order would be ready in three days. Dropped it off at 7am Wednesday morning and it wont be ready until Monday. How is that three days? How is a small bag of clothes that I need because I work in the medical field and at this time need help getting things done and I have nothing to wear. I needed help and I get my clothes five days later. Not ok.

There too high for one & they lie about when tour clothes will be ready which is not good for the customers...Its inconvenient for me because i have to make a second trip to waste my time & gas because they didnt have one pair of pants ready when they told me it would be....I pay 45.00 for 6 pair of pants which is very sad.I ask for everything to be heavy stared & it wasnt so what did i pay for...

Dirty t shirts... one of it had lips stick of an employee .they just had no explanation for it but nobody its paying for it either.Not recommend at all.
