I dont like this place I love this place. I do all my business transactions through ACE Cash Express and they never fail me on their customer service and professionalism and their friendly environment. Anibal stop me in line first thing in the morning and asked me the dollar amount I was going to be cashing that day. Advise me what time the money would be coming in so I can come back later without having to stand in line. That to me is a big plus because my time is money. Ace has always been a great place to go in quickly cash a checks, money order. There is a lot of options. Also friendly people very knowledgeable. I have experienced in the Brandon location and on Kennedy. Ace has a lot of options, hours of operation. Great place to make payments of your bills, loans, money order open accounts for other companies and other businesses and rent payments are accepted. Sending, receive money ease of transportation. Quick services. Ace is all over the United States, I believe and maybe theres some states that are not. After so many transactions with other pay here loan places. I never realized that Ace has options LOL for payday loans. I use Ace for paying bills and making money orders or sending money. Well, thank you. Keep going with Ace services, especially now more than ever with Covid-19. We all are in needy assistance. Thank you, best employees for all who assist me with excellent customer service awesome!

The Ace Cash Express representative was very polite, attentive and fast while she multitask to serve me and the customer that called her to get some information. Is good to see good customer service still. Anibal who also helped me previously at this location is another good team player. Love this location.

The staff members are very helpful, caring and professional, especially Joseph. They try their very best to help in any situation. They are very welcoming and trust worthy. Some transactions take longer than others to complete based on customer requests, however the wait time in general is not too long. The place is also very neat.

This place charges large fees for cashing any check,even stimulus checks,they dont even tell you their charge for cashing.However,AMSCOT, Isnt charging anything to cash stimulus checks,To help People out.. THATS THE THING TO DO,RIGHT!?!

Terrible customer service and business practices. They over charged my bank account, and it took calling corporate and the district manager to get a refund.. months later come to find out they sent me to collections over the money they refunded me, that was owed to me! Will never step foot in that place again. Seriously don’t know what they are doing. Now having to go through more trouble to send them my bank statement with the amount paid! (With the exception of Ilene. She’s great.)
