Initially I gave this place a 1 star because of some problems I had. Ryan one of the owners of this car wash noticed and gave me his number to call. I gave Ryan a call and he is a very kind man who understands my concerns and he is going to address them. He was very personal and as offered to make things right.My Initial review that was a one star was based off of some of the employees language and things that I was a little concerned about for safety. Not the quality of the job that was done because the car looked good after they cleaned it. I am very happy now and I feel like Ryan is going to improve the language used here so that it will be a family a friendly place.This car wash is affordable the prices really are a good deal. Also I was impressed with their ability of to remove the smell & urine Vomit from my car. My son has Epilepsy and he loses control of his bladder sometimes because of it. It can also make him pretty sick After a seizure. So my whole family is very grateful that they got that smell out.I have posted pictures of Before & After the car wash.

I wish I could give a 4, but I cant. I should have taken a before and after of my seats because they look brand new. But there were a few little things. I still had some debris in those hard to reach spots on the floorboard. I only got the seat shampoo and full wash #2 though. And on my drivers side was a big stain that looked like dried soap. A little pricey for me but Im not used to detailing. Overall, I think I would use them again, but be a little more thorough on my walk thru.

They do an excellent job here. The service is always friendly and they get the job done rather quickly.

The normal Jules car wash I go to were having some electrical issues so I decided to take the 15 minute drive to the one in Brandon - what a mistake. Everyone was nice and friendly but I see that they pride themselves more on the number of cars they can clean as opposed to a quality product. They finished my 4Runner in about 10 minutes which would’ve been amazing if the $50 I spent to clean my interior/exterior was actually TOP NOTCH. I purchased the “top notch” service which included hand finished wheels, windows cleaned, interior clean and shine. My fault for not double checking the work I paid for but just be prepared to do so if you visit these guys.

Great wash, good attention to details and drying the car even on the $7.00 wash, and we have a Ford F-150. Definitely one of the better car washes in the area.

So I paid $50 for my car to still be dirty. All they did is vacuum my car. The first time I came it was okay, I paid more a detailed wash. They finished in 10 minutes just for coffee to be in the cup holder and on my steering wheel. My car still has stains as well.

Beach sand, gone. Ice cream, gone. Seeing my carpets all one color? Detail done right.. right here. Good prices, great work. Couldnt even find a spot they missed on a 5 year old car. I might believe you if you told me they replaced the carpet, it looks that good.

The Nicest Folks work there..they work hard even in this hot florida weather .they have a cool system setup...before they even start cleaning the inside of your car its totally sanitize with this machine. get on and out quickly its nice... nice people. state of the art drying system....your car shines with the wax job they do...

Exterior was great but the interior could have been done alot better. And its not like our car was filthy inside because we just bought it a month ago and its a 2021.

This is where I take my car they do everything great except for one thing they never wash the inside back window of my car ever... I always have to ask him will you please do this. other than that theyre great.

Would not recommend this place to anyone! They are highly overpriced for just vacuuming and running it through a car wash. I paid $75/month for the top package when I asked them to wipe down my seats which the package said interior wipe down included, they replied it will be $15 extra if you want us to wipe the seats. When I spoke to a manager he said it was not included. Very dissatisfied customer. Would recommend going somewhere else, canceled my monthly subscription due to this interaction.

Just left there. Purchased the #3 which I was told my interior would be clean and my outside would be cleaned and waxed.When I got my car the inside still has dust and spilled coffee and they left my bed completely dirty. Manager called back very polite but told me they prefer the bed to be cleaned before we get there but she would have the inside redone. I’m good. This is 3rd time they have left my car dirty. After years looks like I need a new place to get my car wash.

I paid for the exterior wash with tire shine. Prior to my wash, I witnessed the employee (an older white guy) taking care of the vehicle in front of mine. He sprayed the entire exterior of the vehicle, sprayed each tire and scrubbed the front and rear with a soapy brush. A line started to form behind me and when it was my turn, the gentleman started the same process as he had done on the vehicle ahead of me but was only able to spray the front end and left side of my vehicle when a younger Spanish guy came up and told him to send my car through. The older white guy told him he hadn’t finished spraying and scrubbing my car and the Spanish guy came up to my window and told me to put my car in neutral to start heading through the tunnel. Once the wash was complete, I exited my vehicle to check it because I had a feeling it wasn’t going to be clean and what do you know!! The wheels, the rear, and the right side of the vehicle (the only places that weren’t pre-washed) are disgusting. When I pointed it out to the gentlemen that wiped my car down they went to get the supervisor and guess who it was... the younger Spanish guy who didn’t allow my vehicle the same treatment that the car in front of me received. Then he straight up lied and started making excuses saying that the chemicals in the tunnel won’t work as well when they do pre wash and how the dirt that was remaining on my car could be taken care of if I paid the “detail” prices. Don’t use this dishonest establishment that cuts corners because a line was forming. Each customer should receive the same service, period.

Yesterday was my second time at that place... i shoulda learn tha first time ... cuzz it was poor job... 2nd time was even worse... for $ 33 i was expenting a great work but Lord their was trash all in between my seats ... my carpet was not vaccum well ...I will never again... step foot there...

Paid for uphgrade but there was still some dirt on my floor mats.

I always get the $35 dollar wash (believe its #3) and have never left unhappy. My car is always clean inside and out, the service is quick.

Generally good. Staff is courteous. They do a good job. Their pressure washer took a little paint off my bumper but I discovered the paint was done aftermarket and obviously not done right so I dont blame them.Only reason for 4 stars is because sometimes the people who are running the initial prep before your car runs through the wash... They dont always do the prep on all 4 wheels and front/rear of the car where road grime usually sticks the worst. Still comes out okay either way, but does much better when the prep work is done fully before they run you through.Great value for the $ though!

Now able to get the interior done too! And it was thorough! Very happy with this car wash and part of the reason is the wax they use. It lasts and my car stays cleaner! It really is superior to other car washes Ive used. The workers are also thorough. They pop the trunk to make sure no soap or water is under the trunk track, the door frames and always wash the inside of the windows. I dont have to request or remind them. Of course, they shine my tires and the rims sparkle! Oh yes and you get a free air freshener, not sprayed into the car, an actual air freshener! Ill be be back! Often!!!

I went to Jules car wash to get my car wash including vacuum they didn’t do a good job it’s horrible job the inside the car wasn’t vacuum good in my windshield has white bubbles spot i was very shocked because I always go there but on Monday they did a horrible job my daughter and my son told me not to go there anymore because that car didn’t looks like it was vacuum good bad service

We come through a lot, always friendly service, great price and no issues. We had 1 time where they accidentally used tire shine when we requested it without, and they ran us through again on the most expensive wash. They didnt have to do that, we would have been happy with a basic wash. Highly recommend!!

They always do a great job! Their prices are reasonable and I like the fact that they give every customer a free air freshener. Its a small gesture that goes a long way and part of the reason why Im a repeat customer.

Jules car wash on US 301 in Riverview used to be my go-to car wash place. I’ve moved to Brandon and now the Jules car wash on Highway 60 is where I’ve visited. I am highly disappointed in the quality they are now providing. The location is open but I would be shocked if it’s for much longer. The owner used to be more present at this location and therefore the workers seemed on their toes to please. Now, the “team leader” doesn’t have the same passion and allows lower standards. I paid $30 for a car wash and the most basic service of an interior vacuum was not done. Upon “inspection” I found trash and wrappers from my kids. The interior was not wiped down at all. I will never return. Use your money elsewhere folks we work hard for it and we shouldn’t give it to a business that can’t deliver a basic service.

Yesterday I drove to Jules and purchased the Top Notch car wash which was to include the exterior, interior, tires, and the inside would shine, etc. My car was completed in 10 minutes; once completed, I easily wiped dirt off the rims with my finger. console was not clean, nothing was shiny and there were water streaks on exterior. I asked them to complete the car and they appeared to get to work on it, while I paid. I had to get to an appointment, so i was not able to inspect again. that was a MISTAKE. it was still dirty. huge waste of $47, plus tax. I gave 2 stars as the lady at check was extremely nice.

We left Brandon for a year, there was no other car wash that we patronized either in the Orlando radius and SC that could satisfy my husband. He went to Jules today for his first carwash since being back.Not surprising they passed with flying colors. He did the touch test and came home bragging on them. Thanks for your consistency Jules, never change management!😊

Not as good as Jules in 301 in Riverview. There is no self service vacuum. There is not enough staff that do the the exterior powerwash, they are in a hurry even there is not enough customers.

Jules car wash does a great job, the only thing I wish they would change, is to use a different color rag for the Windshield, so the rag they use for the body doesnt transfer dirt to the Windshield, Ty😊

Ive had this car for 3 weeks and its brand new so it wasnt very dirty. Just needed to vacuum the mats and wash outside. Maybe even wipe inside a little. When I got in the car my seat and floor mats were wet. They didnt do a good job vacuuming at all. And they left their Windex bottle in my car. The windows were still dirty. I waisted $30 but lesson learned I wont go back.

First time in the location, I paid for full service cleaning.Unfortunately i was ask twice the guys to put mask before they getting inside the car.They put the mask but i got the filling i need to watch them all time.Inside the car they can do better.I gave 4 stars because they was very nice and politely.

This place hasnt washed my rims right since the younger Spanish guy with tattoos that worked in the back left he would always make sure he got everything including my rims that are a bit hard to clean I always ask specifically for this now when I go there through the express lane but not done right or at all sometimes

They did great job cleaning my very dirty car

Not bad, they always do a really good job on my ride.

So we came with our company truck to get washed up like we do every other day, except we usually go to the Riverview location. We were informed by Dom that it would be an upcharge of $10 for mud on the outside of the running boards, which seems a bit absurd since we have never been up charged before for what little bit of mud is on the truck. We pay for the Elite service monthly, not sure why there isnt already an inclusion of that fee with the elite and why they think they can just all of a sudden spring extra fees on us, but its ridiculous.

They get the job done and theyre great at it.

My first time trying Jules. A dear friend I work with came here last week and told me about how amazing her car looked when she left and how happy she was with how she was treated and greeted. She mentioned Ryan helped her with a spot on her car that even I could never imagine a car wash could help get off, but Ryan got it off and she was so happy. Ryan is also who I got speak to today when I came in .. Excellent job with amazing work ethics and I am proud to support a local family owned business that helps our community in more ways than one. This is an awesome $6 exterior wash. They take the time to spray bug remover on the front before you enter the wash and they also spray the rims and the rear of the vehicle. As you exit the wash the employees towel dry the glass and most of the rest of the vehicle. Well worth the money.

I paid $46 for the best package they offer and it was not worth it. The inside was still dirty. I definitely expected more for the price I paid. I also tipped ahead of time but it wasn’t deserved.

Paid $75 for interior and exterior wash and vaccum, as well as cleaning/shampooing the seats. They did NOT clean the seats well or even vaccum well, as there were areas not cleaned well. For context, we have an 8 month old who spits up and it got on the cars seat. They didnt clean those either, when they were exclusively what we wanted them to clean, and we even pointed it out initially. None of which was cleaned. When the manager was called, we were told there was nothing they could do. Scammed out of $75. Not recommending this place to anyone.

Honestly for a $40 wash I definitely expected more. The exterior was about 60 percent clean, several areas of my car were still dirty (lower portions of all 4 fenders, back window, TONS of bugs left on the hood clear as day). The interior was vacuumed very well however the inside of the windows were left with towel streaks all over the place. They got the job done quickly considering how many vehicles were there at the time but the end result really wasn’t worth the price. I personally won’t be returning.

Dont have a way to post pics to prove my words, took number 5 on the menu, their best car wash, 49.91 and I would have cleaned it better my self on a bad day. I went in here on a friend suggestion and never coming back again. The guy asked me if I liked it, I just closed the door and left. Windshield was dirty, all doors were semi polished, boot was just vacuumed on top and there was dirt on all sides. Dont waste your money here.

This used to be the Florida Car Wash and is under new ownership. They have remodeled and it looks nice, but the older waiting room was more comfortable. Prices went way up. Even though the car was clean and service was good Ill probably find another place to get my car washed. The complementary sir freshener does not make up for a $7 price hike.

I paid 48 dollars for the cleaning plus 15 for a tip, everything dirty inside and outside, total disaster, I think that by doing it so fast they cannot do it with quality, idk why the speed because there were only two cars.

Jules is my preferred Car wash since I moved to the area. Tried a few before but just didnt cut it. Very good job and very fast too!

If I could give zero stars, that’s what they deserve.I’d never been here before, but wanted to give it a try.However, as soon as I pulled up, the short tattooed guy was extremely rude and was bothered that I wasn’t following his directions to pull forward, even though nobody else was around. In order for me to read the signs above that describe the different services, I couldn’t pull under the bay. I let him know I was just trying to read the services, and he said “whatever” and got pouty, rolled his eyes and walked off. Couldn’t believe his childish reaction! And from the next guy’s reaction, seems this wasn’t an isolated incident.I’ll stick to Car Wash on the Greens in Valrico, they do a great job, but I just happened to be in the area here, and will NOT bother with this place again.

I spent $40 today on a car wash. When I got home and pulled in my garage and looked at my car it had blue spots all over it as well as water spots. I had to redo my car. Dont waste your money there. Do your self a favor and go to the competition. There employees are not well trained.
