Great service and fantastic attention to detail. They go above and beyond to give the best effort!!! I had so much pet hair in my car, scratches, and everything after driving all summer with moving to a new city, it looked showroom ready for an almost decade old car!

I was absolutely not happy at all, how today went. I was not greeted when I arrived. I was told that the service will take about an hour and half and they will call me when it is done. I never got a call from them and after 2.5 hours, I went back to check if on the status of my car. I was told that my car was done, and that is when I looked around the inside and outside of my car. The outside looked clean but the inside didnt look like it had been vacuumed at all. Around the doors was not wiped, the trunk was had not been vacuumed. I showed that to the employee and he said they MISSED it. How could my car have been there for over 2 hours and MISS all these? Then I started wiping parts that they apparently MISSED. The employee asked if I want him to vacuum when I was wiping and picking things off the floor and backside of seats of the car. It took another 20 minutes to cleaned up what they MISSED. The windshield still has smudges and smears. Going to this place was waste money and time. I ended up having to help the employee after the original employees left, to make it right. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I made an appointment yesterday for 10am to have my car detailed. I arrived and no one was there which was fine because the last time I used their services at this location they were about 5 minutes late so I just waited. 5 minutes turned into 10 minutes and I called the customer service line. The rep said she would call the technicians for that location and have them call me to let me know what’s going on. 20 minutes go by and still no one arrived. I called the customer service line again and spoke to the same rep and she said when she originally called, no one answered and she just left a voicemail. I explained how unprofessional it was to have an appointment and not only no one show up, but no one call to let me know what’s going on. I stay on the phone with her while she puts me on hold to try to reach out to the same individuals for 25 minutes. She gets back on the line and explains no one still is picking up and they don’t have any supervisors working that day. She tries to call again and some one finally picks up and it’s 30 min after my appointment. She says the individual can still detail my car but will not be able to make it until 30 min from now. That’s a total of an hour late. The most unprofessional car detailing service I’ve ever used. Oh and they were only able to offer $20 off my service after being an entire hour late.

Great conversation but not so good service. Half wiped seats, half done vacuum job, never even attempted to vacuum the 3rd row of the suv. Dont waste your money. Whatever oil based stuff they use makes the floor mattes slippery and they sprayed it on ALL THE LEATHER smh dont go here people unless you want to throw away cash

This review is for the pronto wash at Citrus Mall!! The guys were friendly and down to earth so definitely appreciated it. They also took care of my vehicle as if it were there own so mad respect to those gentleman.

Water marks all over my car, streaks on all the windows and mirrors, my trunk WASN’T TOUCHED at all… and that’s definitely part of the $150.00 super package from what I read. I’m extremely dissatisfied, and feel like I got ripped off beyond belief. I wouldn’t have even paid 50.00 if I knew this was the end product, let alone 150.00… absolutely terrible. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a different car wash / detailing spot

Totally forgot that you were at SouthPark in Charlotte! I live on the coast and there are no full-service car washes in the area. On business travel I always visit Autobell or my favorite carwash in Columbia, SC. Was planning on visit Autobell later that day, but when I was walking in for a meeting I noticed ProntoWash in the garage. Trevor accommodated me and I was able to have my vehicle cleaned. So grateful because my meeting ran late and there was no way I would have been able to get my car cleaned that day if not for your great service!

I told them to shampoo inside my car. They didn’t shampoo it. They use spray bottle and vacuum. They did a bad job on my car. They lied to me. I was scammed and want my money back.

Just had my vehicle done at Prontowash Brandon in the Brandon mall parking lot outside of the East Entrance. Dontae the manager took amazing care of me! My car looks better than the day I bought it from the dealership! I got a full detail done. Had scratch removal and shampooed my carpets!!! So incredibly impressed by their work! Highly highly recommended!!!!

The worst car wash ive ever had . The product doesnt clean it just covers. It cant clean hard to reach places like water can so grills wheels and cracks are dirty. Dirt all over my car and i paid $199. I will never use pronto agian

Went to get a full detail payed a decent amount and my cup holders, dash, middle console, seats or wheels were not wiped at all. My trunk was not even vacuumed. Horrible experience.

I pulled up and sat for about 15 min, no signs on where to go or what to do. After no employee came to my car, I pulled off thinking that maybe they were just busy. (They were washing 1 car) I came back 30 min later and the same thing happened again, except this time the employees just looked at me, than went back to whatever they were doing. They looked back up at me like 10x before I just gave up and left again.Looked like it would be great service if I could figure out how to get service!

This place is a joke! I arrived at 1:10pm there were 3 men sitting there doing absolutely nothing. They told me they couldnt help me because they had a 2pm appointment SMH! Poor business edict!

They cleaned up a dog hair-covered mini van and it looks like it did the day we bought it.

Long wait and the car could of been cleaned on the inside better. But the guy working was cool and and didnt have help for the first few hours.

Got there around 4pm on a Sunday, I understand its a busy day and you are tired at that point ( although business said youre open until 6) but dont tell me I would have to pay more because some water marks in the exterior are difficult to get out. I was willing to come back the next day but not after that nonsense, you lost my business

After 2.5 hours and being the first and only customer I was given my vehicle unfinished. The counsel wasn’t touched, doors, back seat untouched. I specifically requested my rubber floor mats and seats to be wiped off even if I had to pay extra. What they did was spray my floor mats with a green liquid which is slippery and left it there. Which is extremely dangerous well I’m driving now my whole shoe has the slippery liquid on them.I’ve had great experiences with in the past this was horrible service.Very next day. I received a call from the “manager”. He calls me to understand what really happened however you refused to allow me to speak. He spoke and explained himself but rejected to hear me out. I disconnected the call after realizing that he wants to argue with me in the phone. Customer service at it’s worst! Now I want my $40.00 refunded back to me after this horrible experience which cost me a lot of money already between picking up my child late from Daycare and canceling her Doctor appt.

I took my car on a rainy, muggy day during the week. I didnt make an appointment but there was no wait. Trey was so professional and courteous about what I wanted to do with my car. They estimated it would take 2 hours and they finished in 1 hour. I went to pick it up and it met my expectations and more. I needed them to wash my backseats because of stains. The inside of my car was like new! It was incredible. My car looked and smelled wonderful! I will definitely be returning to Pronto!

Great place, all hand washed, got all the water spots out of my BMW, very reasonable price- $20 exterior, park at Sears and shop the mall. Recommended!!!!

I had a great experience at ProntoWash in Brandon! I definitely recommend this place. Donta was very friendly and even though I came close to their closing time he went out of his way to wash my car. Plus my car looks spotless. Convenient location by the mall and I will be coming back!

I went on 9/5/2018. There is a new crew here and I must say they were awesome! Reese and Anthony were the two when I pulled up.Reese was extremely courteous and very attentive to my car cleaning needs.I will absolutely go back to them. My only recommendation to customers visiting is to allow/ expect 1 hour or more for cleaning service. Its at a mall for a reason.Set the expectation that youre going in the mall for a couple of hours and youll be fine.If youre doing a quick in and out then save them for another time.If youre going to one of the restaurants for dinner so itll be good to drop your car off here to get detailed as well.Good guys and great service!

I was quoted a different (much higher) amount after picking up my truck (bait and switch) AND the “detail” was terrible. Dirt was left on the carpet, windows had streaks and water marks, wheels were left with break dust on the inside, the indoor jams ignored.I wouldn’t recommend.

Service here is very sub-par. Made appointments online for two different cars, they were an hour apart. When we showed up - they said they knew absolutely nothing about the appointments and that it would be well over an hour before they could start working on even one of the cars. After the manager showed up - she confirmed the appointments were made but said they didnt check them because they were busy. Nothing was done to try and accommodate us. I would recommend finding a place that would like to take your money and make it work when you have done what the company asks you to do.Update - Overall a good job - I was invited back by the president due to an earlier experience - my sister and I both got our cars clean. The price is a bit high but the detail they put in the car was pretty good. My back window was still dirty but everything else was good. My sisters car was good too. The time was a bit long but worth it because everything is done by hand. I will be returning because of the way the manager and the president treated me and my sister. I am very glad I gave them a second chance.

Not sure why this place has a low review, the guys that work there are very courteous and did a fantastic job on my car. This was even when they had a few cars and it was very close to closing time. The job itself was clean, spotless and completely done by hand.

The car was detailed ok but the attitudes WOWWWWW I knew I should have just walked away. It was apparent they did not want to clean my car and made it known many times it would be the last car of the day. When i picked the car up still no smiles, no have a good day...nothing. Its all about the customer service, smile!

Dropped my car off with Reese, the general manager, who gave me an hour to an hour-and-a-half estimate for the express wash. Received a text just about on the hour mark that my car was ready. I appreciated his honesty, accuracy, and the effort the ProntoWash team put in. Affordable high quality car care with excellent service.

Kelly was nice enough to service my car after a rainstorm after she had sent everyone home. She of course did a good job and gave Poe (My car) a good cleaning. Good to use while you are shopping the mall. Parking at the Sears area is best anyway, lots of parking.

No attention to detail have dirt in cup holders and door cups paid for a full interior shampoo and the 15 dollar outside clean. The outside looks great. Inside the car smells like something was done but looks very amateur. Would not recommend this place

I dropped my truck off today at 4:50pm for a 5pm appt. At that time they said they were about to pull out another car and they would pull my truck in and would be about an hour for the deluxe package. At 6:40pm I came back since it was almost 2 hours later and expected it to be done. Then I realized it was parked in the same spot and has yet to be touched. There were 3 cars sitting in the stalls which were all done and were most of the way done even when I originally dropped my truck off while 4 people were sitting on one end. I will never go back. At least give the decency to call and say you aren’t going to do anything instead of lying about it because you are too lazy.

They did an amazing job on my car! Loved the convenience - did a little shopping and grabbed lunch, and when I came out my car looked brand new. Highly recommend!

I called before going and almost felt the need to apologize for calling. The woman on the line was almost discouraging me from coming. But because I was going to the mall anyways I said why not. Upon arriving, I was made to feel that I was interrupting the attendants. It took several minutes to even be acknowledged. The service was over $100. The outside was ok, not great. The inside still had leaves in it. Carpets not vacuumed. Cup holders not cleaned. One attendant asked another, did you even do the inside? That was enough said. Definitely do not recommend. Will be going elsewhere. The convenience is not worth the price, service, or quality.

Got my car cleaned, waxed, and had my headlights cleaned by Phil and his team on a Friday and they did a wonderful job. Went back with my boyfriends truck to get it cleaned and waxed on the following Saturday and Kellie and her team were there a d again, did a wonderful job. Customer service by both Phil and Kellie were beyond my expectations. Will be back!

This place is a joke. The inside of my car was barely touched besides the carpet, they really only vacuumed the inside. And it took OVER 2 HOURS and that was with an appointment!!! And they had the nerve to ask for a tip to be added. I couldn’t wait any longer for them to clean the inside correctly. Will not be coming back.

The service I received today was nothing but incredible. Their customer service was exceptional even with them being completely packed they were punctual! So when I went to pick up my car, I couldnt find it on their lot. I immediately panicked. The manager pointed towards my car and I was shocked. Best value and best staff! During a very frustrating weekend when a mechanic got oil stains all over the inside of my car and everything else seemed to be going on, this team at Pronto Wash made it all better! Im pretty good at taking care of my car and how it looks, but they made it look better than when I got it from the car lot!!!! While other places were rude and condescending to me they were professional, polite and proved they knew what they were doing. They were understaffed when I went there but they still managed everything great under that kind of pressure!!

Went here on a Saturday morning and Dontae was very professional and his team did a great job.

Place is a rip off, do not get your car cleaned here. Outside was decent, however, inside was barely touched I had to tell them to clean the windows cause they were visibly dirty..um its part of the package. Speaking of packages, I clearly told the guy I wanted $40 option. When its time to check out the price magically jumped to $63..so incredibly unprofessional to take advantage and say oh you said you wanted xxx option when no I did not. How can you straight up lie to customers.

Pronto Wash Brando was recommended to me by a colleague and is now my go to car wash! Staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Pricing is very reasonable. Great location given its proximity to the Brandon mall which allows you to run errands, grab a bite to eat, or grab some pints while waiting.They were very busy upon my arrival and one of the employees politely acknowledged me and stated someone would be with me soonest. This gave me time to review the services and pricing and prepare any questions I may have had. By the time I was done reviewing, the manager was at my side asking if I had any questions about the services. We discussed what I was looking for (heavy water spotting and tree sap removal). She made her recommendations, told me when I could expect the vehicle to be complete, and asked for my cell phone number so they could text me and I wouldn’t have to wait.Upon arrival, they were finishing up a few other vehicles and again politely acknowledged me. The team that had worked on my vehicle walked me thru the process they took on the vehicle, in detail, to ensure I was satisfied with the service. They even took the time to show me a few problem areas on the vehicle (cracking rubber, wear on steering wheel, faded plastic, etc…). They spoke to what they worked on to improve those areas, what was in the realm of possible and what was not. Nice that they took the time to explain. More importantly, those are typically areas of the vehicle most car washes won’t even address. Great attention to detail on their end!Overall - Service is terrific, staff is professional and polite, and their detailing services are fantastic. Talk about the best customer service ever!! I received a gift voucher to get my car detailed for Christmas. I made an appointment for the next day and dropped off my car. Unfortunately I lost the voucher while my car was getting detailed (well talk about that later). I ended up paying for it out of pocket. There was an issue that I had so I sent an email to customer service. Within MINUTES the CEO Scott Wyler responded. He listened to everything I had to say and wanted to do everything to correct it. Two days later my car was back getting the best treatment of her life!! The manager there, DAndre was incredible. He went above and beyond and gave my car an additional interior and exterior clean AND added the clay bar wax!!!! Holy cow did my car sparkle!!! I was speechless. All the while, the CEO called me on his personal cell phone to ensure that I was pleased. He also worked with me to find the gift voucher coupon code so that I could be refunded and use the voucher. I couldnt have asked for better customer service. I will come back here for sure and recommend this place to any and everyone!! If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would.

I would highly recommend Brandons Prontowash. It took almost 2 hrs to remove all the bugs but my jeep looks brand new

Courteous and timely. However, didnt do a very good cleanup of the interior. Dirt and hair still in corners of carpet and dirt still on dashboard and backseats.

Don’t understand these people giving a bad rating. I’ve been here countless times to clean my 2017 Audi and come back to find my car spotless inside and out. Each time, even though schedules were packed, they were very accommodating in fitting me in somewhere during the day. Will continue to use Prontowash for my go to car wash.

I got the second more expensive package and should not have... I probably would have received the same service had I gone with the cheaper one. When I got home I redid some things. For over $100 detail I should not have to do anything. I can only base my review on the service that I received. I am sure they are fine for a fast wash at minimal price, but I would not go for the glory on this place!!

My car sat there for almost 3 hours after they told me it would be done in an hour and a half. The car doesnt even look like it was touched. The manager was friendly but the wash was awful. I should have washed it myself. Lesson learned

Service was ok I guess. I do not know what tools they use to vacuum or clean the inside but I can honestly say that all that was done was a vacuum and maybe some freshener. I still had stains on my doors and there was still dog hair in the trunk of car. I know for a fact it hadnt been touched. They treated the outside of my car, which might have been to distract me from some of the parts they missed on the inside but it was a nice bonus. I was just expecting more. Took 2hrs as there wasnt a lot of staff. Paid over $90 with tip. I dont think Ill be returning though.

The service here was lack luster at best. I pulled up to have my car washed, and while asking about options overheard other attendants complaining about potentially interested customers. What appeared to be the shift manager was the worst of them. He had no interest in helping or servicing anyone. I paid for the $45 wash and return to my car with splotches covering the hood of my vehicle and the surrounding trim. The inside was vacuumed and cleaned, it was nothing to special, they left a large scratch on the edge of my steering wheel however. The price was definitely not worth the wash, I will not be returning.
