I am very happy with my experience at Bexleys hair salon. I came in today for a much needed haircut and blow. My hair dresser was able to listen to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean clean and I enjoyed our friendly conversation which made the visit go by faster than it was but she was very timely. The new location is much better with the parking and more private. I will definitely be back again!

I forgot to catch the name of my stylist. I think shes Latina. Either way, she was tha bomb! She was super nice, cool to talk with, and very professional. My hair is dry, super curly, and apparently the last person who cut my hair did a terrible job. She fixed my layers. I didnt use any heat on my hair after. My blow out lasted and looked amazing! Ill definitely be returning. The salon is small but chic and in a fabulous spot. Just make sure you make an appointment.

I heard about Bexley salon through a friend that uses their service regularly. I moved here from Chicago a year ago and was looking for a good quality barber. When I first came here I was instantly attracted to the level of cleanliness and professionalism that Chris and his staff cultivate. I’ve had short hair for 7 years and I’ve been to different barbers from Miami to Tampa...most barbers just clip your sides and that’s it. Here they style you and everyone can tell the difference. Nate is legit a master class barber. Kendall is an amazing colorist and both their attention to detail is amazing. All of the staff are talented. I’m literally sitting under a hot lamp getting color watching how talented everyone is here. Especially during a pandemic, they are constantly cleaning. They take their time with their clients and I appreciate that. I will never go anywhere else for a cut or color!

Nina is phenomenal! I have been in a two years process in growing my hair out feom a pixie cut. I shared with her I hey scissor happy and stressed with my hair. She worked with color to help me be patient with the grow out and supportive! She wouldn’t style it fun ways to help me be distracted from cutting!!! Finally my hair is passed my shoulders!! She is up to date in product knowledge, color, and way cut and length works best for each of her clients! She is 100% and passionate in her work!! Nina is a professional and a master of her craft!!

I honestly think this might have been one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. I usually hate the awkward small talk with the hairdresser but I loved the lady I had and she was so nice. We had a great chat and she didn’t try to push any products on me like hairdressers have at other salons. I also had been putting this off for a while with the pandemic because I was nervous to go in. But everyone was great about masking, hand washing and even took my temperature when I came in. I felt very safe and love how great my hair looks! I will definitely be going back for my next trim :)

Received one of the best haircuts ever today. Roberto Torres is a professional artist. My hair has a LOT of cowlicks and curls, so it’s very difficult to cut evenly. We had great conversations while she was working on my hair. I was so excited to flaunt my new hair for my birthday and was in such a rush leaving I forgot my locks of hair behind that was cut to donate. She was kind enough to send it to Wigs for Kids on my behalf. I have always been VERY picky about who touches my hair, I will definitely return to Bexley!

From NY to California to North Carolina (where I’ve lived) this man definitely has talent beyond most I’ve seen in many barbers I deal with on a daily basis. My girlfriend and I received services from this salon and this salon ruined my girlfriends hair not ONCE but TWICE and argued with her about receiving a refund. This place is a poor idea of a salon and I highly recommend anyone to stay clear from ever receiving services from Kendal or this salon in the future.They charged her for services she did not receive such as a haircut that was not finished due to the stylist saying they didnt have time to finish or style the hair and she paid for color she did NOT ask for and shared an inspo picture hoping to have them achieve the results, but instead over processed her hair.Also be aware they pay to hide one star reviews so thats why they are rated a five star salon even though they provide one star results. They are having friends post comments about an artist that isnt true and they commented on another post saying said friend had no idea what they were talking about because they didnt finish the service of her hair BUT theres proof and pictures of them doing her hair TWICE. Do not be fooled by misleading people who care more about money than the value of their clients.

Ive been going to the same barber for 20+ years and Ive always had nothing but a Clipper Cut. Never had my hair styled until today. Chris at Bexley is such a great guy. He took the time to explain Clipper vs Styling and tried a couple different stylings with my hair....and I love it. I think I just found my new, long term barber!

Bexley Salon is a great place! Been coming here for a year now and only let this place touch my hair. Nina, Chris, and Nate are the absolute best! We couldn’t be happier with the quality and expertise that they ALWAYS provide. I have referred many of my coworkers to this salon as well and every single one of them has loved it and loved their results. Take my word as a long time client who has had her hair colored by Nina every 6 weeks for 7 years she knows exactly what she is doing. I know I would never trust another. She is the only person who has ever cut my youngest daughter’s hair. My son truly appreciates the time Chris puts into his hair cut, he is an artist in his own right. They take pride in their work, their salon is very clean. Safety has also become a number one priority in these uncertain times. They follow all of the CDC’s guidelines for COVID-19, they do not cut corners when it comes to their safety as well as their clients. So take my word, do not assume negative comments or reviews written by disgruntle employees or angry millennials are true!! Cyber Bullying is very real and illegal.

Brian did an amazing job with my 4 year old. Great service and great with kids! He made me feel comfortable to the point I just put him in the chair and went and sat down (I never feel I can do that with most barbers). I would highly recommend Brian to anyone and especially people with kids.

Ive recently been going to this salon because my barber for over 2 years, Brian, had moved there. Brian is an outstanding barber who really cares for his clients and always provides the best service possible. His cuts are always neat and clean. I highly recommend making an appointment with him. I’ve lived in Brandon for 30 years and have gone to many, MANY places throughout the area over the years trying to find someone to cut my hair the way I want it done and it wasn’t until I found Brian that knew I’d FINALLY found the person I could go to for my all my haircuts from now on and always leave happy. Brian is very thorough, really listens to what you want done and executes it perfectly. I always get compliments on my haircuts now. Bexley Salon is a great place as well. It’s a nice environment, relaxing, clean, and they offer some great services outside of just a haircut - and on top of all that the prices are fair. Can’t say enough great things, but if you’re looking for a really talented barber - Brian at Bexley Salon is it!

Unfortunately, this salon is not recommended due to bad customer service for a friends hair you over processed and damaged. As someone in salon management and in the industry for almost 10 years, a learned lesson is if your stylist is not experienced in balayage and ruins/damages a clients hair, the owner needs to take action and make it right. You either redo the service for free, talk to the client and listen to why they are unhappy, or partially/fully refund the client and suggest another location. The inspiration photos she showed (which was very achievable with her virgin hair and it was a soft balayage inspo photo) - into an over-processed ombré and chunky highlights is not okay. Charging her full price for a redo is not good business. Also, asking her to come in a 3rd time to fix hair (and probably break off due to over processing) and refusing a refund until she pleaded is not a good look. I understand services and time cost money for a business, but please listen to your clients and make a better experience for those who are unhappy.

I walked into a salon Wednesday with the expectation of having my hair done (simple balayage). This salon ruined my hair not ONCE but TWICE! Charged me full price for a cut and color when they didn’t even finish my hair cut, told me they didn’t have “time” to style it and I walked out balling my eyes and on top of it they told me to come back 5 days later to fix it!!! When they should’ve offered to come in early and fix it right away the very next day! I went back to receive $220 refund because that’s the cost of going somewhere else to fix it. Keep in mind I was charged full price $265 for services I did NOT receive and I tipped them $50 even though she completely ruined my hair, so clearly I wasn’t being cheap it wasn’t about the money it’s the principal! The owner argued with me stating that she’s not going to give me a refund because I didn’t allow them to fix it, BUT I did! I had them fix it a second time BUT I was told by the owner I have to physically walk out of the building and come back for it to be considered a redo. Even though they processed my hair twice with bleach!!!! They told me since I’m a first time client that I need to give them another opportunity because they don’t know me and they don’t know my expectations. Which is literally the worst excuse I’ve ever heard. It’s okay to mess up someone’s hair twice because they’ve never met you before?! These owners need to be put on blast. Please watch out for fake 5 star salons with 1 star results!!!! This place is Bexley Salon located in Brandon, Florida.Kendal is the girl who did my hair and while she was doing the balayage I said I don’t think this is right I’ve never had a balayage where they dyed the entire half of my hair blonde with no natural hair out to create deminsion she told me to not worry she knows what she’s doing. I later find out the owner overheard the conversation and told me I should’ve asked her to stop, but if you are the owner of a salon shouldn’t you check to see what your stylist is doing if a client says I think this is wrong?!?They gave me half my money back after I sat outside telling them how awful they were handling this situation. As I’m leaving she said you need to drive back to fort myers and have your stylist do your hair because no one here will achieve my expectations. I can NOT believe these people are in business!

Ok I I walked into the salon and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere it was very clean and very well decorated noticed the girl in the back she was doing something I don’t recall what but her name is Nina and she was the owner of the salon hair and her husband Works there as well doing designs and haircuts I explained to her that I wanted my hair done like today I had went to somebody the day before and she had not colored my hair right and I asked The other lady to put like a brown in it and for some reason she just would not that so I talk to Nina and she did it in my hair look absolutely amazing after she did it I will continue with her from here on out thank you so much Nina and not to mention she was a joy to talk to I actually had a nice time sitting in the salon chatting with her and could’ve stayed all day if I did not have other things to do Also I wanted to mention that I would’ve put a picture of my hairstyle up but there’s no way to upload a photo here on the review

Not only does she deserve 5 stars for the way she washed and massaged my hair, but she deserves the recognition because she was super friendly as she was cutting my hair and she was very informed on the products she was using on me.
