2 months ago, another mechanic told me that my Service truck had a experienced a baring failure on the cam shaft- which is a considerable failure. The Truck still ran, but made a very unique noise while it was running after it warmed up. Typically its a replace the engine type of failure. I took it to Livelys after our office managers recommendation.I couldnt have been more grateful.The noise was caused by a failed cam sensor, NOT a failed baring. A couple of hundred dollars later, I was back on the road, and problem free. I cannot express how important a great mechanic is to have, especially when you Operate an Air Conditioning company in Hillsborough County and put over 2,000 miles a month on a service truck. Having a truck down is serious, and costly.I thank Livelys for their experience, honesty and reliability-as well as their promptness to repair commercial service vehicles. Livelys Automotive quoted me over 1 thousand dollars to repair my A/C. I took it to the chevy dealership and they fixed it for 250.The worst part is that Livelys wanted 70 dollars just for their time diagnosing the problem.The owner is rude and he laughed at me instead of reasoning or negotiating, just dont waste your time here.Needless to say, they will not see any more of my business.
