Wow wow wow, Ive dealt with multiple dealerships in my life with different cars so now I own my very first Alfa Romeo 2018 started to bring my vehicle to Brandon Alpha and my God been i am treated like family awesome service love coming here Alpha service is awesome got people asking you if you want something to drink something to eat always checking up on you dont hide anything from anybody so you exactly know what it is and to the point even their techs are awesome I definitely have become a alpha client for life great job guys shout out to Lenny Patram and this crews
The staff was super friendly here and took great care of my car even though it was not a Fiat, Alfa, or Cadillac. They were very communicative about the service. Also the shuttle service they offer is fantastic with range. I did not take advantage of it but its nice that it is there.

Ive been going here for five years, but after this last visit I will never be back! I brought my car in for three very specific reasons, I saw a technician Id never seen before, Brandon Garcia. He required that I sign for $135 diagnostic fee which would be waived if I choose to get service.(Theyve actually never enforced this before)....about thirty minutes after I left he calls to tell me the issues and the cost to fix said issues is incredibly expensive...might as well buy a new car...so I say no to the expensive repair and yes to the cheaper repair and he wanted to charge me for the repair and the diagnostic fee. I challenged it but he claimed the repair I chose was separate from the diagnostic... I turned down all service at this point and paid the diagnostic fee and walked out with my car in the same condition it went in. This was the biggest waste of money, the biggest scam ever! The lack of concern for the customers needs and hard earned money...just a bunch of swindlers $135 just for you to hook a machine to my car to read a code.....it took all of five minutes...so upset I am still seething from this! Youve been warned!
