They set us up with home insurance originally but getting to that point was a pain and had to call and Email to keep reminding them. We had a problem with the roof age and were told they would look into it and possibly find another insurance I was dealing with Lisa for this and had to follow up email because they are very forgetful I let a couple weeks go past and still nothing so we found a new agent who we are happy with. Would not reccomend them unless your okay with reminding them to do their job.

I transferred my policy to a different agent. 7 calls, Spoke with Anthony 2 times. First time He said Lisa would call me back Monday because it was a Friday. No call Monday. Called Tuesday and spoke with Anthony again and he said she would call me in 10 mins. Yet again no call. Both before and after I spoke with Anthony the first time I left 3 messages with his answering service during business hours and no call back. I know it is a small premium so renewals are not big so I assume it has little importance to him. They were in the office so no Covid 19 excuse can be used.

First impression was this is good .Anthony seem like he would personally take care of everything.I had called several times to get answers and was handed off to lisa who would not return my calls.I had a roof inspection and was to lower my insurance but I never receive any feedback.Very disapointed.

Anthony and his agency saved me a ton of money on insurance for my classic cars so that is actually cost effective to drive them. He also insures my home and vehicles for my business. He is always available to assist with anything that I need as well as help navigating thru the system when I had an accident. Thanks, Anthony!

Ive been a customer of Anthonys for about 10 years. Ive always found his office/staff to be professional, timely, and courteous. He is an expert in his field and always takes the time to make sure I fully understand my policies. He is an excellent resource for any insurance related question. I have referred family and friends to this particular Allstate and they have enjoyed an identical experience. I highly recommend Anthony Ifasi and this Allstate location.

They were not open to the public due to COVID pandemic. Had to go to a different location that was staffed at the time.

I have recently called in for an auto and home quote from Anthonys office. I typically do not leave reviews...but just wanted to say it was the BEST service and insurance experience I have ever had. Not only were they able to get me a quote within an HOUR, they saved me money, and provided me with the best customer service. I highly recommend this agency for insurance. Two thumbs up!

Anthony and his team lied to us on multiple occasions in regards to our insurance policy. We even saw an increase of $250 dollars a month in our policy. When confronted with the wrong information given from his team he blatantly told us there was nothing he was going to do and that was all. We left immediately but are still dealing with his lies as he sent us to collections for money we were told we didnt owe. Which he also said would never happen. I would not recommend him to anyone. I have already reached out to All State corporate and will be reaching out to the better business Bureau next.

I called to get a quote on automobile insurance and homeowners insurance today. I spoke with a very nice sounding person who gave the WORST possible advise EVER!!!! I work in the personal injury field and that puts me in a position wherein I can very clearly understand all of the different coverages under an automobile insurance policy. The person with whom I spoke today actually gave me advised me NOT to purchase one of the most important coverages in the state of Florida -- Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage. I am actually sick to my stomach that this person would even suggest not to purchase this coverage. I would rather pay someone else more in a premium that be in these hands. Steer clear people --- this place will not be giving you any good advice and may actually place you and your family in a position wherein you do not have the coverage that you need.

Well, the inevitable has happened. I have never reviewed anything or anyone, ever. I just take the good with the bad and keep rolling. I do, however, allow reviews to direct my personal commerce. That said, it looks like I owe the world of reviews a bone. There is no better place to start than here, with my insurance agent. I love dealing with this company. The owner, Anthony Ifasi, is a working owner and is aware of all that goes on in the office instead of living in the ivory tower and relying on menu trees and lower level employees to protect him. I also appreciate the friendly face-to-face service, and the personal relationships that I have built with Anthony and the people that he employs. Although everything seems to be digital these days, I still like the fact that he is located centrally (near the Brandon Mall) and is easy to reach so I can just walk in whenever I want. Lastly, I like the fact that every time I see him he offers me quotes on services that I carry with other companies for one reason or another but does not seem like he is forcing the quote down my throat. On more than one occasion I have given him some simple information and he has called me back later with good news, saving me money. He saved me a ton writing my homeowners insurance that was originally placed by my lender and escrowed every month. He wrote me a much less expensive policy and it continued to be escrowed with my house payment. In the end, I got a check out of the blue one day as a refund from the previous underwriter. Yay! Anyway, give this guy a call. You will end up with an agent that has your best interest in mind above his own wallet and will also likely end up with a guy that you feel is your friend. I did. Worst place to go to try and make a payment. Front door is never unlocked during business hours. Cant reach them by phone either.Only company i still have to write a check to just because its a comercial policy. Retarded!!!!

DESPITE REQUESTING ON NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS TO BE TAKEN OFF OF THEIR SOLICITATION LIST --- I CONTINUOUSLY GET EMAILS. I CALLED THEIR OFFICE TO REQUEST AGAIN TO BE TAKEN OFF THE SOLICIATION LIST AND WAS HUNG UP ON BY THE RECEPTIONIST.

Had a policy for 6 months, they messed up the total price of the policy when I switched cars(said I would get a refund and I actually owed more). So I scheduled a meeting at their office and the agent didnt show AND never called me to apologize. He did call (and email) about 7 times the week before my policy expired, I called twice to verify no additional funds would come out automatically (of course no one was there and messages were left at the nationwide #) So they still tried to take out cash from my bank. Horrible service

Very unprofessional. Cost of insurance jumped 3x one month with no explanation other than the fact that my address (which had been in the same zip for the duration of the policy) had changed, which it had not for more than a year. Was sent a credit collection notice after cancelling with no prior notices of any fees owed. Will never use this company- especially this agent- again.
