I was on hold for an 1hr I called at 5pm trying to get a quote was with an agent for an hour . Then got transferred to a certificate licensed agent that had very poor quality customer service told me that he closes at 6 told me that I was out of business hours which is not my fault because I called at 5pm he didn’t want to take care of men hung up and put me on hold for another 1hour no one ever answered because they were already closed. Horrible company worst customer service experience

They always have problems, my insurance was canceled due to problems of their own! When I call the direct company that I am from, they tell me that they did not send anything and because of them they had been without insurance for a month because they never sent the photos and signed them. And because of that my quota was canceled
