Griselda is GREAT! She is quickly responsive. However I have called just about every day last week to inquire on a specific issue, I’ve spoke to two other people besides Griselda since Griselda has been out, the other two representatives have promised phone calls back on my inquiry and were very certain I would receive a call back on Thursday 06/03, Friday 06/04, SATURDAY MORNING 06/05, and today I called AGAIN 06/07, and I have not received no call or email with updates on the inquiry. They lack communication and in my opinion it is very unprofessional.

The agent was very helpful when we first got there. Really seemed like she wanted our business. But when it was time to renew my policy there was no response at all. I emailed and called waiting for someone to contact me but nothing. Very unfortunate, a brokerage should be mainly about service and not just price but at this branch I believe they do neither.

The rates are good here, just don’t hold your breath on getting a call returned. Been waiting 2 days on a call, apparently customer service isn’t a priority. Have to take my business elsewhere.

Waited over 6 weeks for insurance and when i was told by melissa i would have the policy done by 3pm today it never got done no email etc called 3 times left messages NO return messages 2 weeks ago. Unprofessional completely. called a new company had insurance done in less than 48hrs. Worse experience! Be ware!

After a recent change to my policy, my broker Trish, rewrite my policy. She didn’t include my pr buoys balance and increased my down payment. After being asked if this down payment includes my previous balance, she said yes. She lied! I went back in when I received it and she claimed not to have said that. When I called earlier that week, she said she would call back. Never did. More lies. I will be filing my complaint with the better business bureau. If you have not started a policy here, don’t!

My mortgage company informed me of a $4500 shortage on my escrow after having the same insurance and NO claims for many years. My insurance has almost tripled in a year with NO explanation or reason with NO claims. My emails have been ignored. I called multiple times and was also told the computor is down. I was then told they would call me back shortly. It has been 10 hours and no call back. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! !! I am in the process of finding a new company but need an explication of the fraud committed against me and my family!! I will be seeking legal counsel next.

Ive been with Allstar Insurance for 17 years. Ive NEVER had a problem with their service. Melissa and team is helpful, informative, quick to provide results. It is safe to say that others perception may be clouded or misguided by their own misunderstanding. Yes, I can agree its often a challenge to reach someone at times due to high customer traffic and call volume as it is with any company with a large customer base. However my inquiries are ALWAYS addressed on time without a problem.I would highly recommend Allstar to ANYONE in need of insurance coverage.Thank you Allstar for ALWAYS having me covered!

I dont like to write bad reviews, thats why I gave 3 stars. Zero stars would be more accurate. This company bought out my old agent. Ever since, things arent the same. Very hard to get in touch with anyone. If you leave a message, good luck getting a call back. Even with email. At one point last year it took over 3 weeks for them to address my issues. Several things over the last year, one, I got a new trailer, I emailed them about it, they never took the old trailer off. SO, Iwas paying for coverage I didnt need. Most recently, my GL canceled me, Allstar never canceled an additional policy that went with it. Today, in dealing with Melissa, shes trying to make it clear that its MY FAULT because I didnt sign anything to cancel it. Dont you think my agent should have said, if the GL canceled, we should cancel the other for equipment. Or at least bring it up. Very unhappy with this agency. I intend to file a complaint with the department of insurance.

Paid bill one day late then they sent me reinstatement letter to be reinstated 12 days later... I was without insurance 10+ days😳

I was with this agency from 2007-2013. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone, if your looking for good customer service. The problems started about 6 months ago when I called to make my payment over the phone as I always do, at this time I was put on hold for over 20 mins just for them to pick up and tell me the computers were down and they would call me back, understandable everyone has computer problems, but I never received a call back. The next day I called again to speak to the manager(Melissa Holloway) and told her about my experience the previous day, she goes on to tell me My associate has been working here for a long time and if she says she called, then she called At this point I realized how unprofessional this woman was and asked to speak to another manager, she proceeded to tell me there was no one above her. Upset I asked if she could just take my payment and her answer to that was Its a courtesy that I take your payment in the first place! At that point I asked her name and she hung up on me. I could not believe how I was treated but didnt want to go through switching my insurance, so for the next 6 months I had no contact with Allstar and took care of everything online. 2 weeks ago I purchased a new car so I had to call the office and ask a few questions,with the past behind me I figured everything would be fine. Melissa answered the phone not even knowing who I was started cutting me off while asking questions talked over me and treated me like a complete idiot If you listen to what Im saying...maybe youll understand and seemed annoyed from my call. Im no insurance agent but Im not a fool either and I dont expect to be treated like one especially from a company that Ive been loyal to for over 5 yrs. If your thinking about using this company DONT, I couldnt imagine If I actually had an accident what I wouldve had to go through. PS- I told them Id be writing a review its pretty obvious the next review was from someone who worked there which was coincidentally written right after I visited...great attempt
