Hired them to replace an old AC unit. Technicians were on time and very professional. You could tell they took pride in their work, and they left a clean job site. My only advice has to do with their estimates: their estimates are a little vague with regard to product descriptions and they use internal product numbers rather than manufacturer numbers. Be sure to follow up with them beforehand to avoid any confusion and so you know exactly which product is being quoted.I recommend them and will use them again.

We are remodeling a condo from the early 80s and have a geothermal unit in place that needed updating. After an exhausting search a neighbour recommended The AC Doctors. The best recommendation EVER! Jerold and his crew are so knowledgeable about the geothermal system and updated our unit so it performs at the optimal capacity for our home.The AC Doctors also changed out all of the duct work and vents, installed a new water heater, new thermostats and created a dual zone for the upstairs. My master bedroom wasnt cooling to my satisfaction. I called AC Doctors and they came out and analyzed my cooling system and made a recommendation to give me the cooling I wanted. I was emailed a quote that afternoon and two days later they came and installed a new vent and duct as well as serviced my unit. They cleaned up after themselves very well and the work was completed quickly. My bedroom is plenty cool now!!

My 20 year old a/c unit quit working on Sunday. A representative came out Sunday evening and determined it needed to be replaced.By 4:30 p.m. the next day I had a new unit installed and working.Tyler and Jesse were really good and very professional.I have done business with The A/C Doctors before and I will use them again if I need anything.I highly recommend them.

Our AC broke on a Saturday night in August 2020 about 9:00pm. They were here to fix it by 9:00am Sunday and had It repaired and us cooled off before Noon. Jessie was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use these folks again.

Send them a text message as the voicemail directs me to do, and I asked can they come fix our air promptly being that it is August and extremely hot and humid. Not to mention I have a ten week old baby, and the person responds telling me they can fix my air next week. Again, I emphasized I need my air fixed in the next few hours as I am an essential worker and needing to goto work. The fool responds by simply saying “GOOD LUCK.” Absolutely no customer service.

They were there the same day, text me diagnostic readings from their equipment, text me explanations of the diagnostics, text what their plan of action was, text me pictures of what they were doing along the way, and now our AC is cooling our house better than it has in years. AC Doctors installed two new furnaces and condensers at my home. Jerold talked me through my options and preformed a load calculation on my home to insure I had the correctly sized units for my home. He ended up saving us money when he found out our existing were oversized for our home. The guys did a great job installing the new units and cleaning up nicely afterwards. I recommend The A/C Doctor without hesitation. I knew my heating and cooling system was not functioning properly. It was installed as a ‘package ‘deal when I had my house built. The installer was one that I will not mane but does a majority of all new construction in Jackson and suburbs. I went years working with them to get my system to function properly. I was under a warranty contact with the manufacturer and was led to believe the installer was the only company I could use for service and repair. After becoming increasingly frustrated with their inability to get my unit functioning properly and being told everything was perfect I called the A/C Doctor. Jerold came out quickly and handed me a list of problems with my system. First and foremost was the unit was oversized. Jerold did a number of things to get the unit to function with its limitations. All I can say is everything he and his technicians did worked perfectly. I have been extremely pleased with all their work. Let the A/ C Doctor be your go to for all your heating and air needs and have no worries about them producing all they say they will.I can go on but calling them without fear would be to your advantage. Our A/C stopped cooling the Friday before Easter and a coworker recommended AC Doctors. A repairman texted me within an hour that he was outside looking at the unit. (texting due to COVID-19). The unit required two parts that he had on hand. My A/C was repaired within 20 minutes, on a holiday weekend, and at a great price!! With a new AC from our home warranty, I didnt expect to have problems. With our AC not cooling the house, I Googled AC repair for Brandon, MS and The AC Doctors were the first to come up. I had driven by their business in Brandon before and so I made a call. They were very prompt in responding to my call and also at coming and looking at the problem. I was very thankful for that with small children and pets in the home we were getting very HOT! The only problem I faced was that the guy that came out didnt give me a quote, he just started working on it without talking about prices first. When handed the bill, I was a little in SHOCK at the price. After being told that there was a leak in our AC and that a part had to be ordered that was under warranty, I was a little frustrated that we would then be charged again for the labor plus what had already been done. My husband called the manager and explained what had happened and the manager assured us that a quote should of been given and then offered to deduct any previous payment off of what was going to be charged to install the new part. I was very impressed at that professionalism and customer service. Overall my experience with AC Doctors has been good. I would recommend them to use and will be calling them in the future for anymore AC problems we may face. (Hopefully not for a loooonnnnggg time in the future) :)

Service with the AC Doctors was more than I ever expected!Our AC quit working one afternoon and I found AC Doctors number online. A service tech was able to come give an inspection the very next day. The problem turned out to be more extensive than expected and parts had to be ordered. After AC Doctors looked over prices, they called us recommended a whole replacement instead, which would SAVE US MONEY! My wife and I were shocked that a company would recommend a money-saving alternative. The day the tech came to install our new unit, poor guy got stuck in a hail storm against the side of our house! I had a my air go out in mid June and with an infant and preschooler in the house needed my air repaired quickly. I called the AC Doctors and they were able to be there the next day. They actually called me before the appointment time, and were able to get started sooner. The tech was friendly and professional. He listened to what the problem was and then got right to work. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it. He checked the freon and had to add a 2 lbs but made sure that I was okay with that. He explained the costs of everything before he did anything.He answered any questions that I had, and also asked me some questions that caught another problem that we didnt even know we had. The drain was stopped up in the attic and the drain pan was almost rusted through. He was able to unstop the drain and get everything running nice and cool.The price was a fair price, and I really liked the fact I could pay with a debit card on the spot and the receipt was emailed to me instantly. I will recommend and use the AC Doctors in the future for any A/C needs.

Installed a new heat and air system. We couldn’t be home for the install but let them go ahead. When we returned late afternoon system was in and you couldn’t even tell they had been there. Our experience with the AC Doctors was excellent as it as always been. Our Heating system kept going on and off when we first started it this winter; however, the house was not heating as it should. I called the very next morning before they opened and we received a call back almost immediately. The gentleman said he would work us in today and would rearrange his schedule to do so. About an hour later he called and told us when he would get to our home. He serviced our heater and ran test to make sure we did not have any problems. He also sold us a service contract where they will come out twice yearly to service our heating and air conditioner for a set amount. This contract will allow us to feel secure in the future.
